I had a very pleasant afternoon, test driving trucks. Matt Romano and Mike Garcia, the sales reps, were knowledgeable and extremely nice! They got me an amazing deal and had me smiling ear to ear walking out the door! Please if you are considering a car/truck/suv come see my new friends at Arlington Toyota.

My family and I went into Arlington Toyota with little to no Hope purchasing a vehicle but took the risk any way. Saif was our car salesman and he told us he would do everything possible to help our family of five get into a vehicle. It took up his entire day but he made sure by the time we left our family had a new mini van. He was very kind and made magic happen! I highly recons Arlington Toyota and Said as a salesman!

Best experience we had by far with Arlington Toyota especially Mr. Romano.

We pulled up and my husband got out to talk to a salesman, I stayed in the car with our kids. He seemed very uninterested in helping us and told us they don't have anything we were looking for in the price range we had. My husband walked the lot and found some cars that were in our price range and with the third row, like we wanted. He tried asking some questions but the salesman didn't really seem interested in helping us or unlocking any of the cars for us to see. We definitely will be taking our business somewhere else!

Excellent service from Charlie Dillard and his Associate Sandra. Very welcoming, pleasant and professional. Mr Dillard assured us he would find the best possible pricing for us and he did not disappoint at all. The entire staff operates great together to insure total satisfaction. First time getting a Toyota Highlander and have already recommended to others to go here first!

Thomas was relatively new and to his credit when he did not have an answer to something he said so, and would get that answer. Which is where Dominick came in. Both were customer oriented and took the time to make sure I had what I needed

Worst Toyota dealership! They have a rip-off value package, showroom is a mess and looks like a sweat shop! Salesmen don t know what they are doing and service is shoddy.

Had a wonderful experience at this dealership while purchasing my new 2021 RAV4! If I could give zero stars I would. My fiance put a credit application in with yall. He was working with Alexis Hunter one of the salesman. Well because he was gonna need so much money down an a co signer she will not respond to any messeges he sends her. How could you work in a business that is supposed to help people an not even try . He makes enough to have what is needed. Do not go to this place or I should say her . She does not wish to help it's. O well someone else will receive our money because he sure makes enough of it. I hope the manager see's this an does something about it. You will lose lots of customers with employees like that. I have worked in a dealership for 5 years . Quite once we had are first born . I've never seen someone like her before or maybe its just the type of people this dealership hires.

Purchased two vehicles now from Sandra. Soon a third for my dad. She has been helpful and patient. Always ready to go!

Jonte was very patient with me. His personality was very genuine and put me at ease. He took the time to answer all of my questions no matter how silly they may have been. This was my first service since the COVID breakout. Arlington Toyota had plenty of areas to social distance so waiting for the work to be done was not a problem. Service Manager Mike Sandelin is great. He has always handled my service work quickly and within the time expected. This is a good place to get your Toyota serviced.

The first truck we bought from them broke down with transmission issues the next day so we traded it in for another truck. Now they're trying to bill us (over a month later) for the tags on the previous truck that broke down on us. When we called to get the issue resolved we were treated very poorly and put on hold forever.
Btw, we had to pay dealership fees TWICE. For a truck they sold us that broke down. Then to try and get another $200 out of us over a month later would make anyone steaming mad.
DO. NOT. GO. HERE.
Very poor business.

My husband and I was looking for the right car ! We were NOT happy with our current vehicle. We had looked at several dealerships and different cars. We pulled into Arlington Toyota earlier Sunday morning to just to look. They weren t even open! We got out and just started looking and Anthony Puccio saw us from across the street near the collision center and came over. He explained that they weren t open yet but if we wanted to continue to look he would be more than happy to open cars and answer our questions. Ok where do I start, I was in a bad place had a car that was a lemon and was seaching franticly call Arlington and spoke to Anthony who convince me to come down and take a look at the car wanted which is a Maserati. I had no idea I would get approved and I did. everyone work together to make sure I got the best possible deal it's almost like a miracle now I have my new car and I'm so happy, Anthony is the best sales man that I've ever dealt with in my life.
