Arlington Toyota Review

If your planning on buying be ready to pay. Looked at a 15998 truck and was to the out the door price was 21500. So we decided to look at a jeep listed for 279999 was told the out the door price was over 35k. Car say save 3k but when u got to close they add it right back on.

They automatically add a charge to their advertised price for "tint and floor mats". BS. Don't pay it. Our car didn't even have tinted widows. Our salesman asked if I had a Google account. I said I did and he asked to hold my phone. I assumed he was setting up some kind of maintenance reminder or something. He hands me my phone back and said "I just rated your experience as 5 stars on Google. Your ok with that right?". I couldn't believe he posted something as me online without my consent, and then asked if it was ok. What a shady dishonest move. Really mad me mad. Finally figured out how to change my review.

I think most people like the excitement of getting a new vehicle but don't look forward to the process. Sam Sottile made the process easy and was able to answer all questions. Never felt rushed. Sam took all the time needed to go through inventory and help me to narrow down the selection.
I test drove one RAV4 and that's what I bought. Arlington Toyota very helpful with financing. Don't be afraid to ask questions - they have answers.

Nice car on the site, sales person professional. Told me about their fee for lost keys, road side assistance...at a cost of about $1,800 think it was. Not an option not to pay for it. Guess a dealership can do that sort of thing when they have people coming that buy cars. I will not be of one of those people though, too many other places to buy cars that don't do that sort of thing.

Horrible customer service on the maintenance side. Got a call that my vehicle was ready and I went to pick it up at the time they told me. Get there, they can't find my vehicle. Then, they finally find it said it was going to be washed but I tell them pull it. I pay and the chick at the register says they are going to pull up. No they don't. Luckily, I spot my truck from a distance because they parked it on the other side by the street. I don't know if they were playing games with me or they simply didn't communicate amongst each other. Will never be back here. Horrible customer service. Say what you mean and mean what you say.

I really do not like this place. They are rude. Not polite at all. At the sales department the didn t want to serve is like you were asking a favor.
And the collision center is the best helping you in not helping you at all.
Bad experience in all departments.

Long story short, I walked into their doors to ask about an specific vehicle I had already had seen online, they were whiling to negotiate price on it and gave me a great discount. Josh helped me out from start to finish, came in and out I was in under 2 hours. They offered to tint my windows at no extra charge, and did I mention they had free food for everyone that day? I got lucky hahaha.

Overall experience was a breeze! Saif is very knowledgeable and not pushy like most salesman. Didn t bother trying to sell me something I don t need. Will is also great! He was there also and helped when Saif was helping other customers. Either one will be a great salesman to buy a car from.

Don t buy your next car here...It reminded me of a used car lot in days before Automobile manufacturers took more interest about their image. And definitely never buy your car on a Sunday...They will hustle you to get your electronic signature and put it on contract that says You can not return the car

Because it was late this certified car had paint and body damage I didn t see. They bump the profit up on the car right from the start by charging you over 1800 dollars for new floor mats, tinted windows, nitrogen in the tires and a replacement key service and then fight to the point of tears to keep you paying this. ( I still don t have tint in my windows).

When Robert Santiago the finance manager gets you on his table top computer signing, you will not see the traditional sales contract every decent sales organization uses to sell an finance a car.

Finally my salesperson Alan Thornton.. let me just say that when you hear one of these hacks say I want to earn your business turn and walk...
What he is saying is I want to take your business Alan could have gotten me great deal on a fabulous Toyota but believe me he is not looking out for you. When they see a high credit score their face lites like a greedy child at Christmas, high fives all around. I dressed down and looked pretty local with a tank top and shorts and they treated me so until they saw my high credit score.

Finally definitely don t go in their alone bring a friend that will support you and don t sign that electronic pad no matter what...until you see real paper and writing with a bottom line price.

I would love to show you the low sticker price on the vehicle (i took a pic to share on Facebook) and the final price I never saw till I was home unraveling the paper they stuffed in an envelope.

EDIT: Every customer has to purchase the "Toyota Value package" which includes tinting. I've called Toyota to schedule this tinting session but never heard back. I've also reached out to Ali (our sales person) via email but he hasn't responded to multiple messages. Pretty disappointed since we are planning to move soon and likely won't get this "free" service that we paid for...

After running our credit and ready to make a deal, they finally shared their HIDDEN costs of $2500 added to the price of the car. We add it to all cars was their response, although it was never disclosed. Not a way to run a business folks!

My integrity was insulated by this salesman for not purchasing the vehicle after they would not disclose what APR the quoted finance offer was for. By doing simple math I figured out that to cost of purchasing a vehicle at the payments proposed would actually cost me 186% of the vehicles worth, I asked for their best price, and APR quoted he told me it reflects your credit score and I gave you our best price. At which point explained to him that I was not interested in purchasing a vehicle due to the lack in transparency in the cost of the loan. Thanked him for his time to which his reply was :

" Dustin, what happened to your being relatively easy to sell as a vehicle prospect. No worries, it seems obvious you were just looking for any excuse not to follow through on our proposed deal. Thanks "

I believe this is EXTREMELY unprofessional.
I should have the right to refuse to purchase due to the product provided being worth purchasing without being belittled or besmirched.

I know this person knows I am VA disabled as they took that information for the credit application. How dare you question MY integrity because I made a RESPONSIBLE decision?

This company has atleast one person whose objective is to get you to sign your name no matter how much they have to MANIPULATE, INSULT, or DECIEVE you to do so.

Do not waste your time here.
