If I could give zero stars I would. They have a 30 day return policy but don t prepare for when you aren t satisfied. We have been trying to get our down payment back and when we went there to get a return they erroneously charged our card and just gave a refund for that current charge. Not to mention they haven t switched my car registration back when asked multiple times. I still have a registration for a car I don t have. Don t bother trying to call, all you get are voicemails and no one willing to call back or help. This is a disgrace and very unprofessional. This complaint will be escalated.

Jason Colonna did an awesome job with helping me purchase my first vehicle!!! He explained everything thoroughly and made the process very enjoyable. I m so glad I purchased my car with him!!! I will recommend him to others looking for a vehicle.

My wife and I came to Arlington Toyota just to look at cars and didn t have the intention of buying. We met Dean and he helped us and we ended up buying a car. He was awesome, helpful and made sure we got the best deal possible.

My experience with Arlington was nothing short of a total wasted 2.5 days. I felt shoved aside. Had two cars get sold from underneath me. And I felt as though I was wasting their time by their inactions of even trying to get me into a car. They must be overworked and only want to deal the the perfect customers financially. Total disappointment. So Michael Marinelli, Juan Valez, thank you for making me feel like a crumb that needed to be swept under the rug. Gordon from internet sales you were a very kind young man.

Marylin was great helping me find exactly what type of car I wanted.. car haggling is awful with dealerships so it took a while getting what I wanted for the price that I could actually manage. I settled for a decent price but not exactly what I had in mind. At one point they even said sorry I m not selling you this car ... not the best sales tactic in my opinion & not a fan of the other workers there; Very cocky, wouldn t listen & not the friendliest staff. Again, Marylin was great and did what she could to help us even if the rest of her staff wasn t super helpful. I would have gladly gone somewhere else if they had the car I wanted too

I was looking to upgrade to something a little bigger with AWD for my move to the Midwest in the winter but I couldn t quite get the numbers right on my end & the SUV I had my eyes on sold to quickly within the 24 hours of me sending my interest email on it so I left empty handed but that doesn t matter that s not why I m giving 5 stars ...

The worst experience at a car dealership EVER. Management lacks communication among each other let alone with the buyer. I have never been so mislead at a dealership ever. I would rather purchase a car from the flint stones before I purchase another car through Arlington Toyota . When they are wrong they hide their hands from the pot.

The wait was longer and much more crowded than what I'm use to. But the service guy was great and was honest about the wait time. My appointment was at 1p and I drove off at 3:30. I had a oil change, windshield wipers replaced, my key phobs replaced, and usual inspection of the vehicle.

Working with Matt (Romano) was great!. He was knowledgeable, extremely helpful in getting me what i was looking for, and he had some dope kicks!

The staff was friendly even though they were very busy. My sales staff Matthew and Brandon were extremely attentive. I was afforded every comfort, they worked very hard to make sure all my questions were answered. Brandon kept me company while I waited for the finance department to finish its paperwork. All-in-all, it was a wonderful car buying experience.

Gil Mariano work tirelessly to get the deal we needed on CHR. Thanks also to James D for all his help

I've bought three cars from Arlington Toyota and my salesman each time was Dwight Cobb who took care of me each time which was simple and easy, he has a customer for my life.

We came here to buy a "new" used car for my son. We worked with Joe Salvatore looking for a used RAV4. After we looked at multiple cars in our price range, we found the one! It was well equipped, decent low mileage, and even the color we wanted. We took about 4 hours from walking in to signing the paperwork. Joe was very patient and willing to work with us to get down to the price we needed. I highly recommend Joe Salvatore to be your salesman, ask for him!

For almost 10 years, Arlington Toyota has taken care of my family with ease and at the lowest price possible. Mike S. in the service department is the most honest, and intelligent SM I have ever experienced. When I moved to Gainesville Florida to go to the University of Florida, I had to go to gator land Toyota to get my car serviced because it was closer than Arlington. That was a big mistake. No service whatever compared to the fantastic service I get at Arlington Toyota. I wish I could give more than five stars !

Cody was very helpful in showing us around in the lot picking the right car for us. Sam was helpful giving information about the vehicles and options that they have. Juan was a long time friend of the family and has been helpful ever since.

Jason Colonna was excellent salesman and got me in my new car quickly. Highly recommend him

I went to have my 25,000 mile service on my Tacoma, and to have a cabin filter replaced and windshield washer sprayer fixed.

The service lady Laura was awesome, but the actual service was the worst I ever had. I got there over 30 minutes early for appointment, and it still took almost 4 hours for the minor job.

But, to top it off maintenance dude got the carpet, door and floor filthy inside my truck, and did NOT even shut and lock the hood properly; after driving off I discovered it when stopping at a light.

Never again.

Dawn was so amazing thoughout the whole car buying process. She was very knowledgeable about all of the cars we inquired about and was very helpful when it came to making a decision that was best for us. When I m ready to buy another car, I ll definitely be looking for Dawn.

What a scam. We leased a vehicle- cant' wait to turn that in next week. I've been shopping for a truck for months. 1st one they had- miles were rolled back so they didn't look into that. Second one I was interested in the price went up after a $1000 a week later. After inquiring- they had some excuse about fees. Come to find out they are adding $1800 fee to every used vehicle they sell. THIS IS NOT TYPICAL!! I found another truck at the Deland dealership, zero extra fees, awesome customer service, truck was in my driveway in less than 24 hours with very minimal $100 delivery fee. Price shop people. They (Arlington)are ripping you off! I wonder how they're financing that fancy addition they're doing- YOUR $$! P.S ask for Jenna in Deland. She's pleasant, responsive and not pushy.

I had an appointment this weekend to look at a specific vehicle and was impressed by Fiko s knowledge of it even though it wasn t a Toyota. He was polite and helpful. I would ask for him if you re searching for a vehicle.

Michael Marinelli my salesman was very thorough and responsive while working out trade values and the buyers order over text the day before the purchase. When I went in to test drive the vehicle he was very friendly and accommodating for myself and my newborn who I needed to nurse during my visit. He answered all questions about the purchase and was very informative and transparent about the vehicle that I purchased as well as my trade-in deal. Bo our finance manager was very quick and efficient while also exhibiting the same transparency while selecting from the loan insurance coverage and warranty options that were offered at the dealership. The paperwork signing was very painless. The whole ordeal was a long process as usual with all car dealerships and the GAP policy is a little expensive for my liking but all in all, I was very impressed with my experience and I would recommend Arlington Toyota to anyone who is looking into a new vehicle.

I stop by Wednesday to browse inventory. Not sure what I wanted to purchase and was leaning towards Tacoma. I showed him the truck, and returned with the keys and I test drove.
