We have been shopping around for a 2017 Camry for a few weeks online. We finally went up to Arlington last week because it's close to home. But they didn't have any inventory that we liked. New years day we flipped the swiych to New car mode and went back to talk with Dave Love. He swung us a heck of a deal in under an hour. We were planning to go look at some stripped down 2020s in Orlando, but he was able to get us a car with a couple of options and fit it in under our budget. Will was very nice to work with. I feel like he would give me his honest opinion on the questions I had. And I didn t feel he was pushy, which makes it easier to want to look at cars.
Great salesman (Alex) and financing (Roger). Both made the process painless and simple, though I wish someone had walked me through the fees at some point before going to sign for financing, as this is my first real experience at a dealership and they ended up being MUCH higher than expected.

Excellent overall, I worked with Sandra on buying my first car and she was very willing to help and work with me. We had a few minor issues but she got everything taken care of, and really everyone there was ready to help get me a good deal on the car.
Dominick was very considerate of how much I was willing to spend. We had no problems whatsoeve. When we were looking for cars he pulled up in a truck so we didn t have to walk around and showed us how to use the car we were buying so we made sure we knew what all of the buttons and gadgets meant before we left.
I did a lot of research on cars at Arlington Toyota and they had a lot of used cars to choose from. We went over on Halloween. Although it took almost all day it was worth it. I ve bought 4 cars from here in past NEVER AGAIN!!
1. No face to face business- salesman leaves table several times to negotiate price with a manager elsewhere or get any kind of decision made.
2. WON T NEGOTIATE - Salesman tells me they can t move on price because vehicle needs $1200 of labor and parts for standard inspection, cleaning and parts (a single plastic clip) to rescue a bumper from falling off. We pay for inspections and detailing now?
3. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT: also with misleading base price-ad said the vehicle was already inspected and was also noted in the vehicle history report. We found the car outside of lot-under gold club sign filthy, and not processed or inspected-bumper separating from under headlights. Confirmed by salesman not inspected YET it s advertised as so
4. PAD THE BILL -BASE PRICE: $20,000 Add: $700 dealership/salesman fee and $1885 for a completely forced, non negotiable useless warranty value package .(Warranty includes: key, tint, floor mats, and nitrogen air for tires?????). Remember you still have transfer and tax fees so add (appx: $2000). Wanna add any kind of powertrain or electrical system warranty? ($1500-$2000+).
5. ADD all previously mentioned along with whatever interest you ll pay when financing (appx: $2000-$3000 over 6 years) THATS 50% OF BASE PURCHASE PRICE OF $20,000
We walked-drove to AVIS 1/4 mile up the road-got a 1 year newer, and half the mileage vehicle for less than arlingtons base price on something older, badly used, and twice as many miles. No dealership fee-no nonnegotiable warranties. Saved about $5000 and time it took to argue with Arlington 3rd party non face to face salesman 1.5hr; i had my Avis vehicle signed off and heading home with it in less time. Bye Arlington!

2 months later.... Previously rated 5 stars since I had my used vehicle for 2 months I had to edit my review. My car was a so call gold standard which absolutely means nothing!!! Car started making weird noise I checked oil it was bone dry took it to oil shop they tell me I have a oil leak and gasket is rusty needs replacing. Today my car want start had to receive a jump off. I call Toyota to only be transferred to service department transfer again somewhere else and again to a voicemail. I visited the location and no help because I didn t purchase insurance all they seem to be concerned about is sales! I m considering refinancing but refuse to go back here or refer anyone here beware.
Great experience and they make it very easy to drive away in a new car. They made the experience unique and topped it off with a bow! Price was fair and I am overall happy with the experience.
Our family has been buying Toyota s for over 10 years at Arlington Toyota and we always have a great experience. Matt was such an energetic sale agent. Really cares about his clients and returns calls promptly. Ben helped us get a great trade in for a old car. There was no pressure. We had a very unique problem as to which car we could purchase due to towing the vehicle behind our 40ft coach and they found us a manual Corolla in South Carolina and got in in 3 days.
The whole car buying process was fast and easy everything I needed was taken care of only problem I had was vehicle ended up having different rims and tires than what the pictures had on the website. Other than that I had a good experience with my sales associate Mathew Sethi.

Took my rav 4 their 8 years of service they did the oil change wrong, when I try to get back ahold of anybody all I get as voicemails nobody wants to return phone calls I even called customer care they informed me that they would reach back out to me the day after by the end of business day and still I got no phone call I guess they just don't care about customer service anymore

I recently purchased a 2020 Rav4. I contacted Pearl to get a quote over the phone. I have twin 4 year olds so my time is very valuable. She worked with me on the price before I even got there. She also didn't bombard me with phone calls. I have alot going on in my life right now so I really appreciated that. I also loved the little videos that she sent to my email introducing herself and the vehicle I was interested in. Also, the sales manager was amazing. He did everything he could do to get me in the price range that I wanted.
Our salesman was spectacular. Jacque Harris was very helpful, he even stayed late on Thanksgiving Eve to make sure we were able to take home our new vehicle. He has followed up and been very courteous.
Jacque H was extremely helpful. I had been looking for weeks, and was consistently turned off by salesmen/saleswomen that did not make me feel as if my best interest was at heart.

Tried to buy a used car today (2015), base model. First question salesman asked was what payment you looking for. I told him, let's negotiate a price first and payment later. They had it listed on the web for $12,881(overpriced by the KBB picture THEY SHOW YOU!). KBB states car worth $10,440-12,400. When I showed this to the salesman he says they use NADA prices (benefits them) when negotiating a sale. They lure you in with KBB and Jack up the price with NADA. When the salesman showed me the figures for the sale his MATH WAS WRONG! There was a discrepancy of over $400 that he could not account for. What in the hell is a mandatory $899 window tint warranty? With the extra dealer fees, tint fee and unexplainable extra money I left. Better off getting a New Car somewhere else.

I met with Matt originally and he was very accommodating from the start. I ended up pausing my search for a couple of weeks and eventually returned to this dealership and Matt again was very helpful and not pushy at all. I wanted to trade in my 2014 Sienna for something new and I started on the Internet looking at my options. I was interested in the Highlander because it had regular doors instead of sliding doors and I wanted something a little bit less mom vanish . I went to the dealership and met with Devin who was absolutely the most patient person ever. I test drove several Hylanders but I wasn t happy with how the backseats were very bench like in comparison to the comfortable Siana backseats. Devin showed me all of the other options that Toyota had as well as the new Sienna. I went back and forth between the Highlander and Sienna and Devin was again very patient. He wasn t pushy and wanted me to make sure I d be happy with my choice. I decided on a new Sienna and am very happy with my decision. It has a lot of upgrades from my last one and in a great color as well so I don t feel like it s a mom van :)
