Customer service was slow and about half of the pieces that were on display that I was interested in was not available for two to three weeks.

We have a new home and bought several items and they weren't willing to give any type of discount and acted rude and put out when I asked. Needed right away so bought the items, but won't be buying from here again... and we still have an entire house to by for.. loss in business for them.

When you need to replace your bed and mattress, Go to Will at Ashley's cuz he's the best.

Theo probably thinks I'm the easiest customer on the planet. Literally. I walked in, pointed, and purchased; he just happened to be closest to me when I said I wanted that piece of furniture. What he doesn't know is that I went to every store in Anchorage (including Ashley) and I've been searching for months for what I wanted. The people at Ashley were helpful rather than pushy, and they left me alone to look for what I wanted. Theo made the purchase super easy, and I was in and out in about 15 minutes, which is huge for me.

Out of stock for the sofa I wanted, 4-6 weeks for delivery.

Random helped me find the perfect furniture in my price range. He showed me higher options as a courtesy, but did not pressure me to purchase them. He was an outstanding associate and helped me put together a beautiful living room set. I highly recommend Ashley Home furniture.

Their wood bedroom furniture fell apart just over a month, the front of the drawer fell off still waiting for a replacement after three weeks of waiting.
Recently phoned to get a price on a bedside nightstand since you purchase a bedroom set you get one nightstand. Was told one price and when we went to buy the price had jumped up by $50.Of course the associate and the manager denied all knowledge of phone call or price hike difference .
Filled in the customer comment card but as suspected no reply to our questions. Would never shop at this store again, cheap wood assembled in a far off exotic country your choice !
Update after waiting six weeks for the repair to be carried out on the drawer we receive a call to say that they received a damaged replacement drawer which they did not check on arrival to their warehouse. Now we have to wait another six weeks for another replacement. What a shambles of an operation, Ashley furniture is a pure nightmare, so buyer beware !

Overpriced really! Sales folks are all the same! Walk in the door and boom "Hello sir can I help you find something in particular"... I personally don't like the high pressure sales tactics!

I came in and found exactly what I was looking for. The sale went through swiftly, I only wished the delivery fee wasn t so expensive; $149 for one piece of furniture is no kind of deal. Salesperson was very pleasant.

Mr. Henry was a great help. Spite our troubles with the computer system and that horrible genisys waterfall program. He patiently did everything he could to get me the couch I wanted and I m happy to say it was well worth the wait!

Ashley s has a great atmosphere and offers a wide variety of affordable furniture. Random is an awesome sales associate, he helped me through the whole process of pricing a bed set within my budget several weeks ago, was very patient and let me take as much time as I needed to find a good fit and think before committing. Today I went back to purchase it and arrange for later pickup. He remembered me and made the process so simple. No stress, no pressure, would return again...Ask for Random!

The rep was very friendly and very helpful. We found the right size couch for our living space at the right price. We will be buying from here again.

The experience of buying a couch was great! That fact I lost $800.00 in the process was not great! I wished for a grand total of one dollar to purchase this cough with free freight.
The walk through the purchases was great but I still am not glad with the loss of income for couch.

My husband and I came in Friday night and were helped by Theo. He answered all our questions and was very kind. I came back to make the purchase the following Thursday and once again, Theo walked me easily through the process. All the pieces were in stock and we re excited to try out our new living room set!

I even just tried to call and get help. Obviously I was inconveniencing Earl asking for the name of a table set so I could look it up before I drove all the way over to purchase it. Yeah I'm done...

Lied to by salesman that the $3000 furniture we ordered online was made in USA. Got it home a found its Vietnam. Cheaply made, chincy slides, foul odor hasnt subsided. WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH ASHLEY AGAIN!

We just bought new furnitures from here after checking out several furniture stores, we decided that Ashley had the best deals and Theo M was the gentleman that helped us seal the deal. Overall it was a good experience. Travis Wheeler seemed knowledgeable about mattresses. He found at least 3 different options for mattresses within our price range. We went and checked other stores but liked the options at Ashley Home furniture the best. We returned to pick up the product we liked.

They had the best sale & i got some gorgeous bedroom, living room, & kitchen itemz that are beautifully made & were at almost 70% off...even got a couple of cute old fashioned looking sledz...miniature size...

Random, my salesman, was very helpful through my entire purchase process, greeted me at the door with a pleasant and warm welcome. He answered my questions quickly, was on top of everything during the credit application process, and it made the process much less stressful for me. Afterwards, locating items I needed was easy, the store was very neat and well organized, I enjoyed being able to try out the various furnature on display, made my decision process both easy and difficult as everything was very nice. Overall, I enjoyed my purchasing experience with this store and will recommend it to friends if I learn they are about to shop. Thank you Random for your assistance today.

I came in on two different occasions to purchase a bed and a sofa. It was a great experience from beginning to end. I was greeted at the door by Marianne Yeckley. She worked with me both times to help me find what I was looking for, and everything turned out great both times. I want to thank Ashleys for the furniture and thank Marianne for being there to help me through it all. She was awesome!

Good clean store. The customer service is great as well. I like that they let you browse with out bugging you all the time. And when you need help they are awesome about it.

We bought a new living room set from here earlier this month. Great prices on good quality furniture! Sales people were very friendly and gave us plenty of space to take a look at everything. Once we had picked our set out the purchase process was quick and easy. Had our furniture home within a few hours.

Nice furniture, Travis was great salesman, bought $2500.00 in pieces, one had to be ordered. Receipt says Mid Dec, but that date has come and gone. Told it did not get shipped on barge and now will be mid Jan. Wish I had known, would have selected something in stock.

The people that work there are great, but they sell an inferior product that is cheaply made. If you don't plan to move much, don't weigh over 200 lbs, and/or don't have children, their stuff should be fine for you.

Travis Wheeler was Amamzing! Tentative and not pushy but there when and if I needed him. Last time I was here the woman gave me a card and walked away....no customer service from her at all.

Purchased a Durablend couch and loveseat that started peeling and cracking two years after buying it. Waste of money. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.

OK selection of bedrooms, girls bedrooms are great, boys bedrooms a little disappointing.

As a loyal customer to Ashley for years in the lower 48. I've been in this store 6 times since August 2018 and have yet to be greeted or spoken to. I walk around and still look for new things to buy. But will not give one associate in that store a nickel.
