I was not impressed with this place, the people were not that friendly.
I was not impressed with the room it looked like a dorm room,had to change rooms twice the bathroom sink had dried facial hair around it.
The hall ways could really use a good shampoo!!
Was not impressed!!!
This place really seems out dated for the name!!

Oasis waterpark and pools are fun. People are friendly. Keurig in room did not work (not cool for a two night stay). They offer transportation around the resort via golf cart which is nice however we had to wait about 25 minutes for a ride back to our room after lunch (normally wouldn't mind but we have a baby and it's 108 degrees outside). Also they closed their 'Cafe' 15 minutes early, disappointing.

We reserved the poolside cabana 2 days in row, worth it but occasionally I felt the staff could have been a bit more attentive... the evap cooler ran out of water a couple of times and it took awhile for them to get it refilled. Cleanliness of the cabana on a scale of 1 to 10 was about a 6 but the Resort, room and overall experience outweighed it!

What a place... Very beautiful at night. The villas are like a house.

Had a bit of a problem getting a drink at happy hour. Got chased out of the restaurant to the bar, then waited for any one of three staff to take an order.

Great resort. Room was updated and comfortable. The staff was great as well. We didn't like that there was no microwave in the room. We stayed in a suite and didn't want to pay for the high priced food and drink on the resort but it would have been nice to warm up our leftovers. Also we didn't like that the water park was open only on Saturday and Sunday but I'm guessing it was their off season. There were plenty of pools and Jacuzzis instead. Overall we would definitely come back to this resort. Great place to stay.

Room a little noisy with passerbys but not terrible.

I had a very good experience at the hotel. The room was clean and everything was in order. The Oasis Water Park was really fun too!

The Resort has a wonderful pool and the staff is very kind. Activities are present throughout the resort for guests to do and restaurants arw within walking distance.

Enjoyed wedding and reception, food and environment were both good.

Beautiful place the services are excellent what I did not like about the hotel that a lady of glasses that according to is the one in charge of the workers treats them badly demands them fast the work I am going to denounce has this person with the human rights

Very large resort. Waterpark a bit small but the extra pools made up for it. Staff is very friendly.

Event staff is great, did a fantastic job with the event. Great property with a really great, yet older, workout facility.

The Arizona Grand was a bit like the name says, Grand. The property is HUGE! Put on your walking shoes and make sure you have a car to get from point A to point B (the lobby to your room) because it's a trek.

A little out dated, but still kosher, the resort looks like it's going through some construction phases and could potentially climb back into the modern age. The water park is clean and great for a hot summer day in AZ.

With a few modern updates this place would definitely become 5 stars.

The place is well kept but definitely dated. The water park charges MORE than Sunsplash, but offers LESS than a third of the rides. Unfortunately it's one of the few options during covid.

My family goes to the Arizona Grand Resort every year for our annual s to staycation. As usual, they didn't disappoint..... Great prices, awesome service and beautiful resort. I highly recommend this place to all!

Way way too many kids here to relax at all. Probably a good place for families, but a terrible adult staycation spot.

This resort is beautiful and the new remodels rooms are fantastic and very roomy.

Amazing, super busy at the pool, good drinks, great rooms, and plenty of sunshine. Pricey but worth it

Pretty nice, but parts are beginning to show their age. Food and drinks are super expensive. ($20 for 2 eggs and bacon for example)

Went to spend the weekend with family - swimming, eating, relaxing. Much fun at Oasis waterpark - slides, wave pool, lazy river. Rustler's Roost has great food and atmosphere.

Such a mix of emotions after staying here. The water park is the highlight, very well maintained and a lot of fun for a family. I was amazed at the quality of the staff and they are VERY safety-conscious. The rooms were just ok; they need to be redone in a bad way. Maybe I was just in an older part of the complex? Restaurant options are pretty disappointing. They will give you a ride to a couple places that are up/down the hill and have a couple places on site, but just wasn't impressed with the quality of the food.

Great place to stay and relax for the weekend, the slides are amazing! Lots of people were afraid to go on it,and kept asking how it was. So much fun, kids loved it

This will be one of many reviews. I am going to take you on a journey of my experience in dealing with this resort has it is still ongoing.
I organize a golf tournament every year and this makes it our 11th annual trip. I along with 20 plus friends decided to stay at the AG. This was done in Jan. So coming from Canada and because of the size I had to sign a contract.
So with everything evolving with Cor19 virus and flights being canceled, medical coverage etc, it only made sense to cancel this years trip in advance. This is were the story begins.

Keep you waiting hours to get your room and key cards are really sensitive we had 3 that stopped working, other than that stay has been good.

Beautiful views and Wonderful layout. The villas are amazingly spacious with phenomenal amenities.

Awesome facility but food options are VERY limited and expensive. Only one resturant is really on the resort and it is closed in the afternoon. Other places are a 1/4 mile walk.

Beautiful hotel. Water park is extremely over priced for what little they have.

Needed a getaway... not worth it. It's all I the details, dying flowers around the property, stained carpet, ripped blankets on beds... wont be back

Restaurant has a small lunch menu, but the food is delicious

This place is exceptionally wonderful! We have been twice and hope to keep coming back through the years. The staff has always been courteous and helpful in our encounters. The place is like an exotic dream come true!

Conference hall is very nice and lunch is pretty good

There for a conference. The grounds are beautiful, they provide great transportation around to the 2 nearby restaurants (not 6). The staff is nice, but they are understaffed in the restaurant an the property. We were told to come back to place to go orders for lunch because they were backed up. The prices are Very expensive. The buffet was cold each time I ate there and Aunt Chiladas were slow with food one of the orders completely left of then when we got it it tasted spoiled and appeared burnt, the rice was overcooked and mushy. The steak quesadillas, chips and guacamole were good.

Beautiful resort. Rooms are comfortable. Close to the interstate. The water park is great for kids.

The main concern I have was with the Wi-Fi availability. We could only connect 5 devices to the conference rooms WiFi, but there were about 20 ppl with laptops and tablets. This was a huge inconvenience and you would think that in today's world of device usage, the limit would be much higher.

Good spot for needed down time, rooms were clean and staff was nice. Bring your own wine opener as it took staff a bit to provide one.

This resort is amazing. I have no bad things to say about this resort. The location is great and you have several restaurants really close to this location. Plenty of things to do around.

A few issues with billing, but overall a very enjoyable experience, as always.

The practice facility is non existent. We completed our round in 3 1/2. Which to me seems above pace. We were asked to pick up our pace by the 3 some behind us as well as the marshall. Not sure why for this price point on a beautiful day, we had to play speed golf? Definitely playing Legacy, right down the street, next time we play that area. Tom the marshall, not cool bro.

It was an nice resort because of the water park and the fitness center. Other than that my experience was not that nice. The rooms were small and one of the cleaning staff stole my pandora earrings. I reported it to security and they said they would get back to me but never did. If you stay here, lock your belongings in a safe!

Decent room. Good breakfast buffet. Awesome water park!!

The staff was very friendly and helpful in regrads to pointing you in the right direction and answering questions. They are quick to respond to medical emergencies for which I commend their professionalism and quickness. One complaint I would have is the care which lifeguards shows to patrons, as they don't instruct them on pool rules for their safety. Distances between different parts of the resort are far and tiring.

Grounds are huge and we'll maintained. Can't say the same for the rooms but the food is pretty good

Stayed here for a conference at a discounted rate. The rooms were clean, large, and comfy beds. We really enjoyed the water park.

Overall very crowded and unpleasant experience - the staff over promised and underdelivered as we were promised adjoining rooms on the phone but didn t get them. This is a large and inconvenient resort to check into. Our family s first and last time here. Pool staff (manager?) was rude and confrontational to my wife in front of the kids which was embarrassing and surprising!

We held a work event here and the staff and food were great!

the last time I ever visited this hotel,was in 2016,I find it really beautiful,big,AMAZING,and grand. The pool is nice to swim in,great food,nice looking rooms,and shops and food places around. Just amazing,definetly,planning coming back this summer,this hotel deserves a 5 star.

Great staycation for our family! Kids had a blast at the Oasis Water park and Rustlers Roost was so fun!
