I have various complaints about my experience here. I am extremely unsatisfied with this restaurant all around.

First of all- I ordered a "salad with grilled chicken". It took literally 30 minutes (with me waiting and inquiring twice) to get this salad. When I received it- it looked like a gas station salad that I could buy for $4. The chicken did not look freshly cooked but rather something from one of those bags that you can buy near the meat Dept at market basket that have precooked/precut chicken in them. If I would have known that I would be getting a salad like that then I would have never ordered it.

The second thing- this place is a mess. Organizing AND filthy wise. I could see huge collections of dust all over the bars above where they cook and serve food. Everyone was running around being rude to each other and customers as well as yelling orders out and not keeping track of what order came first. A girl next to me (that was waiting on the side for her order) had been waiting for a long while and complained about the fact that she has seen several people order and receive their food while she was still standing there. When she inquired about her food (after encouragement from me to ask) she was given a rude comment of "yep, we are still cooking it!".

Third- I was standing near the side counter area (waiting to ask for a box for my friend's buffalo chicken tenders that he wanted to take home) and the first thing an employee said to me (in a snarky rude way) was " The line is over there!!" As they pointed and gave a dirty look, I told them that I needed a to-go box. I was THROWN a cardboard open top box across the counter. When I then asked the employee if I could have one that closes (I could see the styrofoam closing type right behind the counter) they said "no, we can't give you that.".

Even after my boyfriend went up to the counter to check in with the to-go box situation (because I was uncomfortable going back up and being treated unfairly a third time) they still denied to give us one.

My experience was not a good one and I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. The food was not good but the customer service was even worse.

Worst restaurant ever would never go again after 20 min to order, Waited another 20 for food. when food arrived my husband and sister in law were given hotdogs in a napkin no plate or tray. Employees are rude and have no customer service. Food was cold and tasted old and aw full. would never come again or recommend
