This place is so amazing I went last year going back again next week can't wait I recommend this place to everyone great slides great staff great food lots of fun for adults and children

Water park was nice, but over priced and its ashame they only offer a limited amount of military discounted tickets at the window. Should be able to purchase online then show ID at the window IMO.. Also we got bad service at the upstairs bar. Drinks were pretty weak for the price.

The water park was merely okay. I don't think they have enough rides to choose from right now, and even with the selection they don't have a lot that you want to ride over and over again. With what they do have its entertaining for a couple of hours. If you were choosing between this water park and kalahari wAterpark I would say kalahari.

Stayed only 1 night. Wish we could stay longer. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. Our kids loved the room and the indoor waterpark. Will definitely be visiting again and hopefully stay longer. We reserved a cabana. The only downside to the cabana was that it didnt have a safe to lock up our personal belongings.

We really liked this spot for a winter getaway. 1 star removed for the high pricing, but we would go again after we save up our pennies.

Beware!! The place itself was fine. Only went for a day trip. Over priced for what they have. Food isn t great and also over priced.

When we were done for the day, we all went to the bathroom to change into dry clothes. We didn t use the changing area because it s pretty open and all genders together. My daughter and I were in the shower stall changing when the bathroom supervisor, Dee, barged in opening the curtain yelling that we were not allowed to use the showers. She did this a couple times and I had to tell her we were not showering but we were naked. She continued to yell at us. My 9 year old daughter was scared and started to cry. She did not care and felt her actions were ok.

If you do go, find somewhere else to change. Also apparently you are not allowed to shower if you wanted to do so before leaving.

Never again will I come here. We are embarrassed and angered.

So much to do and it's clean and warm. The kids love it and the drinks do an adult right.

This is the first time, and will be the last... We waited to check in. The lady was rude.when I didn't realize we got a room to sleep 6. So I thought we were good. Well we had to pay for two extra in the room. So in top of the$ 200.. we had to pay an extra $79. For two more kids. Then the resort fees. Which was $35.. our room was not ready. So we got told we would get a text.well check in is at 4. It is now 5:30. We still don't have a room. I checked on it. We were told they would let us know when it's ready.. mean while I have a daughter with gluten allergies. There is no food for her here. It's in the car packed. We can't bring our own food in. REALLY.. I'm disgusted. And will not be back.. on top.of it.its mother's day. I really thought we'd get better treatment.

Absolutely loved it. The kids had a great time cant wait to go back.

I went back after a great experience. Only this time I went during the week, jacuzzi was below level water and cold. Some rides were closed, certain bar areas closed and the service by the pool bar was unfriendly. Don't think I'll be returning.

The best 100% recommend this place if you want to have a great time come here is worth it you wont regreat it

This place is so cool..wish they had an elevator to be honest.. them damn steps are brutal to get to water slides. I wonder y this wasn't thought if when being built .best option is to have a few people and u guys chip in for a room and enjoy water park for free and outdoor water park as well

Absolutely enjoyed everything! Great place for kids of all ages and adults. They have a swimming bar for the parents/adults and great attractions for kids of all ages. Great place for family entertainment.

Very clean, bathrooms and changing rooms were well ventilated and maintained. Staff was so friendly and accommodating. We are looking forward to going back!

My family and i enjoyed ourselves. If u have pre teens they definitely will enjoy themselves. Hotel was clean quiet and relaxing. Service was great. Will definitely go back.

We wen there today for my brothers birthday! We got there nice and early, and the water park was pretty empty. We were able to go on all of the rides with very minimal lines. We loved the park but the best of all was one ride tenant AJ . He was awesome! Very friendly and funny but all gave a huge shout out for my brother on his bday.

Well worth the money.....seems expensive until you do the per person math

It. Was. Awesome. My kids are 7 & 4, we were there all day until we could barely walk anymore. We all had so much fun, grown ups and kids alike. PS - we were expecting a major crowd for Christmas week and were really pleasantly surprised at how little we waited for anything!

Pleasantly surprised by what the lark has to offer, better then most outdoor water parks I have been to in the past, also has indoor elevated rope obstacle course where you are safely harnessed into a full climbing harness and the price does not break the bank

Horrible management and response to a complaint! We visited during a long weekend and right of the bat, we waited 2 hours to check-in. The resort was jammed pack with families and people who were also waiting for their room. We stayed for 2 nights and noticed that upon returning to the room after the first day the room was left unclean and the cleaning done was bare minimum. Considering we paid $600+ per night for a suite bedroom, this was very dissapointing. On top of this, after accidentally dropped my wallet in the lobby, the security response was utterly infuriating. Despite being in the lobby, the security response was that the security camera was not HD; thus, they could barely see anything. Since this hotel is primarily caters to family with childrens, it's very troubling to hear that this is the case. Would not recommend nor return!

Great indoor waterpark for kids and adults. Rides and wave pool is good and the kids areas are fantastic.

Just got home from my 4th stay at Aquatopia. Check in is 4:00. Our room was not ready until after 6:00. When we got to the room it was filthy... crumbs, dirty rug, counters with sludge, and a random dirty sock in the bed. The staff was very apologetic and changed our room. The second room was clean, but there was another dirty sock in the bed. The hot tub was filthy with large clumps of hair floating around. The lines moved quickly and the restaurant staff was wonderful.

This a great place! It is always welcoming and the stuff is friendly and really professionals. I recommend this for the entire family!

They split our reservation into two parts (hotel room) and cabana rental, so that if you cancel they slam you with double cancellation fees. I will be taking my kids to Kalahari from now on. Awful customer service on the phone - no acknowledgement of their shady policy. Totally disappointed.

Great experience, the slides are awesome and its fun, good for small kids, too. Will definitely be back!

Not the largest water park, but had plenty of rides, good facilities and fair prices for food.

Venus slide trap was super fun. Lots of cool slides including Storm Chaser, the water coaster. Great place for families. Kids had a blast!

Great time, great place, and great service!! Only problem is to many ignorant guests coming from they city who are loud, obnoxious, and trashy. Other than that its a beautiful place to visit and enjoy whether it's a family outing or couple retreat.

It was ok. But, the water was little bit cold. The Kalahari experience was much better. Also, lack of food inside aqua zone disappointed me. The only food option was inside the junk food which is not healthy.

Arcade needs work, had multiple issues with card not working or arcade not working at all. Other than that, great water park, great food, great atmosphere.

Pretty cool water park!
The wave pool is nice, but if you go within 10 feet of the "deep" end (5ft) the life guards yell at you. They got a few pretty cool water slides too! But be warned to those over 300lbs, you'll be pretty limited when it comes to most the water slides. The hot tub is just the right temperature! Definitely check that out during your stay.

If you're at the Hotel, stop by and check it out. If you're an outsider, just stopping by for a fun day at the water park then I can't say it's worth the 60 bucks to get in. If you have a buddy who works at Camelback then you get a pretty nice discount. In that circumstance I'd say it's worth it.

As a resident of the area it's far too expensive for the amount of time you can actually spend there. My kids got on the same 2 rides like 20 times each and were done. Wave pool is small and hot tub is outside..
Nice if you have a discount.

But the hotel lobby looks much better then kalahari.

The atmosphere is great and inviting. There are 2 kid play areas, an adult only area, a huge hot tub, multiple water slides, a flow rider, and a wave pool. The staff are all so nice and seemingly love their jobs. The only downfall is that the water slides are not handicap accessible. There are only stairs and lots of them leading up to the water slides so unfortunately I couldn't enjoy the slides. Otherwise our stay there was amazing.

Fun indoor slides. We had a cabana and the service was ok, but nothing over the top amazing.

Such an amazing water park! The rides we're incredible, the wave pool was expansive, and the temperature was a balmy 84 degrees. There were plenty of slides and rides, so the wait time was trivial. Overall fantastic experience and would highly recommend.
