Very aggressive and pushy. They want to start your finance paperwork without even showing you the car. Also be aware that they charge you extra $1100 for certified car that they do not disclose upfront. I haven't seen this extra fee in any other dealership.

never go to this place to buy car the manager his name is Kevin he is liar I called them before that I am getting better price from herb chamber so they told me on phone that they can do better price then them so I told them I did not have time to shop around if your doing then I will come so once I went there they gave me high price then herb chamber so I told manager Kevin that you guys told me that you can match price with herb chamber then he said I can do this price if you want to buy so I said then why you guys told me on phone then after he talked rudely and said now if you come back I will not going to do this price he was thinking that they are only Honda dealer in ma.

They do their best to get everything done on time and if not will help you with transportation.

My car was taken care of right away when I arrived at Atamian Honda. Issues were communicated with me quickly and my car was returned to me driving better than it felt like it did before. My experience at the dealership and with everyone I dealt with was great!

Just leased a 2013 VW Golf R. The entire experience at Atamian was excellent. I requested quotes online from multiple dealers and Atamian (Jerry Malone) was the ONLY one that would provide a straight quote without the normal back and forth about "When can you come down?" I shopped their quote around and none of the larger dealers in the area (Quirk, Tulley, or Commonwealth) could get anywhere near it. I also traded in a 2010 Mazdaspeed 3 and they gave me the best deal on my trade (Tulley offered me the payoff amount only even though they were retailing the same car with $15K more miles and no tech package for $5.5K above my payoff).

The salesman I dealt with (Darryll Vallcourt) was excellent. Professional, low key, had a good sense of humor and was very easy to work with. Hard to believe but there are actually some good folks out there that happen to be car salesmen? ;-). If you are in the market for a VW or Honda you should absolutely check out Atamian. Family owned, family run and they want to be there for the long haul. A great experience from start to finish.

We picked up our 2016 Civic EX on March 8th, Unfortunately on May 21st it was totaled. We were devastated, When I spoke to Jim Bouras after the accident I could tell that he was genuinely concerned about the health of my wife, daughter and grand daughter who were all in the car at the time of the accident.Thank God everyone was OK. The car was totaled... Jim went above and beyond to get us into another car, just ten short days later we drove away in our new 2016 Civic EX-T. Ben and Jerry were very reasonable during the entire purchasing process. Overall, I had a positive experience and would recommend them to others.

I called the Police on them. Why? They held onto my title and won't release it. They'll use that method to force you to come back. As bad as it is they took the $500 deposit for "their trouble". Oh so taking time away from work constantly going back trying to get my title back is a walk in the park. These guys likes to trick you into thinking you're committed. Don't listen to them. Don't even try to reason. Their boss Terry Atamian and their general sales manager, Kevin Richardson simply don't care. In fact they will be rude and hostile. Don't.Waste.Your.Time. Go to a better dealership.

Went in for recall work, they didn't try to sell me on anything else which was a relief. Work was done quickly and they have a nice waiting area. Usually I hate going to the dealership for anything, but i have no complaints about this visit.

I recently purchased a 2020 Honda HR-V from Atamian s. This is the 4th vehicle that I have purchased from them so I have been a customer for many years. The first car I purchased was a Volkswagen Jetta, while not Atamian s fault, the Jetta was a BIG disappointment. My next 2 cars were Honda CR-V, neither car gave me an ounce of problems other than normal wear and tear .. new tires and batteries. Since Commonwealth Motors was closer that Atamian s I tired shopping them 1st .. wow they were not interested in selling me a car and let me walk out after 30 minutes.
I definitely had a good experience with Atamian s the other times I shopped there and this time was no different. I felt I got a decent deal, I had to work for it but they were not going to let me out without making a sale .. I walked out happy to purchase the car I was interested in getting. My biggest issue was with financial guy .. he was quite the fast talker.

I have recently purchased a 2013 Honda Accord from Atamian Honda Volkswagen. While I was there I worked with Chris Rodriguez. He was very helpful with the entire process. The car buying process for me had started out to be one that was not so pleasant. I had started out at other dealerships and work with some NOT SO PROFESSIONAL salesmen . When I arrived at Atamian and began the process with Chris he was very professional and helpful. He took the time to show me multiple vehicles and make sure I was comfortable with my final decision, not to mention the whole time we were working together I was dealing with my two children who were NOT on there best behavior. Once I decided to purchase and came to pick up the vehicle he then again took his time to go over all the details of the vehicle once more. I highly recommend if you are planning to purchase a Honda you stop by and Ask for Chris. He will take the time to listen and find the vehicle that best suits your needs and wants.

From scheduling service to picking up my car, I am very satisfied with the entire process. When I entered the service department, I got warm welcome from Paul, my service supervisor. He explained details about the services I booked (timing belt, water pump and spark plugs replacement) and answered my questions. After I signed off the doc, he arranged a rental car for me. There was a little hiccup of part that Atamian ordered, but Paul rearranged the schedule including the rental and I was able to pick up my car next day around lunch time. Staffs at Atamian were very kind and provided customers very useful information about their services including coupons and special offers. I will use their service again and recommend Atamian to my friends who own Honda and considering services.

I just went to Atamian VW Honda in Tewksbury, MA where I was helped by Kyle Willett. Kyle was very knowledgeable, easy going, and friendly. While I already had a good idea of what I was looking to buy (a new VW Jetta) I was a bit nervous about the car buying process. I last purchased my Jetta in 2002 with the help of a friend who is an experienced negotiator. This time I was just going in with my little sister and neither one of us are good hagglers. Kyle s non-pushy attitude set us both at ease.

My first test drive was a 2014 Jetta. It handled well and provided a comfortable ride. During the test drive Kyle did great job listening to the options and packages I was interested in. I appreciated that Kyle was knowledgeable about the differences between my 2002 Jetta and the 2014 Jetta. While the 2014 had the options I wanted, Kyle mentioned that they had a 2015 priced comparably but with a navigation system as well. This really intrigued me since that would be more than what I hoped for within the target price I wanted to pay. After test driving the 2015, both my sister and I liked this car more than the 2014. It felt a bit roomier and the car interface felt more intuitive to me.

When sat down to discuss numbers, I definitely felt my heart rate go up. However, Kyle remained relaxed and presented me with a fair offer. He never gave any hint of annoyance when my sister and I asked to step out of the office to discuss the offer. After some discussion with Kyle and the finance manager, I believe we both came to a happy compromise. I believe I got a good price for the 2015 and for my trade in.

I cannot wait to pick up my new car on Monday. Kyle really made the car-buying process easy and I was out the door in a few short hours. I would definitely recommend working with Kyle at Atamian VW Honda to all of my friends and family.

Today I just drove my 5th car out of this dealership and I could not recommend it enough. In an industry with not the best reputation ... trust comes a long way and I have never had a bad experience with this dealership, Jerry Cordero is one of the managers and has been present in every single one of my purchases and the guy is the reason I keep going back.. always honest, transparent and willing to work with my budget. I have had multiple salesmen through out the years but this time I had a really nice and quick experience with Mike Melendez who was knowledgeable and patient with all my questions and not pushy at all (not to mention he gave me a great deal). I am local to the area so its convenient but I have also tried honda gallery in reading and a couple more dealerships and this guys always beated them on price for the same vehicle so its worth it even if you have a bit of a drive, they have a new beautiful building that is right off the high way and they also have a couple of reps who also speak Spanish which is always nice to see as it shows that they take their customer satisfaction seriously, whether is for a lease , a new vehicle or an used car .. check this guys out and I can almost bet that you would be a loyal customer like I am. i went to atamian honda to buy a car i no the car i wanted and i went there and said match the price ill buy here, spent 3.5 hours there got the fiancancing and everything then got into a argument with the finace guy about his rude attitude to me and talking over me, then we were yelling, yes yelling infront of other customers as well at each other, luis is a great sales person, feel bad i couldnt buy the car from him, i would never yell at any costomer of mine and it was all over when i walked in he said whats the matter you dont look happy you just purchased a new car and i said i been here 3.5 hours, he said its not my fault i had you paper work for 10 minnutes its ur fault for haggling on your trade, and then it just escladed from there to a yelling battle till i left the place, never agan will i go back, i left went to the dealer i went to 20 minnutes before atamian and said listen autofair gave me these prices i will buy today if you match them just cause i wanted to do buisness with them, needless to say i left there at 12 30 and left autofair at 3 00 with a new honda, and went back 2 days later and bought a cr-v exl as well

As usual...fantastic service ... from being greeted at the service desk and finishing at the cashier's desk...all service needs were handled efficiently and with service recommendations for the future with no pressure to do these repairs immmediately...Phil, service manager, was outstanding ....have been going to Atamian for service for my 2007 crv for 10 years and I can't say enough about the service department.

Comparing the prices on their price board I should've came here to change my oils in the first place

SALES : This is honestly, the worst car dealership I've ever dealt with. I got a letter that said, "We want your car! We will offer up to 20% of your book value and a friend and family discount off your next new purchase!" Despite my better judgement from dealing with Atamina in the past, I went in. I was told outright, that they couldn't possibly combine those deals and that I would never get the $15,000 for my car (even with 20% more). My car is in excellent condition and has fewer than 25,000 miles on it. It's book value is estimated to be over $15,000, not even including the 20% offer.

When I produced the letter, suddenly the salesman just "didn't know what the friends and family discount" was, at all. Needless to say, after discussing very loudly, how best to get me to leave (I could hear them in the managers office) I didn't buy a car. They would have rather sold NO car, than honor the deal THEY SENT! I instead got the same deal from Toyota. I know I will be much happier in a car that doesn't run like it has 75,000 miles from day one; sold to me buy the slimiest salesmen I've ever met. Thankfully, I'm a a former salesperson myself, so I expect to have to work for whatever my goals are. Sadly, I'm sure they're duping some other person that doesn't know any better.

SERVICE CENTER : I bought my car at Atamian back in 2016, with the extended coverage. Getting them to actually fix the things that have gone wrong with my car (less than 25,000 miles) in 3 years, has been like pulling teeth. I called them, today, because the Honda's moon-roof suddenly won't close. When I spoke to them, they asked me 100 different ways whether or not it was stock or aftermarket. After repeatedly answering the question, "No. It's not aftermarket." they said, they doubted that it would be covered under my car's warranty. I also mentioned that the car's entertainment console has been acting strangely. The idiot on the phone wouldn't even give me a chance to explain what was going on before he stated, "That won't be under warranty." I called Burlington Honda, asked the same questions and was told that, without a doubt, it would be covered. On top of that, a service rep was supposed to call me back from Atamian. After waiting several hours, I called back only to find out from the incredibly incompetent woman answering the phone, "Oh. He didn't call you back? He must have forgotten." Honestly, top notch service.

Do yourself a favor. Drive to Burlington if you want a Honda. Or, better yet, drive down the street to the Toyota dealership and spare yourself the hassle of owning such a terrible vehicle. You'll pay a tiny bit more, but you'll be much happier.

I got a great price on a 2019 Accord from Atamian's internet sales which was followed up at the dealership by a great sales person, Andre LeDuc. There was no pressure to add any other features or upgrade to a different trim package. Andre was very knowledgeable about the car and understood that I wasn't interested in any of the add-on coverages. He expedited delivery of the car and was able to bring a car from another dealership in the color I'd chosen at no additional charge. All in all, a very pleasant car purchase experience. I will be sure to go back to Atamian in 15 years when it's time to trade in my Accord LX.

Do not go here unless you like paying too much for your car. False advertising the price you see online is thousands off. Went in looking at a civic priced at 15,665 with 4k to put down they come back with a loan amount of 15,500 for 72 mos. I guess I look stupid, fortunately i'm not. On my way to anywhere but Atamian.

I had previously leased a Honda through a different dealership, but decided to go to Atamian Honda to return my car and least a new one because I had heard great things. My expectations completely lived up to the experience I had there. When I arrived I was not completely convinced that I should change over dealerships and was simply considering offers, but the person I worked with, Gabriel Ramey, was so knowledgable and attentive to my concerns and budget that I was able to lease a car I am extremely happy with. I would recommend any family member or friend to go to Atamian Honda and work with Gabriel.

I just recently purchased a 2012 Honda Civic LX at Atamian Honda this weekend. I have purchased cars many times before and this by far was the best experience I have ever had. Cee Veth was the salesman I dealt with an he was awesome. Even though I test drove 3 different cars he was patient and very friendly. I was very comfortable the whole time and I can honestly say I have never felt comfortable at a car dealership. I would and will definitely recommend Atamian Honda to others.

I recently was in the market for a car and came in to look at a preowned vehicle at Atamian. Edwin was very helpful during the test drive, and once I'd decided to buy the vehicle, he took his time to make sure I understood how to use all the new features of my car before I drove off the lot. Car buying can be a tedious process, but I found I had a fairly smooth experience here.

Clean amenities, friendly and professional staff, always listen carefully to the customers to fulfill their needs. This is my 2 car purchased. Highly recommended.

Never again will I bring my car here for service. Received a letter about a sensor recall so my husband decided to get it check after they finished the oil change. Great car and was working perfectly, until we had the sensor change. Now the battery keeps dying and when we complained, they stated the battery is dead and we needed a new one. Brought my car to a mechanic and they stated battery is still great. Come to find out, Honda checked my battery under 510CCA when my battery is only 410CCA. When my husband went back AGAIN, all the guy did was gave my husband the receipt and said to have a nice day. He then called customer service and asked to ask w/ a supervisor. Apparently he was not there so we left a voicemail and still no call backs.

This is ridiculous. Oh, on top of all that, they stated if I want to do a diagnostic test on my car, I ll have to pay $125 up front. Smh, they created a problem and doesn t want to fix it. If I could give this place zero ratings, I would.

I brought my 2016 Honda fit to Atamian to be fixed and they did a great job working with my extended warranty and with the unusual the details of my situation. Ray, The service manager and the rest of the team really went above and beyond!

7/13/18 - Took my 2007 Honda Accord in for routine oil and transmission fluid change (B13 Service). As expected, Sal handled the job beautifully, communicating effectively the work that was done and what they re found.

The customer service was outstanding. I got great help by a gentleman by the name of James Bouras. I couldn't get a cosign so he helped me get a low mileage, certified, pre-owned Honda Civic in beautiful condition. The finance manager Steve did an amazing job with breaking down the monthly payments and his rapport with myself was fantastic. Amazing experience for myself as a first time auto financier. My experience at Atamian Honda in Tewksbury was very easy and enjoyable. All my questions were answered, and Darith Nhem made everything seem so simple rather than dragging the process along. He made sure that I felt comfortable with the prices that were going to be finalized, he was very friendly and even made it possible for me to take home the car the same night I went to the dealership. I m surprised at their overall good ratings. Our experience was terrible; maybe it matters who assists you. Gabe and Tarik specificallly were rude and impatient. It seems the more informed and educated you are, the worse you ll be treated. It seems if you re not a white male, you ll not be treated with respect. It seems if you call them on it, they don t have the decency to man-up and admit it. Tarik is supposed to be a Manager , he s the reason we walked out. We have a need for a vehicle, and the means to acquire a vehicle (our credit scores are very high) but in our case, while our money is green like everyone else, they didn t seem to want our business- maybe because of how we looked and their preconceived judgement. Avoid this place!!!! But if you do enter - AVOID Gabe and especially Tarik- NO concept of customer service. They ll waste your time and you ll end up with the same conclusion- GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
