Edit: After 8 days of driving the vehicle I purchased. The engine blew up. Martinez avoided my calls after I told him about the situation, and the manager Chris basically told me I was out of luck. I understand it was not a Toyota vehicle covered under warranty, but when I spoke with the man while purchasing the vehicle I asked specifically What if I drive off the lot and a week later the engine blows up to his reply was we (Toyota) would fix it if that were to happen. Well after getting off the phone with the Sales Manager Chris he called me liar and said he (Martinez) never made that statement. I understand that somethings do happen however a person should stand by their word and a customer should never be called a liar without proof. I truely hope the Toyota management, and upper management handle this as soon as possible. Would not recommend dealing with Arlington Toyota at this time.
Martinez Butler is the man! More than helpful and willing to do what it takes to make the deal happen. I would recommend anyone that goes there to deal with him directly. He made dealing with a hard head manager bearable and really cares about the customer and not to just making a quick sale. I am not the easiest person to deal with when car shopping and he didn t lose his patience one step of the way. Dwight Cobb is the man as he was professional and courteous through out the whole ordeal even had lunch catered to us, he just simply went out his way and went more than beyond what i totally expected in car sales people of the today's typical image of a salesperson. I've been buying cars for sometime as i'am about to turn 92 years young and the way he took my grand daughter through the process was simply amazing i would love to have everyone in america to buy a vehicle from Mr. Cobb he is a text book on selling cars. My Dad gave me his 2003 Toyota Sienna before he left this world so I am kinda attached. The mileage was around 100,000 miles and needed the timing belt replaced. When I took the van in for service there were three hubcaps. When it was finished there were four hubcaps... That is the little added service that goes a long way..

We weren't very happy with our visit. They gave us one price online and wouldn't honor it in the showroom. We felt like we were getting the run around. After hours asking for their best price, we finally left. Then they called and asked us to come back saying that they'll give us the lower price. Unbelievable!

My experience with Arlington Toyota was amazing from the moment I called to the time we drove off in our new car. The customer service, as they advertise, really was excellent. Matt Pack, our sales rep., knew lots about the car we wanted, was easy and fun to talk to and made sure we felt comfortable with our purchase. We tried other Toyota dealerships before going to this one and I was so relieved we heard about them on the radio. I highly recommend you go and see them if you are looking for a car. Stop by Olga s hot dog stand too. Not only is she a sweet person, her beef hot dogs are delicious!

Please beware of the price. I went for an add posting a 2019 4-Runner. listed for $26,991. I went through the application process and suddenly $1,885 was added to the cost of the vehicle. When I inquired about the fee they said it was an add on they place on all of their vehicles and that it was non-negotiable. I asked what it was specifically for and they sad, window tint, floor mats and nitrogen in the tires. Here's the thing; the tint was already on it from the factory, the mats were used from the previous owner and they put nitrogen in the 2 back tires that didn't match...I think not. I did not budget for $1,885 extra. The addendum was not in the add nor was it placed by the Monroney Pricing label on the car. When I voiced my objection they just kept trying to move money to my trade in and other fees were added. This is not ethical business practices. I agree that dealerships can add items on, but they have to be advertised and agreed to not just slammed on and non-negotiable. Very disappointed. On a good note, Rebekah, my sales person was awesome and very polite. It was the Finance guy that was forcing the add on........ NOT COOL!

Don t ever go to this dealership !! Purchased my vehicle a year ago with warranties and they refused to do a oil change due to a mechanical error caused by them ! Mind you I sat outside with my children due to the lobby being full capacity and didn t even ask if we wanted a water or anything ! I will never give my business to them again!

Definitely wouldn't recommend the collision center to anyone. Vehicle was scheduled to be completed 2 days ago but I couldn't get the vehicle until today because they ordered the wrong clips for the bumper. They didn't show me the bumper before asking me to sign the paperwork which seemed odd so I took a look at the rear bumper they repaired before I left.
As I suspected there were issues. The exhaust covers were not attached properly and weren't anywhere near aligned properly. Not sure at all how this was overlooked or not checked prior to me getting there. It was 5pm and everyone was gone for the day, so now I'm inconvenienced with taking my vehicle back on Monday to get the issue taken care of. To add to my frustration it appears someone rummaged through the console and took the top off of a bottle of air freshener and spilled the entire thing inside. It shouldn't be this hard to do the job right the first time.

I was very disappointed with my experience with Arlington Toyota today.. as I approached the entry of the dealership there were 7+ gentlemen sitting at an outdoor counter. I walked up interested in test driving a specific vehicle advertised on their website... as I stood there waiting to be greeted... not one of the 5 gentlemen standing directly in front of me- looking at me- chatting amongst themselves said a word and looked at me like a deer in headlights. Finally someone further down said Hello and directed me to assistance. I was introduced to AJ who was extremely nice and he seated me inside and we discussed the vehicle I wanted to test drive... he located the car, informed me it was in detailing and he would retrieve it for us to take a test drive..In the mean time we had viewed the car on his computer, talked specs, and he took all of my information. The car was brought right out front and as we grab the keys to go for a test drive we were then informed that the car had been sold two days prior... There seems to be an issue of communication ,or lack there of, as in my experience. I wasted afternoon in my book.
