When I am at the ocean I always stop here to eat. And for all the hustle and bustle of being on vacation I like to have a nice home-cooked meal and if I go to the Ashworth for supper at night that's exactly what I get. I have never gotten a meal there that I did not like. I was there last week and got prime rib, asparagus and mashed potatoes. It was delicious. They also have a little breakfast restaurant and that was delicious. I got 2 eggs over easy, bacon (4 big pieces) toast (4 big slices) and home fries or you can get the homemade beans. So delicious. They are so friendly. And the ladies room, I wish I had taken a picture of, it's that beautiful.

I had no problems at all staying there. When I checked in we were given area information and told if we needed to know anything to let us know. The alarm clock did not have the charging ports in it called downstairs and they brought us a new alarm clock within the hour. Restaurant downstairs made delicious breakfast sandwiches. I definitely will stay there again when we return next October

Nice place to stay. Fair prices, the lobby has been updated nicely, rooms could still use some more modern updates though.

Room was clean. Stayed there off season, hotel was practicality empty and they gave us the 1 room without a balcony.

Great location, restaurant was great for dinner breakfast one had crabby waitress along with front desk.clean .

Great place for functions. Bar has dancing on Friday and Saturday nights!!

Great customer service and great location for the fireworks

We made reservations and were stuck in a room the size of a closet. It was called a small king so one would imagine that for $129.00 plus tax the room would be large enough to move around in but alas it was not. The room service food was a disgrace...Wrong food brought for breakfast and a burnt hamburger for supper with no lettuce and tomato. Along with 2 desserts that meal cost us $32.00. The room we moved to the next day was larger and ocean view was nice but pipes clanked all night long. This hotel is sorely overpriced and acts like a 5 star when in reality it may rate one star. If I ever go again I will be sure to stay someplace else and I advise others to do the same.

Great place. Nice people and service.. I d go back any time! The thing I would change tin the place is the carpets in the corridor bar and restaurant! Everything else is wonderful

The restaurant was very pleasent and amazing views. They have amazing fireworks on the 4th of July . the beach is very cozy and the strip has many food choices

great location, friendly staff, restaurants are phenomenal, room was a little worn out but overall a great experience.

Food was decent and drinks we're good, but they needed extra wait staff to help food orders get from the bar to the tables. Also, serving ordinary rice with tuna was a bit off-putting.

It is dated and not so clean. The location is great on the beach.

What could be better than the Atlantic during a snowstorm in a nice oceanfront hotel? Nothing! Clean room, beautiful views and a helpful, friendly staff. We will definitely be back!

I am so appalled at the management at this hotel. I reserved this hotel July 22, got a confirmation email and a reminder email saying my room is still under my name. When we got there our concierge was rude and unhelpful, saying our reservation was canceled on the 22, but my reminder email was sent 3 days after it was alledgedly cancelled. This man, Rob had my phone and now that email is deleted and I don't have access to it. Then the man proceeded to tell us not to raise our voices while he was interrupting our every word. I will never stay here and now we drove a couple of hours out of the way and we have no where else to go. I would never recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. I hope this was helpful.

I ve never purchased anything from Groupon so deciding to book our hotel from them was a little scary. I m happy to report though everything in terms of booking worked out like it was supposed to. There were a few things I don t remember seeing in the Groupon add like the $18 per day parking fee and the $15 resort fee. I would have still booked it but it was a little surprise at check in.

The hotel sits right across from the ocean. All the rooms have an ocean view which is really nice. Them rooms are decent size, the decode is nice but a little dated and the best are really comfortable. The bathroom looks like it s been remodeled recently.

Here is my one complaint, and I think it s a design flaw in the ceiling, but we could hear everything the people in the room next to use were saying! When we first walked in I thought music was playing from the smoke detector but upon further inspection the sound was coming from the seam were the wall and the ceiling met. At 11:30, when the people staying next to us retuned from a night out, we heard all about it for 15 minutes. Thankfully they weren t up long so we were able to get some sleep.

Overall not a bad hotel. 4 stars is too high and 3 stars is too low so it s a solid 3.5 stars.

so i was looking for place to have my wedding last year around Oct 2014 for a Aug 2015 Wedding.I just got a email from them back on March 2016, so i replied to the email that i had all ready gotten marred Aug 20015 but was looking for a nice place to have a honeymoon because we Love the Beach and I'm still waiting for that reply on that.

Disappointing, to say the least. For over 300.00 a night, this place offers nothing!! Small rooms, with no kitchenette, not even a microwave!! There is a heated pool, but the pool area looks worse than most budget motel pools. They have cable tv, but no premium channels. They don't offer a complimentary breakfast, there is a breakfast shop next door. While this place has rooms that are in better condition than most on the beach,I was just shocked at how little they offer for the money. Will not return. Don't like being fleeced!

I will never go back here and I don't recommend anyone does really. The beds we're uncomfortable, the sheets were not soft, the walls are paper thing, you can everyone and everything at all hours of the night, our TV never worked in our room, found chewed gum on the lampshade, oh and the staff was not friendly or helpful. No thanks!! Not worth the $140/night rate.

I got so drunk I don't even remember it. Just kidding. I had a blast here. Highly recommend.

I loved the area But that has nothing to do with this Hotel... I booked w Travelocity and got a great price 400 3 nites ... but due to car trouble I had to stay an extra day and booked right at the hotel and they doubled the price I paid originally and charge me an extra 50$ on my card w out telling me and say it s a resort fee and for valet which werent available that day... I tried 2 times to get this resolved...no one can help or even explain to me why and today the Accountant was yelling at me saying it was ok that they charged me and didn t tell me NOT GOOD BUSINESS...there s plenty of other BEAUTIFUL places in Hampton beach ...don t stay here..$$$$$$$

The recent renovations to the lobby, bar, and banquet halls are outstanding! The valet service was top notch despite being slightly confusing due to relatively small signage in front of the hotel. Food was fantastic!

The location is great.The staff was ok.Some dishes were dirty,and when someone tried to alert the staff,the staff member seemed not to hear.I believe the food was better than at previous functions,but feel like the staff could have been friendlier.

TOTAL SCAM!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!! Booked an (oceanfront) king room online for $300. Upon arrival I park out front; and a man jumps in my car to park it 8 feet across the road. I check in with front desk who gives me a key to room with no balcony and windows that do not open at all cuz the window cranks were broken. I go back to front desk and ask for a new oceanfront room and they lady became rude and said that's the only oceanfront room that's left!! All the ones with balcony and slider door are sold out! She told me we have one available with balcony however it's only an ocean partial view in the back of building. I told her that fine however online that room is $100 cheaper; can I please get reimbursed the $100? She said there's no reimbursement cuz you booked online. I took the key in disbelief I basically handed the hotel an extra $100 by not getting the room I paid for. Then at check out I was told there is an additional $35 fee they are taking out from my $50 security deposit for valet parking and a hotel fee! I couldn't believe it they got me again! Never once was I told about this fee until check out! This hotel is a scam from the second you pull up to hotel. Do yourself a favor and stay at the sands resort or any of the 40 different hotels in the area and save yourself hundreds of dollars! TOTAL SCAM!!

Food great. Service terrible. 1.5 hr for a cup of chowder and burger. Won't be back.

Always a great time, great location at Hampton Beach, right on 1A, nice inside bar and roof top bar with live music most nights in the summer?

This is where we got married!!! We were there for our one year anniversary and the good times continued!!! Can't wait for our next visit, staff and food were both fabulous!!!

Attended a wedding here. Everything was lovely. Food was amazing.

If possible, I would give this hotel 0.1 stars. The hotel in "The Shinning" seemed like heaven compared to our one-night experience, run, dont walk, out of the hotel when checking out. There was more sand in our room than on the beach itself. There were more band-aids found in the pool than at the nearby hospital.

Ocean view room, but only if you crane your neck off of the tiny deck. The A/C condensers right outside our room were loud. Ants in the bathroom. Bathroom had no fan. Not worth the price.

Great Hotel. The staff, including both its restaurants. were always attentive, personable, and professional. The food was EXCELLENT!!

Terrible! Came here for my 30th bday. Just got home. Had no hot water! Literally took cold showers! the hallways were freezing to were I had to wear a jacket to walk to the elevator. Beds were broken and the most uncomfortable things ever!! The people next to.me were screaming and beating their kid all night. Front desk cared about nothing and had terrible attitudes! Worst experience

My family has stayed there for easter weekend for many years. Food and service is always excellent.

Went there for a venue tour for our wedding. The staff was very pleasant and the coordinator was knowledgeable. Location is awesome right at the beach

Pretty good room facing the ocean. A little worn, but thought it was a good deal in the off season. Ordered room service from the on site restaurant, Breakers. Arrived very quickly, even for a slow night. Fried Haddock, and it was a huge portion and delicious. Front desk very friendly as well.

Check in at 3:00 they have valet is $20 the young gentleman Luke was so kind. Then we walk in to get greeted by James easy check in. They have a indoor pool, the room was nice and neat, very very clean. Our view well it was nice, we were practically on the rooftop where the pool is located and did not feel any privacy. Check out at 11. The maid was so kind. This hotel is the best on the strip. Pricey but with it. Priceline. Unfortunately our checking out wasn t the greatest experience. We came down with our bags the gentleman said you are next? He asked because some family rudely enough cut right in front of us. The valet guy says no worries next thing you know he ignores us and helps them. He picked up and chose who he wanted to help. Sorry no tip for you. Other then that it was the best thank you all at Ashworth hotel in N.H

We had our thanksgiving dinner at the Ashworth this year, and the food was spectacular. There was something for everyone, including the kids.

If you re staying in an oceanfront room, they re really nice, my first stay in those rooms was wonderful. My second stay, which was a few days ago, was disappointing. I booked a king room with a partial ocean view, the room was at the end of a hallway, seemingly shoved into the corner, and was quite small. The room seemed dark and barely clean. The radiators in the hallway were hanging off, it took almost 10 minutes for hot water to kick in for the shower, there was hair in the shower upon arrival to the room, the balcony is right on top of the room next to us, which is not enjoyable for anyone. Overall, I was disappointed and definitely did not think the room was even close to being worth the amount I paid.

It was nice the view is to die for, but the only thing sitting on deck and light is one the size of the bugs and the amount of bugs really sucks. You should have a zapper or the person can turn off or a set.of rope light. Not to bright but you can still see people. Then as my cousin and i were walking up 2 people climb on to the deck of the side of the building. Other then that it was great. My couisn has been going up there for years and she is starting a new chapter and moving out of new england. Thank you for letting her have her last hurrah at your place

Rooms aren't that nice. Overpriced for what they are. I've stayed at other hotels down the strip for cheaper.

Not very impressed.It was okay. Function room had a "smell" to it. Needs a deep clean? Not sure. Had a company Christmas party there December 2017.

Fantastic amazing primerib and good drinks the bartender really knew what he was doing the drinks weren't watered down at all and they weren't too strong either it's a good atmosphere a little fancy a good place to take a woman on a first date and you got a beautiful view no matter where you sit in the restaurant

As soon as you walk in the lobby you feel warm and welcome. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very chic and the bed is extremely comfortable.

Great hotel , staff super helpful and friendly. The only thing I have to say its the elevator suck. Its one elevator for the entire hotel alot of waiting to do, beach it's a cross the street .

We've stayed here many times and are NEVER disappointed. The rooms are clean...really clean, so no worries there. The staff is all wearing masks at all times, so no worries there. We stayed in an oceanfront king, which was amazing...the view of the ocean is spectacular. Do yourself a favor...get to the Ashworth asap. You won't be disappointed!

I and two friends went in for a night cap. Nice setting. The staff was very nice and took care us very well. Just a nice spot to relax at the end of a long day.

Was kind of cool to be sitting on the roof bar watching people walk by on the main drag at Hampton Beach! There was a live band and many of the hotel rooms overlooked this rooftop bar and people were sitting on their little patios watching and listening to the band. Will say that the band was pretty excellent! I hate to knock a place because of the staff, maybe it was that one staff person who was inattentive, or maybe that staff person was having an off day. But with that said, if I had a dollar for everytime one of the three of us was looking around saying where is that waitress... And I felt the amount of time it took to go and get what we ordered was a little bit excessive. I thought the food was very good.
