I had a great experience at Arlington Toyota. I was greeted immediately by Charlie Dillard. He showed me several cars that I was interested in until I was was more than satisfied with my pick. I had a lot of questions when it came to all the charges, but he was more than patient and answered all of the. Mr. Dillard also made sure I didn't get soaking wet! It was rainy that day. His customer service was excellent. I appreciate that he took the time to personally make sure I knew how to operate everything in my new Camry before I left the lot. Mr. Dillard also followed up with an email and phone call to ensure everything was running smoothly with the car and to answer any questions if I had any. This was my third vehicle purchase and by far the best experience. I highly recommend Charlie Dillard and gave his contact information to several friends.
