Dave Gaines of Arlington Toyota saved the day when I had to remotely help my 83-year-old mom purchase a vehicle in Jacksonville, FL. I've been taking my car to Arlington Toyota for nine years, and suddenly, they de-prioritize vehicles with over 50,000 miles, and they can't see my car for over 3 weeks. I guess customer loyalty is a one-way street.

Went to the dealer in planning for my lease expiration in 6 months. I wasn't planning on swapping vehicles today, but Dominick Barksdale and the team at Arlington Toyota made me an offer I couldn't drive away from. They made a lot of effort finding me the right vehicle. I can't wait to start racking up the miles in my new truck.

What a huge dealership, everyone was courteous and willing to help. I had the opportunity to work with Alexis Hunter via the web and then in person. She worked hard to close the deal. 5 star, a true professional! The finance dept is another story, very pushy very quick to go through p'work and was NOT given the "deal" I expected! I have never seen a dealership with the amount of sales reps. Everyone seemed to be busy and acknowledging customers, they wet out of their way to please!

This dealership charges crazy fees and asked for way too much money down compared to other dealerships in town. They will tell you that is the only way to get your payment but realistically that is not true. The dealership is run down and the last one in town to remodel. It took over five days to get my refund for my deposit on my un-executed deal .

This review is for their service department. I have no opinion of their sales department.
I bought a 2010 Tundra with 300K miles in a private sale and received only one key, which was worn out but still worked. The Arlington Toyota service department made me three new chip keys, and cut them from the VIN #, so the keys weren t worn like the original. They also checked for recalls, found some, and took care of them. Total price was $117 (for the keys). Derrin in service was especially helpful.

Sam and Jacque were very helpful. We didn't feel pressured or pushed at any point. Sam was very pleasant to communicate with and Jacque stopped at nothing to make sure we got the best deal ever. Thank you!!

First and foremost Alan Thornton is one of the most patient individuals I have encountered at a car dealership. After long hard hours of trying to find the best car for me with my car history; he did everything in his power to make it happen. As picky as I am he was able to get me an amazing vehicle within my price range. I've purchased cars from around the country in the past but never from a person and dealer that pays so much attention to the little things from the detailing of the car to showroom ready while providing data and answers to questions without pressure of a sale. What a convenience to have a dealer like this near me. I would still buy from Arlington Toyota with Alan as dealer if they were half way around the world!

This is the largest Toyota dealership in our area, and the place is hustling with staff and customers. I felt a little whooshed by the process of buying a new car here, but, I would say it was prompt and moving fast as opposed to the slow, time-consuming process I experienced in St Augustine. If you want to get an experienced and helpful agent, try Matthew. He asks pertinent questions, provides lots of informed answers and he's a straight talker. After I took delivery, I wanted cross bars to carry my kayaks around. The car was so new, no one knew how and where to do this. matthew called the regional Toyota office and arranged everything - even driving my car to their plant while he arranged a loaner for me and my wife. I think he's doing a great job and deserves five stars, the highest recommendation.
