Called at closing time looking for a custom piece of glass. Gave me a quote and had it ready for the next day. Glass was perfectly cut and installed easily. Will definitely go back.

River City did an amazing job for our masterbath shower area. What a quality product. During the initial install, the installer was not 100% satisfied with the glass (there were a few scratches). Instead of just installing anyway, he demanded quality and came back the next day with beautiful glass.
We just had a service call and Chuck, the technician, was outstanding! He called in advance and was on time. He was personable, listened to our concerns and got it fixed immediately. He went the extra mile, even though we didn't request it, to proactively avoid the problem in the future.

I went in to River City Glass to order two full size mirrors that I would install in my home. This was a very small order. Yet they treated me like I was their biggest and best customer. They went out of their way to help educate me on the self install method and helped me package up the mirrors to make a safe trip home. I couldn't have been more satisfied with their product, service, and price. I will use them again!!

I have made several calls to get an appointment for a custom project. Each time they say someone will call me back. That has never happened... Still waiting. I assume they don't care about customer service
