Theo probably thinks I'm the easiest customer on the planet. Literally. I walked in, pointed, and purchased; he just happened to be closest to me when I said I wanted that piece of furniture. What he doesn't know is that I went to every store in Anchorage (including Ashley) and I've been searching for months for what I wanted. The people at Ashley were helpful rather than pushy, and they left me alone to look for what I wanted. Theo made the purchase super easy, and I was in and out in about 15 minutes, which is huge for me.
