Absolute WORST customer service. I have been waiting two months for replacement on the parts that attach my side rails to my headboard and frame. I've sent multiple pictures, received the wrong sized part, sent pictures of those, and never get responses. Whoever works in customer service obviously doesn't work at all....
Ashley's was the first place my wife and I looked to purchase a bed for our 3 yr old. We went to 2 other places and came back. The others lacked Theo's customer service and knowledge. Ashley's prices were also better than their competitors. I will shop here for all my furniture needs.

I walked into the store and was immediately greeted by Mrs. Elaina Matlock. She asked me what I was looking for? I asked her if they had kid beds and they did. Then things started taking a turn when I looked at the living room sets on sale. Elaina was very very patient me because of all the nice sales, I could not make up my mind. I kept changing my mind and she did not rush me at all. She gave me her undivided attention throughout the entire process after I made up my mind. She explained everything and processed my military discount which saved me 5% on everything. I do not know about anyone else s experience at this Ashley s Furniture store but I definitely enjoyed my experience.

Walked in and was greeted by Jeffery E. Told him what we were looking for and he showed us items closest to what we wanted. He helped us match our colors and set us up for delivery. The staff was very friendly with our tired from bed shopping kids. Very pleased with this place. We will shop here again due to the lack of pressure to buy more attitude of Jeffery. Just ask for Jeff and you wont have a bad experience.
Earl was fantastic and very efficient with our time. He was knowledgeable and courteous to us when we had questions and were trying to make a decision.
4 stars because of the delivery fee. I just spent a couple thousand dollars there and Ashley s is still going to charge a delivery fee in town?
