Always a good experience. Bought a few vehicles here now and Said always makes sure I don't waste time and gets me the pricing and info I need asap. So far wouldn't go anywhere else and always seems fair without playing a bunch of games

The sales department is great. Of course it is because they want to sell cars. Their service department and office staff exemplify the worst service I've encountered....right up there with Comcast. Don't expect anything from Arlington Toyota after you purchase your car and DON'T purchase anything but your car. Take it elsewhere for service.

Beware of the sales manager and the financing person. They will not let you know if there s a financing promo with Toyota. I wasn t aware of this promotion until I got home. As a good person, you would let your customer know all good options, but not these particular people. Very deceptive. Purchased and financed through Toyota and still didn t give us the 1.9APR Toyota was offering and we have excellent credit. Also, didn t even ask how many years we wanted to finance to begin with. I wouldn t recommend this dealership to anybody. Very dishonest. If you want to see accurate ratings, go to YELP.

Dwight in used car sales unfortunately lied to us and I'm still having to deal with the issue at hand. I have called Roger the manager and have yet to hear back regarding taking care of the problem. I was asked by Dwight to write an excellent review before I knew he delivered a car that the recall was not taken care of like it was to have been before receiving the car. He has not answered our calls and now the manager is not returning my calls. I would tell all to run from this dealership unless you like to be lied to. All was going well in the beginning but very frustrated right now which is why I'm writing to let others know to beware!

I usually do not like posting reviews, however, I left the Arlington Toyota Dealership infuriated by the way I was treated. The associate that was helping me was great, he was professional and friendly. The manager on the other hand was rude and talked down on me the whole time. I had to cut the conversation short and leave.

Buying a car from Arlington Toyota was night and day compared with our experience with another Toyota dealership in town. While it is farther away from our home than other Toyota dealerships, we will make the drive to Arlington due to the service received by everyone at this dealership. Sylvia Brummitt sold us our car and was by far the most amazing sales woman I have ever encountered. She is just lovely, calm and so peaceful. Certainly car buying experiences only happen like this in dreams! But no, Sylvia made the experience seamless and pain free. I don't dread visiting this dealership for service appointments in the future and I would recommend this dealership and ESPECIALLY Sylvia to ANYONE looking to buy a new Toyota. We were there 4 hours. I got a great price for a good car. I liked the salesman and thought everything was fine. Then I read over the paperwork when I got home. As you know you are signing a lot of paperwork. The finance manager played stupid the whole time pretending he was not allowed to do anything. He kept pushing the papers in front of me, saying it was just what I had already signed. Somehow in the paperwork they slipped $1885 which was never disclosed. I called within 12 hours and after speaking with everyone involved with the sale, a manager claimed it was for key's, floor mats, nitro, and tint. There's no paperwork and I cant get them to return my calls for it! The manager says they tack that on to ALL sales. Basically because they can. So somehow I have been forced to buy a policy that I cannot even look at to see what it is. It's called padding there pockets is what I believe it is. BEWARE... I am considering an attorney next.

Mathew Sethi - Good dealership with solid deals. Mathew will take care of you and work on your behalf. Make sure you get a full quote on price before buying as there is an $1885 charge on all used cars for some extras. Fully satisfied though and I would buy from them again

Matthew Sethi was the salesman I worked with. I had been research Tacoma trucks for a few weeks and had visited other local dealerships. I told Matthew what I was looking for and initially the price was off compared to another dealership. He followed up with another email with a better price when deciding whether or not to go with another offer. The other dealer tried to pressure us to buy a new car when we had questions unanswered. I told Matthew we did not want much back and forth as well as I wanted the purchase to be done in 1 hour. Matthew was straight forward, to the point and answered our questions. He negotiated the final price with us 1 time and we were done within 1 hour. Matthew was a true professional and would recommend working with him.

I was just looking into different options online and Dawn contacted me the next morning to see if she could answer any questions I might have had. I made an appointment with her to look at a few different options. I was on a budget and she understood and did everything she could to make sure we could find something in my price range with affordable payments. She was patient with me as I weighed the options/payments I was about to commit to. This was my first time ever financing from a dealership. I ve heard some horror stories so I was a little afraid going in there. But Dawn made the process so amazing. I left that day with my Toyota RAV4 and I m absolutely in love. Dawn made sure I had a full tank of gas and that my new car was detailed and looking nice before I drove away. She even checked up on me a few days later to make sure everything was going smooth. If you re looking for a new car 10/10 would definitely recommend Dawn at Arlington Toyota!!

My first experience with Arlington toyota was exceptionally. I was treated with kindness and respect. My car is still running smooth. When I requested tint because it had none and I desired it. The service department called me and set up an appointment. It was no charge. They even washed and clean my car. I have a Toyota Camry. Over the years I have dealt with other Toyota dealers, but I have not found the satisfaction that I found with Arlington Toyota. I will be returning and encouraging all my family, friends and neighbors who desire a Toyota.

Tucker took good care of us but dealer should have had the parts already since that's what we came down for which is for a recall and service and we've been waiting for 2 seat knobs to come for 6 months and salesman and manager knew about it and that part is not here but Tucker said he will look into it and hopefully they will be there at next service

JUST GO....if you need a car go to Arlington ask for Amit and hope Frank is your finance guy. We get pur cars from Amit and he is SO informative and nice. No pressure, no battling it out just the facts. I dont think he forgets a single face or name of a person he has sold a car to. Frank is kind and also great at explaining why something makes sense and again no pressure. Their selection is huge.

Real professional place to go to as son as you walk in they attend you, you go in there and you walk out with a car. I will really recommend Brandon Litman go with him and he ll do his best to make sure you drive of the lot with a car, again real profesional place.

We went to look at a used 2020 Nissan Rogue that was listed online for a great price. We got there and test drove and stopped at a nearby parking lot and there was a leak. We took a video and the salesman tried to say that it was the air conditioning. It was not but we asked for the numbers anyway. They add on $1885 to every car for a "luxury" package. We said we didn't want it and he said it was non-negotiable. They knocked off $200 but wouldn't budge. We left disgusted. They obviously list these prices to bring people in and then add almost 2 grand to the price. We will never buy a car from there.

My overall experience at Arlington Toyota was amazing. Jed Hickman was the salesperson who helped me out. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and respectful. He helped me out to lease my first car, and it was a good price. I'm very happy with my Camry, and I was very pleased with the service Jed provided me.

Super sketchy. Nickel and dime you for things like floor mats. A $40,000 car should come with floor mats. I almost bought my Highlander here, but then they told me they were going to charge me for Nitrogen in my tires. I walked. I called another dealership in a different county and they immediately offered me the same car at over $3,000 cheaper and there were no extra charges for floor mats, window tinting, or Nitrogen. Will never buy a car here and would also not trust them to service the Toyota that I now have. Unprofessional and untrustworthy based on my experience.

The customer service at Arlington Toyota was excellent. Adam took his time and basically gave us a tour of the entire lot(s) looking for a vehicle that my daughter would like. He was patient and listened to us and did not make us feel rushed in choosing a vehicle. The finance manager that assisted us was also awesome!
