Had a great experience at Arlington Toyota. Our customer assistant Marilyn spent the majority of the day with us showing us four different model cars in multiple trim levels and test driving different ones to meet our needs. She was very knowledgeable in the specifications of each one and had the patience of a saint! Daniel in finance was also wonderful to deal with and made the money part of things a breeze. Everyone answered all of our questions no matter how small and helped us understand so much that we d been confused about before. We will definitely use Arlington Toyota in the future and recommend to friends as well.

I have owned Toyota vehicles for the last 45 years. This is the first time I have enjoyed spending my money. This dealership is so uniquely exceptional in its service and people. I can't wait for my first maintenance check so I can go visit with them again.
Gil was my first contact. He made sure he provided exactly what I wanted at the price I wanted. He contacted me by text every step of the way to make sure I was satisfied.
Irvin made the tedious process of writing up the paper work enjoyable. (Thanks for the diet coke). He also explained all the "bells and whistles" that I was definitely not used to. (My last Yaris was a stripped down 2007 model).
I enjoyed visiting with Amit while Irvin was finishing the paper work in the office. We discussed our connections to his home country of India.
D.J. explained everything in detail on the financing. But I couldn't get away with a free car :). We also discussed his homeland which was close to where my ancestors came from.
These people definitely cared abput me and what I wanted. I never felt pressured. I was amazed at the time taken with me as I could clearly see Arlington is a busy, large dealership. This dealership's people is a huge asset to the Toyota family and Jacksonville.

I am editing this review for the following reasons, I have left text messages , called the dealer and left a voice mailI so I can get my deposit back and I have not gotten any response . I was told by a Finance Manager that it would take 10 days to get it back and it has been 3 weeks . I have been patient until now. I also asked as to why the advertised price and sticker price of the car was about $2000 less than what I paid cash for the car and have heard crickets and nothing more . It s a simple question. I already paid for the car . I wanted the car . I like the car . But why ? If I was inquiring about buying another car someone would have already called me 10 times and Emailed me 20 more . I am disappointed at this point . I will update and edit again once all is resolved . This was my original review right after I had signed the papers initially..... I would highly recommend Arlington for any buyer. I had a great experience. This is the busiest dealer I have ever seen, but it never felt rushed or impersonal. Jacque was extremely helpful and friendly. I will definitely send my family and friends to see this man for their next ride! No question!

We had been looking at cars for a while. I was having trouble finding one that I truly wanted. I looked at several website for at least two weeks prior to purchasing this vehicle. My boyfriend and I decided that going to Arlington would be a better idea than just looking around. We had heard several advertisements on the radio for their sales that were going on. When we get there, we were greeted by Warley De Araujo, who told us to let him know if we needed anything. We told him we were going to walk around and look at cars before making any deals, he said no problem and to just let him know. Warley then let us walk around the SUV's and cars without hounding us for information. We started looking into Camrys even though I wanted a corolla. We found a camry that we were interested in and met back up with Warley. He took us inside and started to take our information. He went back outside to speak with someone and my boyfriend and I sat inside and waited for him to come back. After about 10 minutes of waiting for him to come back, we decided to head back outside and look at more cars. That was when Warley pulled up in the most perfect looking corolla. He found me a 2019 corolla, we went on a test drive and I instantly fell in love. It was like Warley knew exactly what to do. I suggest people come to Arlington when looking for a car, and ask for Warley as well!

Dominick at Arlington Toyota really took great care of me . I went in looking for a bigger vehicle to accommodate my family . I had a set budget and he worked hard to get me where I needed to be ! I now have the keys to a 2020 Acadia . I recommend them 100%

I was referred to Arlington Toyota through a good friend. I had the pleasure of working with Irvin, he is the sweetest and most genuine salesman I have ever met. We spoke about what I needed in a car. My biggest concern was staying within my budget. He assured me I would be where I wanted to be. He only showed me cars that were safe for myself and my son and within my budget. Charles the finance director was also a pleasure to work with. He assisted me with getting financed through Toyota and it was so easy! I live in Orlando and instead of having me drive with my son two hours to pick up my car they had it delivered to me with a full tank of gas! This was the easiest car buying process I have ever had. I will only be buying my cars from Arlington Toyota and going through Irvin and Charles.

Dylan R was our salesman. Although fairly new at the job, he was extremely professional and personable. He was very patient and showed us several trucks in our price range. If he didn't know the answer to our questions he was honest about it and said he would find out which he did. My wife and I had a pleasant experience at Arlington Toyota thanks to Dylan.

Dominick Barksdale is the absolute truth! He came up to me as soon as I hit the door of Arlington Toyota. I told him I had less than perfect credit, very little money down, and a beat up car that I purchased 3 months ago from an undisclosed location.... Mr.Barksdale did everything in his power to make sure I left with a 2019 Toyota Corolla!!! I would recommend everyone shop with Arlington Toyota see Dominick he ll get you riding.

Ray Miller was very professional. We bartered some but finally came to and agreement. I purchased a 2020 4runner which I am very happy with. Nice dealership and service.

I gave them a 3 out of 5 stars because when I bought the car I was pleased. Not even 3 months later I had an oil change done at a different Toyota dealership and they made me aware that three of my four tires are pretty much bald. Part of that is my responsibility as I should have checked but I was told that I got "brand new wheels" when I bought it. ( Keep in mind, its a new vehicle) When I called Arlington Toyota, I was told that I did get new wheels... as in Rims. And I was also told that the tires could have worn down after 5,000 miles. I was completely baffled that they would let a $34,000 vehicle leave the lot with crappy tires! When I stated that information, I was told I got a good deal on a vehicle. To make matters worse, I was told that they were having a buy 3 get 1 free tire special and can order tires through them. Yeah, cause I love to give you more money!! Not happy.

They sold me a truck with brake pads that were 80% worn that I now have to pay 250 to fix. I bought the truck and had it for 3 days and won t offer assistance with them. Will not be coming back, they couldn t even give me an explanation as to why they wouldn t help. Also, they pressure you into giving a 5 star review while you are filling out paperwork that s why their ratings are so high.

JP Cruz was so awesome. Buying from JP was such a different experience than buying from Nissan. He was not pushy, he allowed my daughter, who has a cast on her leg, to drive the car! I would definitely recommend buying a car here. When my Nissan dies I m coming back here to JP to buy a Toyota!

UPDATE: The service center is absolutely terrible. I made an appointment for an oil change for a cross country trip and after checking in was told it would be 4 HOURS! What is the point of an appointment! I let them know my situation as I had several other appointments later in the day and didn t plan on it taking that long. They told me I could take my truck. This is the type of stunt that gives dealerships a bad name. Arlington Toyota is by far the worst dealership I ve been to. It is why I drove all the way to St Augustine to buy my Tacoma.

I will NEVER return here.


Standard big car dealership with high pressure. Good inventory. Don't fall for the BS tack on "options" they add after the advertised price. No I don't need window tint protection and floor mats for 1.5K.

I will say the salesman I worked with and actually made a deal was pleasant to work with. The first guy I ran into was a total old fashion, gold chain and bracelet, thin mustache, slick dyed hair, too much cologne wearing dork. He told me "Only real buyers can test drive a car like that!" It was a Challenger R/T. Come on dude. You give the industry a bad name. If I had to deal with that guy the whole time there's no way I would have bought the car. I'm glad I ghosted him when I was supposed to come back the next day.

Great experience. I told them what I wanted and they listened. Provided the right car at the right price.

I am very disappointed that I purchased from Arlington Toyota. I had 4 comparable deals available from other dealerships. Received an email confirming price and features. When purchasing they charged an additional $1885 addendum for the features that were already negotiated to be included, but I didn t notice. Later claimed it was a dealer addendum fee but paperwork doesn t list it as such, it shows it for the requested upgraded accessories. I have a 820 credit score and promo rates are 1.9 through SETF, when financing I was given a 6% rate and caught it and forced them to revise it. When the transaction was complete on Saturday, I didn t receive paperwork of sale until requested on Tuesday, 4 days later. After 2 weeks of requesting Arlington somehow make me a happy customer about the bogus $1885 double charge, I was told they were not going to do anything. They didn t offer a free car wash, free keychain, didn t offer anything to save a life long Toyota Customer (I have owned 10 Toyota s, the last 5 new).

We found a great deal on Arlington s website on a pre-owned vehicle. We came in on a Friday to check it out. We loved it but wanted to go home and consider some numbers. Dominick our salesperson wasn t pushy and helped us all the way. We came back the following Sunday ready to make a deal and that s exactly what we got.
The process was painless and easy, and now we have a beautiful new family car!

Do not go there well prepared and informed on the car you plan to purchase because you will leave in the same car you drove there when you see how bad their deals are.

Went there three times to purchase a Highlander each time with detailed printouts from KBB for both he car I wanted and my trade in. Terrible deal the first go around. Car sat for over a month so I went bad to see if they'd actually give a decent deal. Got a worse offer than the first time!! Only went back the last time for their big Kelly Blue Book sale. What a joke!! Deal was not a penny less than the first offer! For this big KBB sale, they do initially offer you a good price ok n your trade in, but then charge you extra for every tiny thing they can find wrong with your car. And guess what? It puts the trade in price right back to what it was the first couple times I went.

Keith Pierson isn't much better. However, I had a GREAT experience at Coggin Toyota! Super knowledge and polite staff. Drove out with a beautiful Toyota Venza.

When we came in she had already memorized all my info and knew exactly what we wanted. She wasn t even getting paid to take the time to reach out to me prior to the deal... that says something about her work ethic and how badly she wanted to help us make the perfect deal. Van was a wonderful sales person. He was very accommodating, in showing me vehicles, taking me for the test drives, and explaining the benefits of the new Toyota world (my last one was 12 years old, LOTS of changes). His patience was rewarded when I bought a 2019 RAV4, and my sister is also planning to purchase there. Van is friendly, knowledgeable, and not pushy--but he sure makes you want to buy! He would be reason enough to make repeat purchases at Arlington Toyota.

My 2 month old 2019 Corolla was sideswiped. The collision center replaced the sheet metal inside the doors and buffed and repainted. The car looks as good as new can t tell it was hit. Got it back in one week. Outstanding job, outstanding service.

My 19 year old daughter and her boyfriend went shopping for a car at this location and the treatment was ridiculous.. my daughter informed me it took over 30 minutes for them to even be recognized and after being approached no one returned to ask questions or follow up,so they left. They ended up purchasing a car at Autonation Ford.

Axel Torres is a wonderful new salesman, that just assisted me in buying a pre-owned Toyota Camry. He was patient and kind throughout the experience. Arlington Toyota is an awesome dealership to shop and get maintenance and/or service on your vehicles.
Also, a quick shout out to Mr. Amir who was involved in the process of negotiation. Every employee I came across while at Arlington Toyota was friendly, smiling (under their mask of course ), and spoke to me. I highly recommend you to go check out this dealership!

Had an excellent experience with this dealership. The salesperson was very patient and did not try to push us into a sale. We were shown almost every truck in the lot and test drove several. When a decision was made on the purchase, all paperwork was done in a timely fashion. The salesperson walked us to out to our new truck, after the purchase was made, shook our hand and thanked us for our business.

Anthony Canton did a wonderful job selling my dad a 2016 Toyota Tacoma SR5. He was able to process the closing quickly to get us in and out. The dealership provided lunch for us while we waiting. Great dealership and friendly people. Ask for Anthony and you won t be disappointed.

Great experience....Van was a great salesman that was not pushy! The only issue I experienced was the extra $1899 non dealer fee that is added to every transaction for misc. expenses. Van was up front about it from the beginning which helped. I guess this extra fee is added so they have a little more room to bargain.

Karl was great. Was not pushy and explained all the charges added. Hank the finance manager was very helpful explaining the financing and additional options. If ya go there, ask for Karl.

the only thing that bothers me about this experience is the added on "feature" cost. it was an additional$1,800 for tint floor mats key replacement for a year. I found this odd since the floor mats and tint were original to the truck. that's BS. just charge 2 grand more the truck. I'm tempted to take it back
