amazing food, come hungry and don't let the exterior fool you!

the food was great here and the service was good. the staff was friendly and the place is fairly clean

do not be fooled by the unsuspecting location/exterior of the place: just went to los andes last night and had THE best meal at a restaurant in providence since living in RI [over 5 years]: the food was fantastic, service was fabulous [waiter knew everything on the menu and made great recommendations], atmosphere was relaxed and the prices were super reasonable. after living on the east side, and paying an arm and a leg for so-so food and service, i'm super happy to find a new go-to restaurant in the area! definitely check it out.

What a gem! I would need to grow three more arms in order to give this place enough thumbs up. Service is impressive, atmosphere is fun and upbeat. The ambiance is lovely. The food takes the cake though- nowhere else can you get this quality at this price. Try the calamari and the cheese empanadas, you won't be disappointed. I'm not exaggerating when I say I would come back to Rhode Island SPECIFICALLY to come back to Los Andes!

Had the paella for the first time there either night. My gosh was it amazing. And enough food to eat until I was stuffed and a full meal the next day!

Food is always fantastic. Worth the wait if you go at peak times. You can eat right at the bar if you don't want to wait for a table.

It was the first time for me to have some perusian food. foods and wine were really nice as well as atmosphere. I miss here and provi a lot

Los Andes' menu has a tremendous selection. No matter what you pick, it is always spectacularly prepared. The food is always delicious and the serving sizes are very generous. Everyone leaves with a doggie bag. Look how amazing our dinners all looked. They tasted even better than they looked!

I asked our server Kathy if there were any vegan options and she came back to tell me the chef would personally make me a custom vegan dish. The picture included was it. AMAZING. I ve never felt more welcomed and accommodated at a non-vegan restaurant. Kathy was perfect, knowledgeable and efficient. The staff is super attentive and friendly. The food is phenomenal and the atmosphere is glorious. We sat on the outdoor patio nestled along fresh flowers and warm sunlight. The sangria was crisp and refreshing. I would give this place ten stars if I could. Highly recommend. I will definitely be coming back.

Pretty good food, it's more of a flavor pile then anything. Food is definitely authentic so it's two thumbs up from me.

Absolutely one of the best restaurants I've been to in years. We had a 545 reservation and at 545 we were seated even though the place was packed. The service was excellent, the food OUT OF THIS WORLD, the atmosphere very cool. There was a very diverse crowd too from groups of senior ladies and college students to young couples and families. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Reservations are required!

The food and service is wonderful. The servers are very knowledgeable of the menu. The food is some of the best I've had in Providence. My wife and I continually go back and have not had a bad experience yet!

I really enjoyed dining here with a friend visiting from out of town and my daughter. The atmosphere was bright and festive, the wait staff attentive and friendly, and the menu was easy to read and understand. We enjoyed sangria and a variety of dishes, all of which were delicious.

The evening was fantastic! The waiter was very humorous, polite, and knowledgeable about the menu and specials for the evening. I ordered the Jalea. It was fried to perfection, the Chalaca-Salsa was lightly seasoned, and the Yucca was delicious. I ordered a side of Asparagus and Potatoes. What a fabulous combination; mouth watering. I wanted to savor every moment. In celebration of a close friend returning home for the summer to finish up their Doctoral Studies, the evening could have not been more PERFECT! The atmosphere was calming, lights were dim, and everyone enjoyed themselves. A++++

The food and service was amazing. Our waitress Valesca walked us through the menu and made recommendations. The portion size are really for two. Make sure to get the sangria.

the ceviche here was absolutely the best i ve ever had. hands down. the atmosphere was great as well. prepare for a long line though, this is definitely the place to be and everyone seems to know it.

Greatest ceviches. Very unusual taste. Try pisco sour as well, with pineapple or mango of you like sweeter stuff - very good. And - nice decor.

Friendly valet parking, and with a reservation we only waited a few minutes to be seated. The waiter was extremely helpful, with an extremely detailed knowledge of the menu and recommendations for various tastes. Even the bread they brought to the table was top notch, a nice crust to it, and oil with garlic and sundried tomatoes. The ceviche was wonderful, even though my wife and I shared the "ceviche martini", which is a small sampler served in a martini glass, we are determined to get more next time! On to the main course, the prices aren't cheap but the serving sizes are enormous, my wife and I could have reasonably shared either of our meals and not been left wanting.

The food is absolutely delicious and the service is great.

I've been waiting years to eat here! It was definitely worth the excitement. Like many places, your meal starts with warm bread and olive oil but their oil has something really different about it. It's delicious. Their saltenas are SO good, I could have an entire meal of them. The cunapes are a close second. For entrees, I tried their ceviche tasting, which leans on some classic Asian flavors and a steak/shrimp dish special, which was cooked perfectly. For dessert, I had a slice of their lucuma pie, which was very airy! On top of the amazing food, the service and staff are very professional. Our waitress was attentive and our dishes were quickly cleared after each round of food. The exception was maybe the host, he was a bit grumpy when welcoming us.

My goodness... Besides the maze we went through to get to our table the food was delicious. The portions are massive and the service was awesome. Would have loved to dine in one of the igloos but they were full. Oh well maybe next time.

Amazing service and great food! Just went here with a party of 6 and the food and drinks were both great. They were polite and the service was great. Waitress remembered everything I ordered without writing down the order and got everything perfect.

Me and my husband went to this place for first time, and we tried seafood it was very tasty, service was good and fast, it is not too pricey, we will difinetly go again.

This place is so reliable. Every dining experience is perfect.

First time here after getting recommendations from friends and family for so long. The place is so organized and they take your temp at check in. We got a table on the patio and it was covered and they had heaters so we felt super comfortable despite it being cold outside. We both got the Bistec Andina Ribeye and it was excellent! I actually just started eating steak again after several years and this was the perfect one to eat as my first after so long. The sauce and spices were very tasty. Portion sizes are extremely generous. They were able to make us really great virgin mango mojitos. We had impeccable service from our waiter Christian!

I really love this place but honestly it's hard to grab a table here. If you're going on the weekend, you definitely need reservations. Pretty much everything on the menu is amazing, especially the seafood dishes. A real Rhode Island treasure! As always, the manager was polite and made sure we were nice and warm outside. Thank you & we will be back!!

From the outside, this restaurant looks very unassuming but once you enter there is definitely a more upscale vibe. Free valet available, very limited parking options if you self park. Huge portions, strongly recommend sharing plates. So far it's my favorite restaurant in Providence!

My husband and I come here at least 2x a month. It is probably our favorite restaurant and we have tried to pull our friends there as well. We pretty much have ordered almost everything on the menu but my favorite is the chicken empanada. It s so juicy and perfectly crisp all the time. It comes with a tomato base salsa that is good as well. We have only been there about 2x since the pandemic.

If you're looking for a place with delicious food you probably can't pronounce, make this your next dinner out.

All I can say is WOW just Wow. The food was amazing and the service was even better! And the valet guys were great also. Would definitely recommend this place to everyone!

This is a very delicious, great servers, great wine, great service, big portions, and overall amazing.

I was on vacation looking for something different. This place did NOT disappoint! The food was unbelievable and flavorful. The staff was very attentive and nice. Very relaxing atmosphere. You could tell that whomever runs this place runs a tight ship.

The overall experience was incredible! The staff were very friendly and attentive and professional. The food was delicious and you get a lot of it, which makes it well worth the price. Also, it was well decorated and had a very nice atmosphere. I would definitely recommend it and I wish I could give it more stars. Also, there is complementary valet parking, which makes it even better!
