The many staff members blocking the hallways with their carts made it difficult to naviagate.

Went to visit friends that were staying at The Grand to join them at the Oasis waterpark for day. Had a fun time. Not the biggest or best but lots of water to keep you cool.

We planned a staycation at th Arizona Grand resort for my daughter's birthday. We arrived at 12:30 and checked in and were given wristbands to enjoy the waterpark until 4 pm. Which was nice. We came back at 4:30 to pickup our room key to get ready to go to dinner. We were informed the room still wasn't ready but should be ready in 30 minutes. After 30 minutes the room still wasn't ready. It was almost 6pm before we finally got our room key. This really took away from what should have been a nice getaway.

You say you want to pay for two nights but yet we can t check in until 12 at noon and it s not for sure you will have your room you can be waiting till 4 at noon that s not giving you your full day even if you payed days before basically feel like we Gave Money for a half a day you guys should make that known before taking people money

Watch out for the $120 per day surcharge due at check in. Staff was very smug about it and could give a chit about it.

This place is consistent, a large property that is family friendly, has a water park and rooms are clean and comfortable. The only thing is the toiletries seemed old and the linens had a few stains on them which we noticed last time last year. But overall we really enjoy staying here.

Arizona Grand was pretty nice for the price. We had an enjoyable time in the pools and hot tubs. Food was pretty good, drinks rated okay. Clean rooms and friendly staff.

Overall was nice. One complaint is that there was bird poop all over the balcony. It also seemed overpriced, even considering the expected up-pricing at a resort.

We stayed in the Sedona building next to the oasis water park. The pool was nice, but they need more shaded areas for walking. When walking from slide to slide you had to walk on extremely hot pavers. This wasn't a deal breaker though. The food was great the service was great. I would attend again.

Check in process was seamless, no issues there, However when we got to the room the first thing we noticed was the dirty area rug. All of the air conditioning vents were filthy, looked like they haven't been cleaned in months, The shower needed to be re caulked, The shower head dripped constantly. They obviously don't take cleaning very seriously either, there was a coffee mug outside of our door before we checked in that stayed the remainder of our stay. We used to come often, usually holiday weekends. The resort needs some updating in the pool areas, broken concrete and cool deck repair, this place used to be fantastic but is now lackluster. The only reason I didn't say anything during my stay is I was with other families and didn't want to create a scene. On the plus, resort staff were very accommodating and friendly.

The golf course is great with excellent views and a top notch staff.

I did not go into the resort but the best place to take pictures with your partner the fountain is nicely lit up at night and the peacefulness driving through there is worthwhile.

The rooms are reasonably priced and the water park is great. Staff all around is nice, offer shuttle rides to the nearby mall which is a nice cool escape. Kids really loved the water park which included a nice chill slide and a couple of thrill seaker slides. Everything on site is very expensive so make sure to bring your own water for your room (can t bring to the water park though). The reason for the 3 vs 4 or 5 star is because of the room they gave us. We were supposed to have a mountain/golf view but all we got was a tree that was growing into our deck and above it. I could see out if I stood up tall but my kids and wife couldn t. Talked to the manager and said there are no guarantees on the view. He said villas or executive suites are your best bet. Not sure if I will be back, manager left a bad impression for me. It is a fun stay just got a bad roll of the dice I suppose.

Went for a staycation and loved the room. Service was awesome! I would easily stay here again!

Great event venue! Rooms for event were great and food was amazing.

Originally had given 5 stars for my first visit but after our 2nd visit I will never go again. I paid for 2 queens and when I got there they said I paid for 1 king. I looked at my email confirmation and it didnt say what I paid for. Today I looked at my Groupon history and it clearly stated that I paid for 2 queens.They told my friend they over booked. 1 of my kids had to sleep on the floor. :( Never again will I visit this place.

The rooms are very clean and stocked with a lot of towels, shampoo and conditioners. The water park was amazing, not crowded at all. Will be back for our staycantion. Alcohol is pricey but that's normal at a resort. Can only bring in water to the water park. Which is ok but when your a family of 6 we should be able to bring in Gatorades or power aids. That's my only gripe but over all we had a great time.

The rooms were large and comfortable. The bed was very soft and easy to sleep on, the water park was close and individual pool areas were spread everywhere around the resort. My family and I had a great time. I will be going back and wpuld recommend it to anyone looking for a fun getaway.

Workout center is nice, water slides are fun. The coffee shop's coffee is not fresh at all.

It's my favorite place to stay at in Phoenix. Awesome place!

We had so much fun here on a quick staycation that was much needed! Absolutely recommend the cabana service! First aid station at the water park were super sweet with our autistic child and patiently listened as he described his cut injury. Spa services were great. Maria was amazing and fit my daughter in at the same time so we could do our pedis together. Couples massage with my husband was fantastic! Overall our family had a great time.

Attended a conference at the Arizona Grand and it was nice. Didn't tour much of the resort or rooms, but the conference room was nice. Food was great, service great too.

Awesome resort. Rooms are nice. Water park fun. The frozen cocktails at the water park bar are really good. The bar at the lobby has delicous appitizer snacks. Every employee on the grounds smiles and says Hi! The low prices at the resort attract the beer cooler crowd though :/

Wow! This resort was amazing. The rooms were so nice and I really enjoyed my stay. 100% would reccomend.

Gorgeous resort. Great service. Very clean. Went for a work seminar and hotel staff were amazing at accomadating 1500 guests for the seminar alone. Each meal for the buffets was hot, fresh, and they kept it coming and set up and clean up ran like clock work. Water park looked really cool but was closed for the season when we were there.

The place is huge, and beautiful. Water fountains everywhere, huge archways covered in vines, and amazing views of the valley. However, the place is a complete maze, and getting from one ballroom to another can be a real challenge dispite close proximity.

This is my main hotel everytime I visit my family in Arizona, and I love the resort and spa because of how beautiful the views are there. I give it 5 stars and will definitely come again next spring break when I have the time.

The course is in pretty rough shape, quite a few of the tee boxes were in really bad shape, some with no grass. The cart paths need alot of help. As a resort course you would expect much better for the money.The staff was very friendly.

This is one of the few venues that can host over 200 guests. It is moderate to expensive depending on your budget. The grounds make for breathtaking photos.

The golf course at Arizona Grand is very nice. It's a good challenge for anmid handicapper and it just long enough to keep you honest with your longer irons. Definitely recommend giving it a shot.

Went to Oasis Waterpark for a day trip with the kids. Was a good time but the tickets were as little overpriced for what's available at the park. 3 slides, a lazy river, and a wave pool. Waves in the wave pool were disappointing to say the least but the 2 bigger slides were intense so that made up for it.

Awesome resort. Hot tub. Lazy river. Waterslides. Wave pool. Something for everyone. We did a day pass and it was so fun. Prices for food and drinks were Def on higher side so I suggest you leave the resort to get lunch and then go back after. Otherwise it was awesome and all the staff was so friendly.

If you are coming from out of town or are local. Make sure you see Kobie at the Arizona Grande. First class service. I do not recommend much this I will over and over again.

Nice place, very pricey. Atmosphere is stuck in the 80's. Needs some upgrades

Water park is great fun for kids, only open until 5 or 6, however there are 6 other pools open until 10pm. Not impressed with the room we had. Pictures online were different. Also no mini bar or radio like stated online. Maybe COVID issue? Called to front desk and they would not deliver any items to room, we had to walk down there. There are shuttles that take you to other places in resort, just have to wait for them, so that is nice. Parking is a little sparce but there are loading and unloading spots near rooms. Our room location was nice, right by Water park, pool and loading/unloading area, so that was a plus. Overall a bit pricey for what you get. Hope this helps!

Parking sucks air conditioning didn't work couldn't enjoy are meal but nice waiters and hostess tried to explain the inconveniences should of reduced cost of meals.

Horrifically terrible "resort". Do you like freeway noise? Do you like dirty, dark, and dated "suites"? Do you like for the majority of the amenities to be unavailable? Do you like inattentive staff? Do you like discovering dead roaches in spider webs in the corner of your room? Then this is your place!

This is a 5 star fully inclusive resort offering every amenity you could imagine at a reasonable price.

Nice hotel with great service, could use better drainage on rainy days.
