It was time for a new roof and gutters so I decided to get three estimates. Arocon's came in the middle. They were doing everything that the top estimate was doing. If any roof plywood needed replacing they charged $50 per sheet vs the higher estimate which was $70. The low estimate did not do all the work that Arocon and the high estimate was doing. Both Arocon and the high estimate were concerned about air circulation in the attic and were putting in smart vents. We decided to go with AROCON. On the morning that they were scheduled to start they showed up at 8:00 and covered all our shrubbery. I was amaized that all of the old roof was off and all three levels of roofing was on by3:00 and the grounds was cleaned and they ran a magnet over the yard multiple times to insure that there were no stray nails. The next morning a different crew arrived at 8:00 to replace the gutters. Again they removed and replaced all three level with seamless gutters with Rhino gutter guards and were finished before 10:30. The roofing and gutters look so sharp my wife wants to push up the date for replacing the vinyl. We will definitely be using this company again. I had one small question about the gutter job and the company owner showed up within a couple hours to reassure me on this job. Next year I will post a review of the new siding we hope to get in 2015.
