The staff at Arlington Toyota we're fantastic !!!
They were right there on the spot when we walked in the door. They couldn t be any more helpful and worked around my budget and got me out the door in a new car!!! Have to say the staff just made the whole buying experience the easiest!!! With a fantastic new car! Can t say thank you enough!!!

We called every toyota dealership in Jacksonville to make a key for my sister's 2018 Toyota Corolla they were all in the $600 range Georgia dealership was about $315. We found a place called Instant Keys that charged $225. They reset the computer and made another key. The dealership is a ripoff. And they come to you, you dont have to tow it.

Stopped by here to buy a used car for my daughter walked around for over 15 minutes and not one sales person came to help......yet there were multiple salesman on the lot..... guess my money isn t welcome here.

This was my first car purchase from a major dealership. It was an amazing experience thanks to my sales rep Brandon Litman. He was very courteous and mindful about budget. I thought I would just be looking at cars but I was able to leave with a car that I love within my budget. I'll definitely be returning for any future car needs.

Horrible experience with sales manager ray. Be careful of nitrogen in tires scam totaling over 2,000 dollars. Nitrogen is extremely cheap, no where near 2,000 dollars expensive. I will be sure to shop other places who are more credible in the future.

As always, Dealing with Sandra Howard on our 4th vehicle Purchase was painless. She works hard to find the right vehicle every time. Management, Roger, gave us a good deal on our trade in and the Finance Manager worked with us to get the monthly payments in line. Won t go any where else.

Bought a vehicle tonight through Arlington Toyota and had a great experience. Dwight Cobb, our sales representative was a pleasure to deal with. No pressure, no fuss. We had some issues on our end and he was patient and easily willing to let us get them taken care of. I highly recommend Dwight as someone to deal with in purchasing a vehicle.

I started with Arlington one week ago with Dawn, internet sales. I explained to Dawn that my husband and I were interested in a 2013 Rogue and a 2019 Tacoma. I even confirmed the day prior to our appointment that both vehicles were available; to which she responded yes and that she would not be in tomorrow due to a family matter but her manager Amit could help me. I received a call around 10am the morning of our appointment explaining that the Rogue sold last night. I was very irritated to find this out as we had an appointment to test drive it. None the less we were still interested in the Tacoma. When we get to the dealership we meet Amit and he introduced Brandon to us. We told Brandon the VIN numbers of the vehicles we wanted to test drive. Brandon stating he has the Tacoma keys in his pocket takes us outside and we begin to walk the dealership . After 5 minutes my husband and I decided to wait up at the front while Brandon continued to look. 25 minutes pass and we ask to speak to Amit. He comes out and asks us which vehicle we have chosen. We stated to him we haven t even been able to get into the vehicle. He calls Brandon who still has not located the Tacoma even though he has the keys to the vehicle. We decided to leave. About an hour later we get a phone call and email from Brandon explaining he has found the Tacoma.

This doesn t even bring up the fact that we were told Dawn was in today and the Chevy Colorado that we wanted to test drive was being serviced. The same Chevy Colorado that drove past us as we left.

Needless to say we will not be back and will not recommend to any of our friends, coworkers or family.

What I will do is brag on Coggin Chevy at the Avenues ; they were able to get us into a 2021 Chevy Colorado Z71 with the most ease and professionalism.

Jontae Jean was the sales consultant that sold me my new Rav4! Not only was he kind and professional, but also he addressed all my concerns and made me feel like a valued customer! The managers Khader Salameh and Roger Page were also very accommodating and provided me with a smooth buying experience. Would recommend this dealership!

We were referred to Arlington Toyota by a family friend. We drove from Brunswick, Georgia. The dealership was better than advertised. Our salesman, Ricky Patel, had keys to vehicles we were interested in ready to go. He had comprehensive knowledge of the vehicles and their features. There was no pressure to "drive home today". Everyone we met wanted us to find a vehicle that suited us rather than one that came close. We got a GREAT deal. Arlington Toyota truly respected our time and worked hard to get our business in the long run. I simply had a very easy and comfortable experience here. They worked hard to get the paperwork done quickly and correctly. All our questions were answered and we were given documentation at every juncture. If you need a car, Arlington Toyota deserves to be on your short list of dealerships to visit!

I purchased my new SUV this past Saturday at Arlington Toyota. My experience was beyond awesome. I have to admit my most UN-FAVORITE thing to do is buying a car. I really just would rather one show up in my driveway and that's it. However since that didn't happen I had to go look. My sales person was wonderful and made the process so much better that I could have hoped for. He was upfront with all the info I needed which made my decision easier. Terrible customer service! Very unprofessional. Sales person tried covering the phone to complain to co worker I was frustrating him just because I have specific needs on the vehicle I'm trying to purchase. In the meantime I am hearing all his conversations. That's the reason why people hate having to deal with car salesmen. Never been treated so rude and disrespected. This is after telling him that I am a veteran.

This place is a joke and the finance manager needs to get a backbone and stop lying to customers, but it's par for the course that this business hire an employee such as Mr. Krieger to represent them.

Bring my car here for regular servicing on a SUV I bought a few years ago. They have always done great work. Steve was especially attentive and kept me up to date what the vehicle needed and when it would be ready for pickup. It was ready when promised.

Matthew was great to work with. Open and honest throughout the entire transaction. He had good follow through and a professional attitude.

Granted we did not drive off with a new car, our experience at Arlington Toyota was good with Joe Salvadore. He was very personable and greeted us at the door. One of the finance managers sat down with us and was very detailed on why at this time they couldn't get us into a new car today but gave us very good pointers. We greatly appreciated the time and effort they gave to us. We'll be back in a few months.

I am from Tennessee and was looking for a new car. After test driving in my hometown I wanted to get quotes in other cities as I was possibly going on a beach trip soon near Jacksonville. Matt Ramono responded immediately to my online quote request. From there, we built a relationship via email and text. He was very quick to respond, helpful and patient. He did me some great favors and took care of me as we made a deal and I flew down to get my new car. I was very nervous and apprehensive about my first car buying experience but it was not near as bad as i intended. Matt helped me along the way and made it an easy and memorable experience. When I arrived he, along with CiCi, a new employee to Arlington took great care of me and were very hospitable.

This was the first time I was buying a car and getting out of a lease. They were very helpful and informative. They made sure I was happy with my end purchase and knew what I was getting into and out of. Tom had patience with me while looking for a car and doing the paperwork. I'm giving my honest 100% review. My wife and I purchased a used 2013 4runner here with only 18k miles on it and the vehicle has been perfect. We have had a temp tag for a while now and it has expired. Trying to get ahold of Dewight our salesmen during the sale was absolutely NO problem now that the sell is over he has avoided my calls about getting us a new temp tag and when he did answer he lied about calling back with an update. I guess it's like every car salesman your best friend while buying and a very distant neighbor after the sell. Dont expect anything different than any other dealership.

I would recommend anyone to Saif! He was extremely patient and went over and beyond our expectations to make sure we purchase the vehicle that we wanted. I didn t think that they were pushy at all. I do think that they should have better sales people with knowledge on all cars and have some sort of experience on other cars other then Toyota s. I think the best part of the whole experience was the fianance man DJ. He was so nice. He went above and beyond to get us a great deal. If I had to buy a car again (not anytime soon) I would definitely go back and deal with DJ. I also like the fact that they made a deal that we wanted to pay not what they wanted us to pay.
