My son was purchasing his first pre-owned car and worked with sales rep Vickey Perez. I was called to bring in the plates of his old vehicle and run a few errands while he was at work. I was super impressed with the level of service Vickey provided, especially since the kid had never walked through the multi-layer process of car buying. Vickey sent him reminder texts about getting his new insurance policy--there were a few snags with the insurance company, but Vickey kept me in the loop all day and I was able bring the car back for her to take care of the registration and inspection. Vickey makes "adulting" a lot more enjoyable!
