Great company, fantastic friendly and helpful staff. They really went above expectations to get our loan approved. The Admin staff are very knowledgeable and helpful and made the transition to our new bank easy and stress free. GREAT WORK

This has been the worst experience ever. First co...

This has been the worst experience ever. First contacted Mortgage Mart in late October early November 2020 to refinance. Finally settled end of March 2021 after numerous follow ups by myself to see progress. Took till March even to get an approval. Had to keep sending documents over and over as they kept trying to tell me that I never sent them even though I had the emails. They couldn t open attached documents apparently as they were not PDF. Now having hassles to obtain the extra funds borrowed from lender that they went through even though this was part of the loan and they are in an offset account in our name. Person first dealt with doesn t work there anymore but we were never informed of this and seem to end up dealing with a number of different people which made it difficult to know where things were up too.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
We have had issue after issue every time we contact them. Our experience has been that bad we have found a new company. The lady Mel always gets her assistant to answer the phone and she s never there or never rings us back. Mel took 4 mo tha to change our interest rates. Mel never calls back so we asked to speak to the manager. He defended her. .
We are currently doing our house settlement and these guys are holding everything up. They simply shrug their shoulders and say oh well
Countless times we have rung and asked for things to be done and for the to ring us back and it never happens. They tell us they re too busy. We are in Perth so we can t go and see them.
We have now had the commonwealth bank contact us saying they ve had all the paper work since 7 August. It is now the 27 August.
Commonwealth bank has also asked us the lenders to push mortgage mart along as wel.
Commonwealth bank described them as one of the slowest and hardest to deal with.
DO NOT USE THEM IF YOU WANT A FRIENDLY HELPFUL SERVICE

BEWARE - If you are a mortgage broker thinking of ...

BEWARE - If you are a mortgage broker thinking of sending these guys work, DON"T. Wayne will try anyway possible to avoid paying you, even if it means making up stories about how the EFT banking system works, which both his and my bank agree is wrong. I would encourage you to finding a more reputable company to deal with.
The service and assistance offered me even from the start was very poor, but they had access to a lender I needed, who by the way no longer deal with them, which I would suggest says enough too.

After sending a Letter of Demand part of the reply I received from Wayne Armstrong
"And even if the court tell me to pay I won t "

Fantastic company with great service. As Mortgage Managers they deal with our bank on our behalf, so if there is an issue they sort it out for us. The admin girls go above and beyond to help us in any way they can. Highly recommended and i cannot fault them in any way. Keep up they great work.

Absolutely disgusted in their service because there isn't any. Worst company I have delt with. I have been trying to get information from them regarding a refund owed to me since April 2017. Am told I will get a call back by close of business but it never happens. My emails have gone unanswered and have phoned them 7 times in 14 business days. All I can say is if you want a company that ignores you then go with these clowns I would have given them no stars but you have to give them something if you can't leave a comment
