Saw a certified used car on line. I called about it & they hung up twice on me. The third time I asked him not to do that. Went to see the vehicle & Mr Cruz had to run my credit before ever letting me see the car. We made the deal after they tact on charges galore for everything & had no answer for some of them. I ended up buying the car & left.9 days later Robert the finance manager started calling saying that I needed to come back in and resign the papers. Then demanded that I come in & said if I dont that I needed to bring the car back. So 2 days later I made a special attempt to meet with him at a certain time & he wasnt there. I waited for 14 minutes when someone else came to help me. I saw where my payments went up over $70 dollars a month so i didnt sign & instead gave him the keys and walked out. Very unprofessional place to do business or treat people. They could have sold a vehicle & had a future return customer but instead let greed step in & ruin it for both of us.
I shopped online and looked at the inventories at all of the local dealerships. Edric Mallard contacted me via email and I explained to him what my choices were in a new Tundra. He got Ben Kennedy involved ( internet sales)
and they sent me a video of the Tundra I was looking for at the best price that I had found. This saved me a lot of time by not having to visit every dealership, and I knew the value of my trade and the exact truck that I purchased prior to arriving. I left the dealership with my new Tundra 2.5 hours after arriving. Great vehicle buying experience from everyone that I met at the dealership and Edric will be called when my wife's Avalon is ready to be traded in.

Was not very impressed on the customer service from this place went to look at a used tacoma and not a single rep came up to me until i started looking around for one when one did come over before asking anything proceeded to tell me that the price on the truck was not truley refelceted because they had to add 1875 for nitrogen in the tires mind you by the way the tires were cracked and bald so i walked away from this lot couldnt even get a water for my wife in the 102 temp

Great car buying experience other than the time it took to process all the paperwork. Having said that, it takes a lot of time because they are very busy. So many people buying vehicles. The popularity of the dealership made us feel even more comfortable. Everyone we encountered was friendly, professional and helpful especially our sales person, Arturo. It was our first buying experience where my husband and I spent double the amount of money we had anticipated but felt zero remorse!

Absolutely horrible. I went in there with the intention of looking at and possibly test driving a car new car. Well the salesman took me inside at which point I explained that my credit score was barely 600 and that I would have a cosigner at time of purchase or lease that I was simply looking to see what my options were. He left me sitting at the desk for 2-3 minutes and came back and told me that my credit score wasn't good enough to lease so if I wanted to look at new cars they are over there in that area (as he was pointing). How rude. I told u from the beginning that I AM WORKING ON MY CREDIT AND I HAVE A COSIGNER. they just lost my business I will go to ernie palmer with my cosigner. Thanks for treating people like s***

I did not plan on buying a vehicle that day but walked out with a new 2018 Toyota Avalon. He listened to what my wants and needs were and suggested this was the car for me! Arlington toyota has great customer service . The reason I am giving this place a 1 star is because of the fact that I purchased a 2015 VW Jetta for $8000 . Within the first month my car has had many problems when I was promised that nothing was absolutely wrong with my car . Brakes started going bad . I had multiple oil changes within the first 2 months . I had to take my car to VolksWagen for them to diagnose me with an oil leak which cost lots of money . I called and asked if a supervisor could give me a complimentary service for what I was already going through and they pretty much told me that you are responsible for anything after taking this car off the lot and that it wasn t their fault . I am so displeased that I will be paying off $8000 on a car which was promised good condition on for the next 5 years . Please look into this review and realize that this company will try to mess you over .
What a bunch of sheisters, internet price on truck was $23,700...they get you in the door with that price, then they spring on a $1888 dealer fee for mats, key replacement and window tinting...all things I don't want ON A USER CAR but they say they put that on all cars, NON NEGOTIABLE....that's the true definition of the BAIT AND SWITCH!!!!!THEY WASTED 3 HOURS OUT OF MY DAY!!!!!

I really liked my salesperson Martinez. He was very professional and not pushy. He treated me like I was one of his family memebers he was buying a car for. He made sure we inspected the outside and inside and during the road test ensured the handling of the vehicle was to my satisfaction. He then negotiated with his boss until it was the payment I could afford. However, I did not like the financing piece, even though Martinez did some of the work for them. It was a different process from other dealerships for when I went to the finance person they did not know what company would be financing me and then came up with a higher payment then what was agreed upon. I had to become assertive with him. He then tried to sell me extended warranty into the deal prior to asking me first. Don t get me wrong I appreciated the information but don t like when I did not agree upon it and feel pressured. It also took way too much time in my opinion to complete the sale once Martinez got the price I agreed upon.

Bait and switch artists!! They advertise prices online below market price then add $2000 to the total for their " Total Value Package" (which you can not decline). The package includes tint (which is a scam considering that soft top jeep windows should not be tinted except for by the factory), Key replacement 1 a year for 3 years (fob keys are like $200 to replace), Nitro in the tires, and floor mats 9 online for a little over $100. The parts dot equal $2000! hence the bait and switch. Take your business to a more reputable and HONEST dealership.

Really bad service experience. Brought my car in for service first thing. I guess the staff aren't morning people as they seemed annoyed that anyone would have questions at 7:30 am. This work was only supposed to be a half day job. I didn't hear at all from my service rep until 4:30 pm...after leaving 2 voice messages and a text asking for an update. I live an hour away so a heads up on progress would have been the right thing to give...especially after trying to make contact throughout the day. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, the cashier was rude and disinterested in providing any positive customer experience. To end it all the shop techs got grease on my leather seats. REALLY disappointed and will share my experience with my other Toyota owner friend's.

I was there for a total of about 10 hours. They will say ANYTHING to assume the sale. They sold me a car and called me back a WEEK later saying I need a co-signer? AVOID THEM, THEY ARE A MESS. Act like they ll take care of you but it s just to get the sale. Then the salesman Dwight kept BLOWING my phone up texting calling back to back at 8-9 PM ... and he tried to force me to do a 5 star review with HIS name even though he didn t do anything to help me besides hold me up 10 min. longer to leave !!

Buyer Beware! All Pricing available online is not counting their mandatory Value Package that is sold with every car. They will tack on an extra $1800 when you go to look at the paperwork for the car. I saw a car online and went to my credit union to get my financing handled. While at the Credit Union I spoke with a sales person and explained that I was getting my financing handled and we went over the pricing of the car. After our test drive we sat down for the paperwork and we were slammed with a Value Package for over $1,800. They stated that it says this on the website and we should have known this. Sales manager was no help decided to come down a few hundred dollars but not even close to what I was approved for or willing to come up with for cash. I went next door to Coggin Honda and they took great care of me and I got a car for a price lower than advertised with no hidden last minute fees.

I had been all over town looking for a truck and couldn't find what I was looking for in my price range. I was still looking and had no intention on buying a truck today.

Purchased a vehicle on April 3, 2019. Spent approximately 2 hours in the parking lot, held captive as we were unable to leave. Apparently the finance associate who appeared annoyed with leaving late, locked us in. But let's start at the beginning. We all know car salesmen have a way of making you think you're getting a great deal, but there were way more inconsistencies than just your average deal. And each time, we went back to talk to the person who told us things were one way when they didn't turn out to be and each time we were reassured it was as discussed. That should've been our first indication to jump ship, but didn't. We were rushed through the financing process by a person who appeared more annoyed by our presence than anything. Anytime we stopped to clarify or ask a question, he grew increasingly annoyed. When he offered us a service plan for $500, we explained we were told that it was included under the certified pre-owned agreement and left to get clarification, only to find out we were misled. Following the completion of financing, we were handed the keys, got into our vehicles (the one we arrived in and the one we purchased) and drove around the lot to find all the exits were closed and locked. We were able to find two salesmen that helped us previously (walking to their cars outside the lot) and attempted to find a way out. Many phone calls were made by the salesmen and all were followed up with "he won't answer, it's too late" and "he lives too far away to drive in". After over an hour, the person that completed our financing paperwork returned, no apology, no words spoken, and began running around the office looking for keys that apparently did not exist. Finally at around 1:30 am, we decided to accept a ride home from one of the salesmen and left both cars locked in the lot. The next day, we received a ride back to the lot to pick up both cars and attempted to talk to the GM in regards to the previous nights events. We were told the security cameras were being reviewed to understand how this situation occurred and that someone would get back us, it has been one month exactly and we still have not heard back. Multiple attempts to speak with the GM have been denied or evaded. An email sent directly to the GM was responded with "I apologize I do not know you. Please email the purpose of the meeting and I will have the appropriate person respond to you. All marketing is handled thru an agency and donations can be applied for on the website." After speaking with his assistant in great depth yesterday, we were told he would get back to us today, and yet we continue to wait. We made it very clear that all we were looking for was a formal apology, not too much to ask for in light of the situation, but that appears to be too difficult. There were promises made by other associates of "we'll make this right" and not a single attempt has been offered. Buyer beware, save your time, money and sanity and shop somewhere else!
My husband and I just got a brand new Camry and it was the best car buying experience I've ever had. I highly recommend Luis. He was straight forward and honest. He got us the best deal possible and I couldn't be happier. Luis is more of a car consultant than a car salesman. Finance and management were also kind and patient. I got more back on my used vehicle than I ever expected. Go to Arlington Toyota! Ask for Luis. You won't be disappointed.
