In the worst office, parcels come several weeks while the smartpost arrives the very next day.

The worst postal company! Never use it! We ordered 2 parcels, both came to the delivery center at the same time, but we received only one! The second has been lying there for a week. They called support three times, and they were never able to give us a normal answer, why we can t pick up our package. We asked about the opportunity to pick it up ourselves, for which the support operator promised to contact the delivery center so that they would deliver the parcel to the client center (which by the way is across the street from the delivery center), after which she promised to call back. Of course, no one called us back, the messenger was lying around in the delivery center. The package has arrived, but we can t pick it up! WHAT FOR Nonsense

The courier brings the foundation to the punt! down the stairs, comes to the store, a folder with a naughty signature needed, a signature given while I'm dealing with a customer .... a few minutes later I discovered the signature, WHERE IS THE GOODS ?? Call, ask, and answer OFF, BEFORE THE HOUSE, AND I NEVER HAVE TO GET THE GOODS. In itself, it was already crazy: it is wet outside, my goods are sitting in the pool, the courier just puts them there because she DOES NOT have to bring the goods to the store (florist 2 women at work, women's day !!!). but take the pallet full and carry it inside! Another letter sent from Finland to Estonia turned into a maxi letter in Estonia. The size of the letter was 240x350x20 (according to Itella, 250x353x20) and its weight was 93g. Two identical letters were sent at the same time, one arrived normally, the other went to the post office to be picked up;
The Omniva info couldn't tell why the letter turned into a max letter, probably the mail has wrinkled (creased) the letter, making it thicker, no other explanation.
Of course, the new dimensions of Omniva's new (2013) are 230x330x20, but in the same breath, they say "The dimensions of the International Maxi Book do not change".
Now I would have to pay an extra price to get the letter in the mailbox, but where I get paid, should I go there to pay for the mail, I will not bother calling there again to ask.
