Incredibly incompetent! 1st: papers informing that there's a parcel to be picked up are just not delivered on timely manner to your home. By the time they arrive you have only one or two days to pick up the parcel. 2nd the post office opens at 10am, closes at 19pm and is closed the entire weekend. Result: if you work in a store or service provider you cannot pick up your own parcel. Delays in delivery are about 1 or 2 weeks. In Xmas period count on the fact they might deliver your parcel with 1 month delay.

Horrible service, there is no way to get through to the information and this is in the tiny state, I never received a package on time !!!!!

Excellent main post office is also close and convenient, no need to go to the center, and the service is fast

The worst post service you could possibly think of.
Parcels are being kept for just a week in the automatic pick up machines and in case you are on vacation no chance to pick them.
The phone service line is even worth - one day it s broken, the other day nobody picks up the phone, the next day silence after the promise to call back, etc.
It s a complete nightmare.

Worse than Russian Post. Parcels in Estonia take longer to reach the border. They respond to info-mail letters in a week, but they don t take the info-phone at all.

Fast service. There are difficulties with parking, it is very small. It is best to arrive before 17.00 on weekdays. Fewer markers at this time. Or you can park near the store, it is not wide.

Takes really long time to deliver and all the time everything is late.

I had the whole time feeling like I was talking to wrinkles, no one responded to the phone, 2-3 days to email to get 1 sentence. Asked for the personal code, even those dirty teeth could not read it, somehow it was known from the personal code that over the night I was underage for two weeks to send 3 letters I was told at all that I could go and return the pack. The eels sounded like my work would not have been their job, and as I would be a burden on them, like this fuck my fault, that your life fell down such a hill, that you were not even being thrown into manure. Fucking such a retarded single-celled green algae would not be fooled if I could only give one letter I would do. When this pasatorm goes bankrupt once, I go through each of their offices personally and gobble up the front doors.

Terrible service. Elan Pirital, the packages are sent on a regular basis to Pallas. The answer is that the new system is not working and the staff can not use it, thus leaving the packages in Pallas - an incredible level. Phones will not answer, after 30 minutes the call will be interrupted. Be sure to avoid it whenever possible.

It is sad that Estonians have to deal with Omniva at all. Never received a parcel quickly, never, parcel delivery speed is ridiculous and I won't even talk about a call center. Scary, just scary

I was sent a registered letter that needed to be delivered to my home. a person from the delivery center claimed that I was not at home yesterday, even though I am ill with my feet and will not leave the apartment, my husband was also at home. I was promised to bring the letter home today, but instead it was sent to the Blueberry Center. so there were 2 lies about the letter and now I risk my husband going to the blueberry center to pick up the letter, although I'm not sure he'll get it.

Horrible service. The package walks as it wants. I just receive messages that the courier could not deliver. And he can t call the indicated number? You don t know anything in the information

A lost pack is searched for a month. Nobody replies to the letters.
Every day I have to call and find out where the package is. Every day I get an answer that at five o'clock someone is calling back, but no one has ever called back.
A very unpleasant experience.

The order from America came 13/08 (Tuesday) in the morning, immediately declared it, 13/08 at 14.30 he was released. On Friday I should have already received. There is no message, I m calling, they say that they will only deliver it on Monday, OK. Silence on Monday, too, calling again. Answer: delivered on Tuesday-Wednesday. She asked for what reason such delays, received no response. Why do other firms deliver orders from the same America after release in 2-3 days, and omniva only feeds breakfast? It would be possible to never use your service, I would certainly do so.
My order from America to Estonia was delivered in less time than the omniva moves it from point A to point B in one county.

Many times my international parcels arrived to this hub. While pretty often it takes decent amount of time ti stand in the queue with your number, personal is very friendly, patient with all the different request you may, welcoming and responsible. Also it was my office during half a year, while I was working on Enterprise Android application. For philatelists sadly it is not the place to get the stamps, for such I would recommend Omniva e-shop.

If you want a bunch of inconveniences, choose Omniva! If you want a snail mail service, choose Omniva!

Long sorting time, parcels are lost, couriers do not actually deliver anything behind the door and simply state after "Receiver was not available". Not recommended to anyone.

Omniva office is small but nice one. There is even PO boxes here. Usually crowded with people when visiting around and before holidays.
