I knew what I wanted, told my husband and he made some calls, we waited a week for our truck to arrive but AJ was a fantastic salesman from being greeted, the paperwork, to the closing of the sale. I didn t have to walk the lot and look my truck was sitting up front waiting to be driven. I m over the moon with my trd off road tundra. Thank You Arlington Toyota!

Mathew Sethi seemed to be helpful at first stating that I was approved. I purchased my car or what seemed to have been a purchase, i.e. paid a down payment, signed papers, registered the car in my name, got insurance, etc and drove off in my car, only to get a call a couple days later stating that the bank isn't approving the loan. I was told I need to put thousands of more money down or return the car before legal action is taken. This is a scam! This is absolutely ridiculous for a buyer to have to deal with. Not only did Mathew have excuses as to why I wasn't approved he kept telling me stories of other people. I do not care about others! He did not care to try to find a solution other than lying to go along with this scam. Didn't want me to provide any other proof that I was willingly trying to give. He also wouldn't give me the bank who denied me information, SCAM!

After having A horrible experience at another dealership and spending days looking in and out of cars with two small children in tow, I was extremely weary and the began to doubt that I would find the perfect used Jeep Wrangler for our family. Driving by Arlington Toyota (on our way to the beach) I saw that they had some beautiful jeeps out front and we popped in to take a quick look. Luckily salesman, Brent Harris gladly showed me what options the dealership had to offer and did everything he to provide me a fair trade value for our trade in and worked with my budget. This had not been my experience at other dealerships. My experience was amazing! Did I mention I had two small children in tow?! Brett was extremely patient and not only that , he was honest and quick. I truly feel that Arlington Toyota went over and beyond The standard of customer service! And I can honestly say this was the best experience that I've had in the vehicle purchases I've made. I did not feel like any wool was being pulled over my eyes. As a woman I feel that speaks volumes! I most definitely will recommend Arlington Toyota and our salesman and Brent Harris to all her friends and family! We most certainly will use them again when it's time for us to purchase another car!

I didn't have the best credit, or any cash to put down ( had cash, but wanted to keep it) and still walked away with the vehicle that we wanted, and for the price we wanted. Excellent customer service and great prices!!!!! Gill Marianna was our sales consultant and Frank Milan was our finance manager. They were both amazing and an enjoy to be around sometimes buying a new vehicle can be very stressful but they made it go so smoothly. To top it all off they fed us BBQ ribs and chicken. If you're looking for a vehicle this is the place to go if you go anywhere else you wasting your time!!!

From the first greeting to the end sale, we had a wonderful experience. Our salesman Aris Prifti was knowledgeable and personable. We only looked at a couple of cars and purchased the first one we drove. The trade in process was so easy and we thoroughly enjoyed the total experience. The finance manager was also very nice and totally professional offering us all different options for finance versus cash and then extended warranty options. This is the third time we have bought a used vehicle from this dealership.

JP Cruz was great in helping us while we made our decision to purchase a new vehicle at Arlington Toyota in Jacksonville, FL. The process was simple and the waiting area outside was set up to accommodate families with multiple children. The complimentary BBQ in the parking lot was delicious and just what we needed to get through the day while at the dealership. The wait time after the purchase was a little longer that we hoped or expected, but that may have been due to the amount of customers that day. We will most likely purchase another new vehicles from them in a few years.

I just got a toyota corolla S. I was accompanied but Matt Romano, Josh Mccormick, Saif Albana and they made my first car buying experience amazing. Our salesman Gesey went to work on our behalf. We had purchased a Corolla just 8 months prior that had become uncomfortable for my wife's commute. Every effort was made to make a way for us to get a brand new Highlander AND get out of the Corolla without too much negative equity. Several options were explored and he educated us on the different models available. Good Job! Good Experience!
