Their wood bedroom furniture fell apart just over a month, the front of the drawer fell off still waiting for a replacement after three weeks of waiting.
Recently phoned to get a price on a bedside nightstand since you purchase a bedroom set you get one nightstand. Was told one price and when we went to buy the price had jumped up by $50.Of course the associate and the manager denied all knowledge of phone call or price hike difference .
Filled in the customer comment card but as suspected no reply to our questions. Would never shop at this store again, cheap wood assembled in a far off exotic country your choice !
Update after waiting six weeks for the repair to be carried out on the drawer we receive a call to say that they received a damaged replacement drawer which they did not check on arrival to their warehouse. Now we have to wait another six weeks for another replacement. What a shambles of an operation, Ashley furniture is a pure nightmare, so buyer beware !
