The sales department was great! I am happy with my CR-V. A few weeks later I noticed that only half of my rear window defroster was working, and my A/C occasionally would blow warm for a time then go back cold. I brought my car back to the dealer and told them of the issues. They made me pay $100 for them to even look at it, and then refused to fix anything. They claimed the rear window defroster worked "good enough for a used car." And the issue with the A/C is a known issue with my type of vehicle, so it would be covered under an extended warranty. They still refused to fix the A/C because again they said it worked "good enough." I bought my car from a Honda dealership because I assumed I would get quality service, I have never had an issue with any dealership like this before. I will never purchase another vehicle from here again, and my few friends that have purchased vehicles there in the past will also not be returning after I told them about my experience.
