Great organisation to work with - they have really committed staff who work hard for their tenants.

Over my 4 years at Bric they have become increasingly difficult to work with and dismissive of their tenants. They sneakily take 50% of their tenants income and do not address safety or violence issues within their managed buildings, nor their mould or pest problems. I strongly do not recommend Bric Housing.

Bullying staff and management watch what you say and sign . Get outside help or they will dump on you. They asked me to sign a contract, saying they would get other residents to sign the same later which never happened.

Bric employs staff who are dedicated to providing a great service.

I find living at my new home is Rilly Rilly great thank you .
