One of the best places in the world for me, super fun water park, i recomend

For $800.00 for a night this place should be ashamed of themselves. 1st, we are told we cant eat at the buffet because we dont have reservations. Nothing in my email confirmation says you need to make any so we had no clue. The other restaurant we were told over an hour wait. So your left with a snack bar...was treated rudely by staff. Our waitress after being let into the buffet was very sweet, but the rest of the service was lackluster. Twice while up for food our table was cleaned off and other guests seated at the table. How does this even happen.

Around 11am at check out day we were swimming and were waiting for snack bar to open to get lunch and we are the only people waiting in line and asked if we could have one of the wraps heated instead of being cold. CYNTHIA rudely stated she was too busy to heat a wrap and that we should go upstairs to use the microwave if we required it heated. The time was between 11:05 and 11:10 in the morning with the snack bar just opening at 11 and no one was in line behind us.

Waterpark was fine, the water was warm the atmosphere was warm. Room was clean and changing rooms clean. Just be prepared to be treated rudely by staff. If your ok with paying 800.00 for that then its the place for you.

Located in the Poconos, The Waterpark is amazing child friendly and clean, however it is easy to twist your foot if you are playing around so try and mind your feet especially when playing near the wave marker.

The only reason I give you 3 stars is because room service is bad! I order a pizza at 9:20 pm an finally go it by 11:15 pm. I paid 35 for a large pizza abd a 2 lt pepsi. Verry expensive to take that long! Everything else was perfect. Rooms are clean and the indoor park is super good!

Clean, not too crowded on memorial day. Unlimited warm towel. Plenty of parking. Crowd respectful of space.

Fun. I was shocked some parents were getting super lit at the bar.

Hot tubs closed, lazy river issues, wave simulator is closed, wave pool issues. No cash taken, stopped cash on gift card to use. Seems that prices went up by at least 25% or more. There are 2 other resorts in the area to chose from next year. Will not be returning.

Kids had an amazing time, facility is very clean. Lots to do to entertain the kids!

This was a great experience water slides pools everywhere floaty s everywhere and they provide life jackets for the kids

It's an indoor waterpark that's got a great layout...a bit pricey, especially if you want to do all of the add on activities(laser tag, rock climbing, etc...)

Camelback water park is fantastic. Reasonably priced and very family friendly. Making plans for a bigger family winter trip. Snow tubing too.

Nice waterpark. Way too hot inside, needs to be air conditioned.

Decent indoor waterpark for the price, however rides for adults are scarce. Stairs are very slippery. Add to that, crews are very inefficient in handling a large crowd, which was evident in the very large queue at the entrance.

The best deal of the three major water parks. Great Wolf is great with the addition of thier exclusive magi quest. Great for younger kids Kalahari is the biggest and best for adults and older kids. Aquatopia is part of Camelback resort, which offers the option of lift tickets or snow tubing in addition to the indoor water park, which is awsome and has a perfect mix of slides and the best lazy river. In the Sumner you also get passes to camel beach watery park. Which may be the best and biggest outdoor water park in the trip state, as well as passes to the indoor park.

We had a great time. Just did the water park and the arcade.

Not over crowded, but water temperature in most pools is too cold

A very lovely experience. The indoor water park was very spacious between rides and rest areas. For someone like me in a wheelchair, they offer wheelchairs to go on some of the rides. Comparing this to another indoor water park in the same vicinity, I would go with this one. It's definitely a winner.

Horrible experience!! From struggling to find a parking space ( by the way, they didn't care to plow the parking lot), to a very disappointing experience inside the waterpark. Pretty much half of the rides were closed, including the hot tub. The slides were over crowded and the water in the pool bar was cold - it was warmer to sit outside than in the water! The service at the bar could be much better. For 5 bartenders working and a handful of customers, there should be no people waiting 15-20 mins to be acknowledged and an additional half hour to receive food and drink(s). They should have notified people of their technical difficulties ahead of time and given a choice to reschedule the trip or offer a refund.
There are many indoor waterparks to chose from and it is disappointing Aquatopia wouldn't put a higher emphasis on customer service.

Clean, 'hot springs' area very good! Some of the slides were closed, most open. Good atmosphere.

This place is an improved Great Wolfe Lodge, not only is it missing the 30 years of dust on the moving stuffed animals but it has an adult section with pool inside the bar. I would highly recommend.

Doesn't compare to surrounding water parks. There's not much to do in the hotel and the actual water park is tiny and crammed together. Everything is over priced for what you get.

Went with family and friends and had an awesome time!! Ages 8 months-35 and they all had an awesome time!! Cant wait to go back...

Loved everything about it. Clean. Family friendly. Maria the manager at the front desk was amazing, we told her how one of the people coming with us called out and she helped us get an affordable, comfortable room. The breakfast buffet is amazing. Atmosphere was beautiful. The view is the ski slopes from the room was amazing.

The water park itself is nice, clean, and has a lot of very attentive lifeguards. It's also not too crowded. The reason for the 2 stars has to do with their check in process. I bought my tickets online well in advance and still had to stand in line for at least 30 minutes with 2 toddlers just to get out wrist bands to be let in to the water park. All skiers, snowboarders, and water park participants have to stand in the same line which makes no sense. For as much as you pay for the water park, the check in process should be quick and seamless. It's easier to get in Disney than to this place. Also, the concession stand wasn't adequately staffed. There was a long line of people around dinner time with 2 people taking orders and only 1 person filling them. Again, for as much as you pay these things should be rectified.

Honestly garbage! We wait about 6 hours for a room that wasn t even anything special. Just a normal room! Not just that, but where s the manager? Oh, he s not here! Learn to run a hotel before you build one! Again, garbage!

Loved it. My family had a blast. We only stayed one night but we are planning to stay a few more days next time.

The water park is great. It has good rides and has nice people there

I love there lost river. Is an amazing place for the family. I also ate at graffiti pizza place and I didn't spend a fortune.

I absolutely love this place. We've been here a number of times and each time I very much enjoy myself. The food prices in the park are way too high, but you gotta go in expecting that.

It is a very nice place where children have a lot of fun, adults also have a cable car pool xcetera

Great waterpark for the whole family. Admission is pricey if you don't have a season pass but always call ahead of time before you bring a lot of family members.

I booked a three day four nights breakfast package at Camelback Resort an so far it's a great experience

Absolutely loved it! Great family fun! Awesome amenities and great rooms for overnights! Arcades, great buffets and restaurants in the hotels. Poconos is just beautiful. Atmosphere is great. A diverse crowd is attracted so know that. Other than that it is most definitely an attraction to be seen.

No doubt this is an amazing place with all sorts of activities to do inside amd outside, summer or winter! Giving 4 stars because 4 if the slides weren't on,the swim up bar was closed and surfing pool was closed. Otherwise great place offer valet as well. Has 4 restaurants but only 1 was open when we where there.
