Absolutely terrible service! In the last week of April 2015, we bought a brand new 2014 Ford Focus. In the beginning there were a few hassles with them tinting my windows, getting floor mats, and detailing the car as promised. Now, only 8 months later, my car has been shuddering as if it is going to die out. When we brought it in to be serviced, they claimed it was the transmission that needed to be updated. They kept it one day, did the "updates", and I picked it back up. Needless to say, when I picked it up, it was shuddering just as bad if not worse. So, the next day, this past Monday, I brought it back for them to relook at. In the meantime, we called several times to check on the status and see what they found out. They continually gave us the run around and wouldn't call us back. They claimed everyday they drove it for 20 minutes and couldn't find anything wrong with it. Today, Friday the 18th, we picked it up, and it had the maybe 10 miles more than it did when we dropped it off. As I drove away, it acted and shuddered exactly the same! We dealt with Craig several times and he would hardly call us back or tell us anything. Also, there was another man working the service department when I dropped my keys off and he told me to my face, "I'm not going to lie to you, the transmissions in those cars are junk." Needless to say, our experience has been horrible and my car is still messed up! Terrible customer service.
