Just purchased my 3rd truck from Astro Ford and had another great purchase/service experience. Robert, Alex, Roger and the rest of the sales and finance team were great to work with and very fair with us. On my second day of ownership, my panoramic sunroof went out on a Saturday while service was closed. Robert and Roger quickly took a look at it and gave me a service vehicle while we waited for Service to open on Monday. Dave, the service manager along with Roger and Robert stayed on top of it and kept me in the loop. I purchased the extended warranty and it initially didn t appear that the sunroof would be covered, however, the service team diligently looked further into it and found that the main cause for the sunroof failure was indeed a covered part saving me thousands... The guys were easy and fun to work with and I look forward to my fourth purchase with these guys in the next couple years. Also, Mrs. Lola in the services cashier department is a sweetheart. Great experience all around and I will continue to refer my friends and family here. You have a customer for life with me. Great job guys!
