I want to say thank you to Irvin"Big Ric" Ricks from Arlington Toyota for his assistance in finding me my 2nd vehicle from here, a new Toyota Camry. Irvin listened to my concerns and understood my situation. His tailored non-pushy approach helped me narrow down the choices and made me feel the vehicle I was working with was the right vehicle. If it were not for me moving to another State, I would be purchasing my 3rd and 4th vehicle from Arlington because of reps like Irvin.

From my first contact with Mike Garcia to my actual visit, It was an easy experience. Thanks to my salesman, Edric and J.Roach in finance I was able to acquire a very nice 2014 Kia Optima with only 24,000 miles and a clean Carfax! The only negative reaction I had was that my credit report took a beating with 7 hard inquiries from finance companies and 5 hard inquiries from Insurance companies. This is something that needs to be streamlined to avoid damaging peoples credit scores. All in all, my brother referred me to Arlington Toyota and I will definitely be a return shopper! Thanks E!

UPDATE:
Well, well, well... this was done before being bamboozled with no communication towards packages that are already included, making it seem like you are getting free deals with leasing. When asked about the ad that is sitting on their table for low price monthly, we were immediately shot down. When trying to rectify the situation, nothing was done. Never again will I go to Arlington Toyota. Poor poor communication skills and complete trickery! They wrote down the wrong mileage on the leasing document and or title and I have been asking daily since I leased and have heard nothing back nor received anything. Have seen him twice in person and have emailed and left multiple voicemails. DONT CHOOSE ARLINGTON TOYOTA!! If I allowed me go give a ZERO star, I would, but I guess you can have that one measly old star.

My husband and I looked all over for a Rav4 at a price we could afford. We got an awesome deal at Arlington Toyota. I called and spoke to Dean Efstathiou and told him what we were looking for and the price we wanted, we drove two hours and received excellent service! He did a great job helping us find the car that was right for us. This was probably the best car buying experience I have ever had. Dean was great he wasn t pushy and he did his best to get us a great deal and an awesome car!

My salesperson Sandra Howard is an absolute gem. She was very patient and reassuring. I was somewhat distressed because due to unforeseen circumstances I lost my beloved SUV. She showed us the various options and is very knowledgeable and explained the newest features. We never once felt pressured or rushed. I was able to trade my vehicle sight unseen at a fabulous price and drive off in a new vehicle. She is honest and trustworthy, you will not be disappointed.

From the moment we pulled in Luis was amazing and made purchasing my Toyota Corolla a breeze. Well priced, fantastic customer service, and an overall great buying process. I can honestly say that we will be back to trade-in our other cars in the future.

I brought my car in on 10/29/19 @ 820am to be serviced. It was making a loud humming noise under the hood while driving and a rattling in the back. They gave me a rental car for free from enterprise. On 10/30/19 Alisa called at 10 am and said it was ready. I got there around 430pm and when they pulled my car up it was making the same exact noise. Meanwhile I just paid 1300 dollars for it not to make a peep. I waited in the lobby for an hr for someone to come to say to me "it's not your alternator it's your AC compressor and it is going to cost 900$ more." I asked for the supervisor to call me immediately the next morning. I spoke with the supervisor (jason) about the incompetence of his team for not fixing the noise that I had gone in for and he agreed and we both decided that I would pay for the part of the AC compressor and his team would eat the labor pay. I am very appreciative of Jason and how understanding he was in this situation. Thank you for making this mistake right.

Definitely will recommend Dominick D. Barksdale if you come to this location! He was able to give us the bottom line for the car a friend wanted even with 30 other customers around. (Not exaggerating, literally packed today!) He gave us the freedom to roam around, and not look over our shoulders the whole time. Was able to look at multiple cars we liked within minutes of getting to the location. Decided on the perfect car and worked us in. I would definitely come back to see him for my next Toyota!

Visited Arlington Toyota intending to look at Rav4 and proceed two "doors' down to check out Honda CRV. Met Vic Norton at the door for basic info and was invited to test drive. Knew color wanted if decided on Toyota Rav 4. Wanted leather interior as well. We found one only that filled the bill. Vic was very knowledgeable about the many features , courteous, and made every effort to make this a good experience, which is not easy for 83 yo widow dealing with shopping for a major purchase on her own.
Glad it was Victor who greeted me at the door. He set me at ease and, needless to say, I never made it to Honda. I owned Honda vehicles for 18 yrs and had excellent service with vehicles and service. I am expecting equal or better from my Rav 4 and Arlington Toyota.

Buying a used car at a new dealership isn t always a good experience. They re not making much off the sale and could care less if I m there or not but one sales person names Marilyn made the experience worthwhile. She showed she cared, told me the best options for me to go about purchasing the truck and made sure I wasn t messing up my finances. I ve dealt with a lot of sales from both ends and when you find someone that actually cares about your needs, it makes you want to only go to them. If only I liked Toyota hahaha. If you re going to buy a car I highly recommend using Marilyn.

I understand that dealerships need to make money. Some do some pretty shady things to that end. Arlington Toyota charges almost $2,000 for tint, floor mats, and a key replacement program. On every car. Even used cars. Am I expected to believe that used cars don't come here with tint installed? None of them? Or that this place replaces that tint? And the plastic floor mats are worth $5. Plus I've never lost a key. I get it, some people do. But give me the option to not pay this fee. Oh no, you don't have that option. Everyone pays it? Not sure how they sell any used cars at all.

Was very happy with every one at Arlington Toyota and love the Lexus I purchased. Would have given a 5 star but after I purchased the car, I was given only one key. When I questioned why there was not two keys, was told the car was preowned and only had one key. I advised the sales person that was not acceptable but was not offered a resolution to the problem. I left with the car but called management back and was advised they would cut a new key. Love my Lexus.
