I've only shopped vehicles online for 15 years. Was looking at Camry's and was contacted by Colt Lloyd. By far the simplest and most relaxing vehicle purchase I've ever been a part of. I love writing bad reviews but I have nothing bad to say. I'd refer anyone to Colt. Not once did I feel pressured or rushed. When I am in the market for another vehicle this is the first place I'll go.

I walked on to the lot and ran in to Dawn Stewart. I explained that I am in the car business like her and what I was trying to accomplish. She was very efficient and pleasant to deal with. She explained everything to me and helped me complete a deal that benefits both myself as well as Arlington Toyota. He sent pictures and videos and even offered to deliver the car to us when I mentioned I was Covid anxious because I had a pre-existing condition. Arlington allowed us to complete almost everything outside, Dean wore a mask and gloves for us, and both Dean and Tony wiped down the tables for our paperwork. We bought a used 2008 Toyota Prius for our 16 year old daughter from here because we had done business here before and trusted them. I drive the Prius , prior to giving it to our daughter and had an issue where all the check engine lights came on and the breaks did not work. I was terrified I couldn t stop. We took it back to Toyota and told them. We got the vehicle back and was assured the issue was fixed. We didn t have any issues with the car but there was a distinct whirring noise that we took as a hybrid noise and no check engine lights were on. Now, my daughter drove it home and experienced the same issue no breaks all check engine lights on. Took it to Arlington Toyota where they informed us it will be a $3500.00 repair to the ABS system. No response from sales manager regarding this after several attempts. Our trust has been broken and I will never do business with this dealer again nor will I recommend this dealer again after this terrible experience where they seem to be perfectly fine with selling a car to a new driver with break issues. And where we are not even worth a return call or email.

We had a pleasant experience at Arlington Toyota. We were in a difficult position financially and in need of a reliable vehicle with room for the family. Mr. Sethi, and Mr. Elmir were very helpful and went above and beyond what was necessary to help us come away with and affordable yet super nice vehicle. We Purchased a used minivan from Arlington back in March. Saif and the team were great and got us into a vehicle when we thought it would be impossible. We really enjoyed our experience and loved the vehicle we got. Unfortunately we were rear ended by a semi totaling out our van. We couldn t get any info on what we needed to do to get into vehicle in a short time span from our insurance company so we picked up the phone and called Saif, his initial concern was that we were all okay. But went straight to work trying to get us into something knowing we needed it fast. It took him and the team less than 24 hours after we knew our car was totaled to have us in a brand new SUV. Arlington Toyota made an extremely stressful situation seem like such an easy fix. We will purchase any vehicle we own from them and only them.

Just purchased my second vehicle in less than a year from Luis Allen. I highly recommend him with zero hassle.

I took my car in months ago for a knocking problem almost everytime I make any tight turns. They had my car for several days and "fixed the problem." I have an extended warranty that covers my car bumper to bumper, I paid the $500 deductible. The car was STILL making the same knocking sounds, I called scheduled an appointment, went on a test drive and of course it didn't do it. Mind you I had called several times in between the time it got "fixed" and now. I was told to bring the car in whenever it makes the "knocking" sounds again and they would fix it at no extra cost, being that I already paid to have the problem fixed months ago. It just so happens that today, when I dropped my car off for an oil change, it was making the knocking sounds, that problem was supposed to be fixed and being that it wasn't, even though I paid to have it "fixed" it should be covered! I shouldn't have to pay my deductible TWICE for the SAME EXACT problem that CLEARLY didn't get fixed by their mechanics the 1st time I brought it in! I mean OBVIOUSLY I already paid to have it fixed and now they're trying to make me pay my deductible AGAIN for the SAME problem that I brought it in for months ago! Uhhhhhh NO! That's COMPLETELY ludicrous, why would I pay TWICE for the same problem that CLEARLY didn't get fixed! I've been a loyal customer to Arlington Toyota for years and this has me furious!

I recently moved here from Boise Idaho, and needed to get my Rav 4 serviced. The staff were friendly, and very accommodating as they got me in right away on a very short notice. The shuttle service took me to my house while I waited for my car to be serviced, and even offered to pick me back up. This dealership was able to pull up my Toyota account quickly, and process my Toyota care right away. I would recommend this Toyota dealership to anyone looking to get their Toyota serviced.
