Thank you Aquatopia for ruining my 40th birthday. First time in 15 years I took off for my birthday just to come here. First wrong room & resort is completely booked. Never made my cabana rental & they're booked too & failed to mention you close early at 6pm. Should of gone to Kalahari, that's where we will go from now on. Over the past year your customer service has gone to hell. This use to be our favorite place, as a single mom who works non stop this trip meant the world to me,if I could get my $ back I would head over to Kalahari.

Overall a good value. We had the 2 bedroom suite. Kids had a great time at the water park. The water park is nicer at Kalahari but Aquatopia is way cheaper. Plus you could go snow tubing for free which was fun.

We came a hour away to swim not telling us the water park is closed because of them being worried over the hurricane so we asked to swim inside & they wouldn't let us. They lost my business for the future I won't ever stay there I'll go somewhere else especially that it took my son 40 min to climb the wall being that they were under staffed. They could of emailed everyone that has season passes.

Was here with my 11 year old twins and they loved it! I was impressed by the staff - in particular the lifeguards. I took notice at every ride I got on that they were very attentive at all times. Everyone was very nice overall! Will definitely be back! Great place to take the kids!

Indoor water park wasn t as big as expected, it doesn t have too many activities if you planned for more than 1 day visit. The good about here is they have lots seating and less people than many indoor water park, possible some people go to the outdoor water park at the time I was there. Place is clean and shower room is good, clean and roomy, wife said women room has few shower room only give hot water. The only problem is they don t always have towels available, many people have complained about this issue.

Kids love it. Staff needs to be trained a little better we had some issues with getting inconsistent info about the mountain coaster, etc. Never buy just a slice of pizza in the water park, just buy the pie. We like it better than kalahari...even though kalahari is technically bigger, aquatopia seemed better. Kalahari has more hot tubs though!

I have to admit I was a little hesitant about going here originally but once we arrived and got through everything to get in with the covid-19 screenings I had a wonderful time absolutely great Park indoors comfortable fun refreshing and it was nice to be out of the crummy weather I can't wait to go back this fall with the family again this will become a biannual trip for our family

Aquatopia in CamelBack Resort is absolutely amazing! Both their indoor and outdoor water parks have enough rides and activities to keep you busy all day. Not to mention the countless other activities outside of the parks like zip-lining, the mountain coaster and more! I'd definitley recomend this resort for any family, its a fantastic experience for all ages!

I was very impressed. This was my first time at an indoor waterpark. Later going to Great Wolf Lodge, I realized that this one was State-of-the-Art. I did not stay over. though I believe that I was only able to enjoy the indoor waterpark becsuse my daughter's girl scout troop did. That may have been why my parking was so close, too.

The only thing that I thought could have used improvement was the showering facilities. Though they say that they provide towels, you were only given one light towel each when entering the park. So you may want to bring your own. You had to dress after showering right outside the shower. It was difficult not getting your clothes wet. There was an additional changing room, but it was not connected to the showering area so I do not know anything about it.

There were lockers to rent for your valuables, and water accessories were sold in the waterpark, too. There was food and refreshments available.that were reasonably priced.

The waterpark has everything you could want! (Look online for listing). A few things to keep in mind... Towels are provided but must be returned before leaving the park. If you are staying in the hotel, that means a long, cold, wet walk through arcade and lobby. I would recommend bringing towels for little ones. The food in the waterpark is actually very good. Better than I'd expected and prices are reasonable. The lazy river opened later than the rest of the slides and they DON'T have enough tubes out so be warned. The lines for the surfer ride are really long but that's because the guys running the ride actually take the time to TEACH and give feedback to all people including the youngest kids. Overall despite the travel time for us, we will definitely be back!

We (My daughter~Michelle and her friend Ashley and myself) actually got here pretty late and we did get a room(rooms are nice two beds in our room plus a pull out couch if ya need to use it. The rooms and whole place was clean and the people that work here are very nice and helpful. The activities here are pretty fun! The water wasn't too cold or warm it was pretty good temperature. Usually if water is too cold I won't even go in but I did end up going in and it was nice. They have a bar area in the swimming area but if course you need to wear masks and keep up.with social distancing. It's a good time for both children and adults. Had lots of fun!!! We are staying overnight tonight so we can get to see what other things they offer. Again we only got here a few hours ago but so far everyone and everything has been wonderful. I'll try and post again tomorrow to let you know how many other things there are to do here at Camelback Lodge. So far, we are having a really good time!!!

Very well maintained, love the lazy river, the bar in a pool, and the indoor- outdoor giant hot tub. Arcade is pricey, as well as food, which is average. The hike up the stairs prevents long lines but also limits how many times people can get on the better slides. Yes even if your in decent shape.

I prefer Aquatopia over Kalahari because its smaller and more cozy. The food has improved recently and the crowd is more tamed than kalahari. Employees are much nicer here than those 2 other places. More options too with the mountain during winter and summer.

Fun
