Bought an awesome couch from Ashley's! Super comfortable! We came in close to closing but Earl stayed late and helped us out and gave us outstanding customer service instead of turning us away. Our new couch came with a great warranty and overall just an awesome experience. It's hard to find great customer service. Go see Earl, he's your man!

He did good when we were purchasing it but he lied and told us we would get all our pieces on a certain day and we didn't and when I called he tried to take back what he said telling me he didn't say that which was a lie

Great service and products. But we live in a small cabin and found it difficult to locate smaller pieces of furniture. When we decided on a set we were told they will delivery it to sadlers in Sterling. Living in Cooper Landing. They drive right past our house. When I called sadlers for delivery instructions they told us we don't deliver to Cooper Landing. They told us to rent a uhaul, pick up our stuff and then return the u haul Really I buy $3000.00 dollars worth of stuff and now I need a uhaul? They need to have some better way of getting your purchase to you. Other than that we love our new stuff. Thanks Ashley

When in there looking for a dining room table. I know the style that I prefer and they didn't have it in the showroom. Instead of having all the dinette sets set up in a certain area the store so you could take a look at them you had to go all over the store because they had strewn throughout the store. They had this newfangled"tv", set up, it looked like something that comes over in my email from Ashley's! I had to figure out how to use it on my own nobody there really helped. Finally some salesman came over I was showing him the Styles what I wanted, of course they don't have them in stores! It will take weeks for them to get it in and by the way you can go on the website "yourself" and look at all these items as well but all the items won't be the same price because it's "Alaska?" Made but pause and think, so every piece of furniture in the store room is all jacked up in price?? ...'cause it's "Alaska?!" ... Needless to say we purchased our dining room set at "Bailey's! " ...in Wasilla!

Disappointed, we walked in the the sales person only directed his conversation to my husband. Bit annoying

If they are like the store they own ultimate mattress store I wont ever shop there !!!

My wife and I had a pleasant experience shopping at the Anchorage store. The sales staff was friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. They also didn t try to breathe down your neck the entire time and let us browse through the store at our own measure, which was a very pleasant change from the other stores we looked at in the area.

I had the pleasure to work with Earl, I was in and out in no time. I would recommend Earl for any of your furniture needs.

Purchased two amazing room sets at a fair price. The delivery fee was cheap and the set up was super professional.

SHERI HAS BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE OVER THE PHONE!!! She s not very helpful & should be properly TRAINED for customer service skills.! I am not shopping there anymore. Need to hire more knowledgeable people but should really get rid of her only because her attitude STINKS!!!!

Ashley Furniture had a great selection to choose from and more importantly very helpful staff. We worked with a rep by the name of Mary Ann, she was fun and thoughtful of what we wanted. We never felt pressured to buy but had the help when we needed it. Highly recommend them.

Outstanding experience Earl Twillie was an amazing salesperson very fast and quick with the product that I wanted and had it ready for me within 2 hours

The gentleman that helped us was not very nice. He was rude and not knowledgeable about the questions. We were so done with that place when he said it's not his job to know. Definitely not going back there again.

Marianne was great she was very informative and even helped entertain our 4 kids while we picked our new furniture. She wasn't pushy or annoying either.

Random was the sales person who helped me. I showed him that the online sale price differed from what was marked in the store for the bunk beds that I was interested in. He helped me get the price I originally saw. He also was helpful in using the credit my son had okayed for me to use. He explained everything to me clearly. I think I will come back for the mattresses that were on sale. I appreciated his low key professionalism.

We weren't told the chairs to our table wouldn't be available for a month until we went to the warehouse to pick them up. Then the lady said 30 minutes when it would take over 2 hours to get box springs from another location. Nice furniture but unaware we want to deal with the hassle again.

We went here just to shop and look around and Dartanian was exceptional at answering all of our questions and was so helpful. His customer service was excellent.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They were knowledgeable of their inventory and let us know up front if anything was out of stock and would take a while to deliver. Will was very professional and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. And the price for each piece we purchased was awesome too. Overall a great experience. We will be going back in the future when we are on the hunt for new pieces!

Amazing experience! This is the second time we ve made a purchase here and both times we ve worked with, Maryanne. She has been exceptionally great and has made the process simple both times. Definitely recommend working with her!!

Worst customer service. Website had a sale going on and the prices in the store didn't reflect that so when I said I wasn't going to purchase the item for the original price the guy gave me attitude and then seemed completely disinterested in helping me out but kept following us around. Will not shop there again.

We were helped out two days in a row by Mr. Random. He did an amazing job setting us up with furniture and could not be happier with our experience.

Bought a bed set and was in an out nice and easy. Sales staff helped when needed but didnt crowd me. Over all a good experience.

The staff was very knowledge and friendly and very far pricing. But I am only giving it 3 stars because it took close to an hour to but what I wanted into their system, pay and set up a delivery date.

Walked in and greeted by a salesman who let us look around on our own... no pressure. When we found the table and chairs we were looking for, we summoned him, he verified it was in stock and wrote it up. Very polite and pleasant experience.

The store is beautiful, and the merchandise is lovely! I can definitely see my home being furnished by Ashley. The only reason why I ve decided on one star , is because my husband and I were in there for about 45 minutes looking to furnish our new home.
Not once did anyone ask us if we needed any help, nor did anyone welcome us in the store. Not a peep from any sales associate. Solely a glance here and there, and a stare. There were about four associates walking around and talking with one another , they saw us and decided to keep talking ...
my husband and I may look like teenagers but we re not just some kids off the block coming in to lay on the furniture. I understand that as a customer I can ask for help.... but I also understand as someone whose worked in customer service since I was 14, I understand that the customer shouldn t have to ask for help.

I dont know where these "good prices" are that everyone is talking about, but these folks are ripping people off. I realize we are in Alaska and things are more expensive, but $400 above website pricing for a recliner? That came up on a shipment with other goods, more than likely on a company truck? Do yourselves a favor folks. Purchase online because you are going to pay for the shipping on every item anyway with these mark-ups.
