TL/DR - Most people nice but roof still not fixed.

Called to get my roof fixed and the initial person was actually very nice and worked well with me to schedule a time to take a look at my roof. She even calls me back and let's me know they can get a sooner than expected date if I wanted it. That whole process went very well. The roofers arrived on time and called me before they got there. They were also very nice and pleasant to work with. They gave a detailed report on what the found and everything seemed awesome. That's pretty much the only good things I have to say about it. The very next week, the first time it rained, my roof continued to leak in the exact same place as before so the problem wasn't fixed. Mistakes happen and I understand everything isn't an exact process since I'm sure its not easy to fix everything, especially something as difficult as a roof. Not a huge deal, but a disappointment. I called the company back and explained what happened, the new representative on the phone was difficult to work with and when I explained the issue, she acted like she was rude, but finally agreed to help, and acted like she was doing me a favor by sending people back out (to fix the problem they thought they fixed). The rudeness was irritating but I can also understand that they are going to be upset, as they have to resend people to go to the same address to attempt a second fix. Fair enough. They 2nd group of roofers come back out, and are nice and polite again, say they found the same spot and say that they see the problem, and say they fixed it. Awesome. So now 2 weeks later I get the first rain again, and the roof starts leaking in the exact same spot. I am now going to be working on calling them back and attempting to address the issue again, meanwhile the issue of rain entering my home persists. I am sure some people had great jobs done, and lots of the people seem nice and friendly at this company, and also seem like they know what they are doing. I have just received bad results in my experience with them and if my situation couldn't be fixed, i wish they would have just let me know it was more complicated.
