Dominick was eager to help, giving us several options. The Arlington folks were great too. It is a busy place but the folks are very friendly and accommodating.

I am a first time car buyer, I came just to look but after talking with Sandra and telling her a little of what I was interested in. She gathered a bit of information from me and made the whole process really easy, she found a few cars that matched what I was looking for we narrowed it down and she made sure I understood every bit of what was going on. Service dept. Always overbooked...they do not pay attention to detail...and your car will always need more work than what you brought it in for.. But the sales dept. Is good..

I just purchased my first car at this dealership. I scheduled an appointment at 9am with Matthew Sethi and Edric ended up helping my mom and I. We originally came for a used car, but we were informed of issues with it by Edric (very honest man who will tell you if something is wrong or worth it). He recommended a different used option and it was cheaper and so nice! However, we were not able to get financing for a used car, so I decided to buy new! I m so happy to have my first car I m purchasing myself and I had amazing help from the staff here.

Jamichael made the our experience smooth and hassle-free. He is very accommodating and very polite.

Arlington Toyota has been my go-to stop for car purchases, service and more for many years. The service, including the purchasing experience, is particularly important to me, and at Arlington Toyota it is stellar. And when it comes time to buy a new or used car, which I just did, the selection is huge. And the cars are really cool!

Horrible experience so far with Arlington Toyota. We started off going to test drive a car there that we found on car gurus, decided to go to a few different places to shop around. Decided we wanted the vehicle at Arlington so we went back to get the car. We already had financing through our bank and knew what car we wanted. We were there over 4 hours waiting to get papers signed. They charge $1885 on top of sales price for tint and keys, a tire fee, and a destination charge. It s been about 9 days and NO ONE had called or returned our calls for the window tinting!! We also traded in a vehicle which we are owed money back on. First told we would get a check in a few days, then 2-3 weeks, and then 6-8 weeks. What a mess this place is!!

Can't say that I got good service. Was told that my car was fixed and ready to go two times but each time I got there to pick it up the car was NOT fixed and ready to go. A waste of my time and money. I was there four times in less then two weeks. Now going into the third week and still without my car.

The last time I went to pick it up the so called "master mechanic" forgot to connect a vacuum hose!!!!!! Then to top it off the guy Eric who called himself the Service Director was rude and a total ass when I pointed it out to him. The fact that his "master mechanic" didn't even connect the vacuum hose should at the very least warrant an apology this guy Eric (Service Director) just made things go from bad to worse. An offer of a discount would have been something, but I didn't even get that!!!

So, almost $3,000 later and still without my car, all I can advise you is to take your car to someone else. Do NOT bring your car here because you will probably get ripped off.

Save yourself the time and aggravation and don't go to Arlington Toyota for any repairs

Always a great experience. Arlington Toyota makes the transaction simple and quick. This is our third purchase here and we will definitely come back.

It took some time to get a good deal on a set of tires for both my car (2) and my mom's car (4) and alignments. When we finally did, what did we get for nearly $1100 worth of work? Alignments (which are good), two tires that are confirmed new (on one receipt), four tires that are not confirmed new (despite being nearly $200 apiece, the NEW is not listed on the receipt), no warranty information on said tires, and a WeatherTech liner that's loaded with grease from some dirty boots. Some nice folks, but I don't think I'll be getting anything else done here again.

Did a good job working with me on what I could afford and what I came into see. Good customer service all around. Thanks for the help!

Best car-buying experience ever -- from test drive to driving away in my brand new Toyota only took 2 1/2 hours. No long, drawn out "waiting to talk to my manager" business. Friendly, helpful and honest folks every step of the way. I can honestly say I enjoyed my interactions with all of the staff. I've been a Toyota owner since I bought my '83 Camry from Arlington Toyota.

I had been driving my 2015 Toyota Tacoma TRD Off-Road for 5+ years and was very satisfied. However, while at a Toyota dealer getting the oil changed I started looking at the new 4Runner and Tundra models and wanted to at least check them out. So I reached out to Arlington Toyota and was fortunate enough to connect with Said who was an absolute professional and an expert on each model I looked at. Throughout the entire experience my trust and confidence in Said was validated and I purchased a new 2020 Toyota 4Runner TRD Off-Road. This was by far one of the easiest and less stressful car purchases I have made would highly recommend Said and Arlington Toyota to others.

Probably one of the worst car shopping experience I ve had. Watch out for the fine print and how they love to throw in their value package for $1885. I was not expecting that extra cost .Total rip off I bought a used car and they told me this was included but fail to mention it online and while we were test driving it. Financing was a nightmare, was not very thorough with the numbers and was pushing gap and extended warranty. Will never buy a car from them again, better off going to Duval Acura or next door to city of mitsubishi where they offer three days return.

I had a really awesome experience buying a car from Arlington Toyota. I live in Georgia and had made a call to Arlington in Jacksonville. Spoke with Chris the sales manager who was very pleasant and told me to come in and he would help me. When I arrived Chris was very busy but also again very pleasant and put me in the hands of Josh right away. I explained to Josh what I wanted and nothing less. We looked at some vehicles and my husband had mentioned the CH-R. He showed us one and I fell in love with it. We took it for a test drive and I told him this is the one. Josh was very pleasant the whole time and not pushy. The deal went smoothly and hassle free. If you live in Georgia and are looking to buy a vehicle, it's worth the drive and ask for Josh. I have had my CH-R for almost 3 weeks now and it is a great vehicle and sporty looking. I haven't seen any yet on the roads in Brunswick. Arlington Toyota and Josh, your the best!!
