Recently purchased a 2019 Tesla model 3 used from Ty at Arlington Toyota. I enjoyed working with Ty and pleased with his service. The only negative zi can think of is that when I decided to buy, it took some time for me to be waited on by Finance dept to sign the papers. In total, I was at Arlington Toyota for five hours which included a 20 minute test drive.

I cannot speak more highly of Arlington Toyota. Not only did they make us feel like family from the moment we walked though the door but they also take care of our FAVORITE salesman Mr. Alan Thornton. This is our third vehicle we have bought from Alan! I'm forever a toyota girl now! Thank you so so so much!!! -Aryana B.

The experience I had here was amazing from start to finish. I asked James Ley for help finding the person I had an appointment with and he was extremely kind and helpful. He chatted with me until Saif, the salesman I had an appointment with, was ready. James Ley knew I was there for another sales person and still gave me his time and made the effort to make me comfortable. Saif, my salesman, was also incredibly kind and helpful. He's a straight forward person and is there to get you into a car you like with affordable pricing.

Saif worked with me and got me an incredible deal even though I had no credit history. When I went back to finish signing papers Saif and Anthony had even got the amount on my payments dropped by a substantial amount. This was my first time buying new and when I do so again there is a 100% chance it will be at Arlington Toyota and with Saif. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a vehicle.

While I walked in planning to purchase a used vehicle, they were able to not only get me into a new fully loaded truck, they were able to do it for less than I would have paid at the other cross town dealership. Drove two hours to test drive a SUV I saw online. I had been emailing and texting with a great salesperson there who gave me a deal on a used 4Runner. Got a bunch of add-ons and an amazing price, along with a warranty. I'd make the drive again. They were super nice and I didn't spend all day in a dealership like normal.

'20 Nissan Maxima 16k mi was a rental. I offered to put a $500 deposit contingent upon it passing a 167 point Nissan inspection @my expense. Sales mgr refused to authorize an inspection. Aside from the $1800 value package added to the total, what r u hiding, Arlington Toyota?

Dave was very fast to respond to my inquiry about a used F350. Karl and Dave took very good care of myself and my wife and I was happy with the deal that we were able to work out. My only complaint would be the length of time that it took for us to complete the transaction.(over four hours) Since it was a cash deal, I thought it should have been completed a lot quicker. It was a Sunday and the end of the month, but we had to wait an awful long time to see the finance guy to sign a few papers.

I like that we were able to text message and use online methods to hadle most of the transaction. Compared to many other dealerships, Arlington Toyota seems to have a much better inventory of vehicles. They had exactly what we were looking for. Clean bathrooms. And many people in the staff took mask wearing seriously.

Crazy busy on weekend afternoons. And construction going on had the cars kind of dirty but other than that, it was a pleasure shopping there. Thanks.

Buyer beware! Was totally deceived. Came in dealership with end of lease paperwork on my 2017 Hyundai Tucson. I told the sales person we want to do the best scenario with the least amount of out of pocket expenses and keeping the payment in the range we could afford and not pay the overage. RAV4 was our best bet and the salesman brought us some numbers. The numbers looked good. Drove the RAV4. The deal was even better when we got an employee discount because we have a family member that works there. Well it was t until delivery the overage fees were not factored in. This left us with a $6,000 charge to pay. We have a wheelchair lift that we had removed and had to pay for a new hitch that was to be installed on the RAV4. The only option they gave us was to unwind the deal. This left us with no deal and out of pocket expenses.
Disappointed and disgusted sums up my experience with Arlington Toyota. This is how they treat repeat customers. We have bought 5 other vehicles from them.

This dealership gives car dealerships a bad name. I came to see a car they advertised on cargurus. Went to the dealership only to find out that the car had massive damage to the front end. Turns out they couldn't even sell me the car because of said damages but was told they would fix it so they could sell it to me. After four days they called me just to tell me they would not fix the car because it would cost too much and have to raise the price. I picked out two other cars from their website only to be told that they were not available. One of which I was told was available only to be told a few minutes later that it had supposedly been sold. I asked for my appraisal info for my vehicle to trade in and buyer's order. They would not give me the information for either even though other dealerships have given me that info the same day within minutes with no problems.

Be careful when going to this dealership, they kept trying to offer me cars that were not in the price range I was looking for. I don't understand why this process had to be so difficult. especially since I already have a check from my bank ready to finance a vehicle.

Trade my old suburban for a 2019 amazing vehicle thanks Ignacio and Dean for help us we will came back !!

Horrible! The way they treated me was completely unprofessional and downright discriminatory! I would never recommend this place to anyone. I ended up losing money, time and ultimately purchasing from another dealer. Pure chaos!

Everybody was really friendly and the salesman working with me knew what he was talking about and was really helpful in helping me find a truck for a really great deal. I never felt any pressure while I was there, it's all pretty laid back and I don't have any regrets buying from them. I'd definitely recommend other people to buy there, they even grill free food and who doesn't love free food?

I have been so impressed with Arlington Toyota. I just bought a used Sienna, and my experience has been wonderful! Tony X (salesman) made the experience perfect. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect with my van. His personality was friendly, caring, and he made me feel very comfortable. Tony along with his used car manager (with the great bow ties) gave me the best deal I've seen, and I did a lot of research. They were also very concerned with my happiness. I am definitely very happy!

Overall the deal wasn't terrible. The major issue I had is that they liked to my face. After being told there was no penalty for paying ahead on their loans it turns out there is a penalty. I know it's on me for not reading the fine print saying that if you pay it off in under 6 months you're charged a small fee, but I don't think I'd ever take another loan from the dealership ever again.

Jontae Jean was an amazing salesman. When we arrived he had the SUV pulled up front and he was waiting for us. The entire process from start to finish took maybe an hour and a half. Awesome experience. We will most definitely buy from this location again with Jontae as our salesman.

I went to Arlington Toyota this weekend May 16, 2020 to purchase a car I saw on line for $10,891. When we got to the final numbers to purchase the car, the manger said the final purchase price would be $15,455.73. When I asked why did it go up almost 5,000 and that is not the price online, I was told "that the price they show online is to get people to come in." "REALLY Arlington Toyota" These are the advertised numbers online- Market Value$15,195 - Savings $4,304 = Arlington Price $10,891. The price of $10,891 was Never mention in my final price or quote that the manager gave me. FALSE ADVERTISING!!!! My college student was extremely disappointed.

Turning the car over to the shop was a breeze. Received my rental on a Sunday and was on my way in no time. Picking it up was not as easy. The lady at the shop counter could have better customer service. She makes you feel like you re interrupting their day. I received my keys, went out, and couldn t find my car anywhere. I had to ask for help because after walking the whole area, it was not there. They couldn t even find it. It took a while to get it back.

My wife and I went into Arlington Toyota on Saturday to purchase our first car! It took a total of 9 hours (not the dealerships fault) and the entire time they made sure that we were being taken care of and accommodated us with drinks through out the day. They were also extremely patient with our 2 autistic children that we had to tow along with us. Our salesman was extremely good at keeping us updated on what the bank was reporting back. We ended up leaving in a 2016 Honda HR-V, which was not our top pick, but we absolutely love this car! I highly recommend Arlington Toyota!
