We purchased a tv while there because of the salesman, Gary Gardner.

Beautiful new store, friendly staff and good deals.

Horrible experience!! Ordered a kitchen table and paid for shipping. The delivery truck never attempted to make the delivery. They didn t call, I literally saw them drive by and not attempt delivery. When I called to figure out what happen, they said they called and no one picked up. That was a lame excuse because I had my phone on me the entire time and never had a missed call. I ended up picking up the table myself and installed it and then noticed a screw was missing for one of the chairs. The whole process was very frustrating and customer services was an absolute joke. I will never purchase anything from RC Willey again. Future customers, avoid this place and take your money elsewhere!!!

Such a beautiful store! Tons of selection. The scratch and dent are has a lot to choose from too. We live in Ogden but will drive down to get more to choose from. Thanks Layton!!!

Brand new store in Layton, I m looking for some furniture so I decided to drop in and see what they had. The workers went above and beyond for all of the families and couples that walked into the store, offering their help or directions.

Great, new store. Good location, and helpful associates.

RC Willey is always great for RC Willey. Sometimes they have pretty great finds and you can get things for a good sale price especially if it's a major sale. But sometimes their prices can be a little bit high and representatives cannot always be the most knowledgeable and a little pushy at times.

The new store is amazing and much more convenient than driving out to Syracuse. I really enjoyed walking around and checking out the displays. Who knew you could throw rags and pieces of hide up on the beams and call it decorative?
I went in to purchase a washer/dryer set. The salesman didn't pressure me into buying anything extra. Very nice

Huge selection. It's almost overwhelming. They sell both designer and bargain furniture, so they'll fit any price range

The scratch and dent area is the place to find a deal. There are plenty of choices are a fraction of the cost.

The workers really hover and push. Some nice some really rude. Really nice stuff, some really over priced

The new store is beautiful! Very spread out with a huge double weeping waterfall. Plan on spending hours here when you come. Be careful of employees flying through the parking lot. I almost got T-boned by one late for work or something. Only one and a half way in and one exit so be careful.

We had a lot of fun walking around the store looking at the different styles of furniture. There was plenty of sales associates to ask any question that you have.

Beautiful on the inside and the people who helped with our tv were very nice and knew what they were doing. Going to will call however definitely was the worst experience. The lady On the phone was just nasty and not helpful at all. She really just had no reason to be as rude as she was.

Sold us two couches and then on the day of delivery told us the couches would not be available until November. It was a manager who sold us the couches and another employee told us the manager should have known better. Already moved the old couch out and now we don t have a place to sit. Thanks R.C. Willey.

They will not showcase all the pricing tags making you pay more for when their own associates mess up. They have workers claiming to be managers when they are not and instead of just keeping a customer happy and dealing with bad training they make you either pay more for the other half of your product or you return it. Brent Jones is the Store Director of the brand new Layton, Utah location don't bother trying to convince him what good customer service is. He only cares about how big his wallet gets. Still waiting for them to pick up my half table after a whole day of having it.

All that l can say about your new place is Unbelievable beautiful. But number one is keep all your customers happy and safe. Ok please! Thanks Wes Boggs and may God Bless you all.

Very nice place, very big. For some reason they are completely closed on Sundays which is a very big shopping day

Great store! They really did a great job on the layout of this store.

Brand New Store - you would THINK the customer service would be stellar. HORRIBLE! We wanted a simple office chair. Did not have it in stock, would't let us buy the floor model and did not even BOTHER to see if we would like to place an order for when they do come in. Salesman walked away from us. Didn't like the way we were dressed? Didn't like our tattoos????. Funny we have spent thousands of dollars furnishing 2 homes now in Utah and Vegas. We have been a regular for Years. I am disgusted. AND I am not done with this kid, he needs to be FIRED.

I went into the new Layton location. It is very nice. The lady that helped me with my account was very helpful and nice. I will say that getting there was a bit of a problem. The street to get there is a one way drive and it is right next to a freeway entrance.

I had a horrific experience with an associate named LaRue. She lacks basic human decency! I am genuinely shocked that she has a job that involves any form of customer service as she is clearly incapable at even a minimal level. I waited 5 days for some information to which she would not help. As such, I was given her number to work with her directly and I am dumbfounded at what a truly awful person she is. I would recommend to never work with this person. I would appreciate to hear from the store management team as I feel her lack of professionalism should be addressed.

Update- the Management team from RC Willey did contact me to address my concerns. I am thankful for their prompt response and taking the time to answer my questions. I do stand by my statements regarding LaRue and advise to work with anyone but her. She truly gave me the worst customer service experience I've ever had. She is completely disrespectful. Thankfully, the Management team stepped up to correct. I revised to 3 stars because ultimately, RC Willey is customer service based and this issue came down to the poor actions from one associate.

Disappointed in the folks here. Ordered a couch with the understanding that it would arrive in store for pick up the next day. The will call person told me the sales guy failed to put the date in and the sales guy told me the cashiers should have put the pick up date in. As a customer I don t care who was supposed to do it, I just wanted the couch on the day it was promised.

I asked for delivery to make up for the error and the will call person told me they don t have delivery drivers at the Layton store? The sales guy was happy to listen to me but was unable or unwilling to make it right besides telling me that it will available to pick up another day later.

I understand mistakes happen but I d expect the company to step up and make it right.

The store is open. Lots of shoppers and sales people. Bargins up stairs in the clearance center.

Very luxurious and evocative setting for home decor and furniture shopping. Also impressive displays and a wide variety of home products.

Delivery has been extremely slow this year (assume due to COVID), but great quality.

The store is large and well organized. Staff is extremely nice and knowledgeable about products. Mikel was a great help to us in the electronics area, getting us exactly what we needed and helping us find alternate options when certain models were out of stock and could not be back ordered. Overall, a fantastic place to shop.

This nice new facility is well laid out. Lots of selection in each department. Prices are always reasonable for the quality. Helpful sales people. Because it is multi story, there are 3 ways to get where you are going. Stairs, escalator, elevator. This building is so big, it's hard to feel like it's overwhelmed when full. Cleaning personnel were quietly visible helping to keep the place safe and clean.

Love the new store!!! It's two level of wonderful layouts, indoor/outdoor furniture, beautiful displays, and really anything you can think of for your home. Staff is new and helpful, even with a learning curve. They put video games throughout the store to keep kids occupied while parents shop too! You'll be able to find what you're looking for, whatever it is.

Came up here for the first time with my SO, cause she was looking for a fridge, and there was more than enough options (the photo only captures a glimpse of some.) The staff was quite helpful and friendly, and had Larry Gardner specifically assist us. He was awesome! Was patient while we were looking at our options, (didn t rush us whatsoever,) discussed with us and helped us narrow down our choices, and went above and beyond overall. If you like talking hoops, that s an added bonus as well with him (looks like he could dunk on someone, that s for sure haha.) Thanks again Larry! We ll certainly be back.

The new location is beautiful, very spacious and clean.

Salesman Greg Rhoads was awesome. No pressure, just answered our questions and let us make our decisions.

The new site is sure big plenty of stuff to choose from and plenty of room to move around. The best thing was nobody tried to pressure you into anything and if you wanted to be left alone they left you alone.

They are fine. They treat ya decent They have a huge selection of mostly the same thing with just slight differences. The prices are not great. The sales people are fine. Over all just an OK experience but WARNING, if you have a delivery you better watch to make sure they set it up correctly b/c they are in a rush and speed is a bigger priority than quality and precision.

As you first walk in you are amazed on how beautiful the Layton store is...then you are greeted as always with a wonderful representative. She guided my sister and I to the mattress section. From there on we were helped with our needs.
We looked at some of the departments, but we had to leave. The people that helped us today was Lori, Ramero, Shannon, and John.
We will definitely come back...

Great store! We love RC Willey - the size of this new location gives more opportunity for more furniture on the show room floor and I love it! Lots of great sales reps working the floor. We went browsing for our new build home to get ideas and the reps were more than willing to help us! Isaiah (I think that's what his name was) was very personable and helpful! We will be back to this location.

This place is huge. Wear comfortable shoes. Beautiful displays.

Worst customer service ever!!! Ordered couches, was told they would be delivered in three weeks. Now going into 7th week and not one person there can give me ANY information. Awful awful!!!!!

its great, they didn't have many refrigerators in stocks, most on back order due to covid-19.

We recently made a purchase at the new Layton store. The chairs we bought are great and the salesman was great. The reason for the one star rating is because my wife, who walks with a cane, and I had to go upstairs and all the way to the back of the store to pay. This is a stupid marketing ploy to get people to walk through the whole store and we are done with RC Willey because of it

It is really open, with a lot less sales traps, which in turn makes it easier to make decisions.

New store, you have to see this place, it's amazing.

We wanted a washer and dryer however they didn't have the dryer and had to wait 2 weeks for it. If your going to have deals going on maybe make sure you have enough product.

The sales staff is so nice and they're so helpful with helping you pickout furniture for your home. The hubby and I have different tastes and they were so good at helping us find furniture that fit both of our tastes.

Gorgeous new store with so many options and ideas! We planned on just a quick trip to look at available sectionals for our new home. But we were there for at least 2 hours... browsing the whole store! Todd B was SUPER helpful!!! We were looking at refrigerators for a second fridge and had told him our main fridge we bought from a different store, wouldn't fit through one of our doorways, so he told us what THEIR delivery guys would have done. Todd saved us from having to reframe a door or knock a wall down! He also helped us find a great second fridge in their marked down section and was super knowledgeable and friendly the whole time! We will definitely be back to the Layton location!

It was well past time to move from the small store in Syracuse and create a store worthy of the money spent with R.C. Willey. We visited the new store this evening and it was what exactly what it was built up to be. The sales floors were spacious yet unassuming. The sales staff even seemed to be a bit less forceful and instead seemed to be there for any needs we had rather than just the sales they were trying to make. It was an absolutely great environment and will definitely be somewhere that we purchase from more often than before.

Big and beautiful. Fresh and clean. A lot of furniture to choose from.

Incredible store.tins of selections super friendly staff and very knowledgeable. Will call was much faster than they said it would be. Wish we had a store like this on the phone East coast.
