We have been there 3 times and it is always a blast! The room is very clean and Aquatopia is so much fun! This is our yearly weekend after school is over.

Its was a awesome adveture but it was way to crowded and could not really get to most of the things i wanted to

The wave pool sucks kids out to the deeper water, so keep near the young ones! To enter you have to walk through a cold arcade. I don't know what is worse, the arcade or the cold.... The arcade is a standard waste of money, so do the games where the tickets/prizes don't matter...

My kids mostly love this place. And I feeling safe about them because of Life guard all over the place. Nice ski slopes and snow surprised me. Girl at the bar downstairs was nice. Had some problems with check in because of Groupon. The person who bought room should be there(In my case wife was not there, but I had her card and ID). For one family it's not fair. Second person at the front desk was very nice and helpful.

Well had some issues, we got here at around 2pm and were told our suite will be ready by 4pm as that is check-in we had no problem with that was rd we would get a text as soon as room was ready, well by 5pm still no text, so we had to go back to front desk to get our room number, we then went to get our luggage that was being held as the guy was not there, so we had to wait another 30 mins. Now I normally would not be so mad but we had a sick child with us and told them when we first got here. Finally we got to our room and we were hungry so went to get some food. We ordered our food and we are not fond of sodas, so we asked for water cups and were told we had to go the water fountain. I was like what , almost demanded a refund for food but the kids were hungry and we would have had to get them into a car and drive to go eat somewhere else. I had to argue with the lady that we had young children. So not a good trip so far.

Due to going back to yellow phase no swim up bar, outdoor/indoor hot tub, knee boarding, and only 4 water slides are open indoor kind of a waste of money for lack of amenities at this time.

Staff at front desk not helpful. Room smells damp. Waterpark alone is 5 star.

This waterpark is great, even on a relatively busy weekend the wait for slides hasn't been too long that kids lose interest. The sun was out when we arrived so the waterpark was much warmer than the 84 degrees which was great. The water isn't crazy cold like at many indoor waterparks we've been to before. The staff is relatively pleasant, I've found the younger ones especially are much more friendly and helpful.

Complaints are few and the typical.
Bathrooms in the waterpark area are in need of regular cleaning. The floor gets really wet and slippery because there are showers in there too. There should be someone in there regularly with a squeegee to clean the excess water on the floor so the dryer actually has a chance at being effective.

We personally could do without flyboys but I guess some people are into that.

Overall this is definitely a place we will return to someday.

This park is a great place to spend your day (especially in the winter!) And it really has something for all ages. The slides are super fun, and the pool bar is a nice perk for adults who want to relax for a few hours. Tickets are a little pricey, but great place overall.

Absolutely amazing trip. Just did the indoor water park, stayed two nights with kids 16,11 & 6. Everyone had a blast, place was not busy. Hotel and water park were immaculate, staff was friendly and accommodating. Got a great deal. Highly recommend.

I once read a post that said do not go if you make over 70grand. Totally right. Food was good room was good. Water park is a free for all.

Enjoyed a bday bash then a full day at the warerpark. Staff was friendly. Park was a little cold but a towel around the neck quickly fixed this. Rides are fun and lines weren't bad.

Very welcoming spacious facilities, (minimum 5 days to fully enjoy)

It was great - only thing is I wish the rooms came with a kitchen. There was no stove only a microwave and a small fridge - forcing us to eat out in the hotel which was kind of pricy. Though, the buffet was great.

Such an amazing fun place for the family! We had the best time! I can't wait to go again and neither can the kids!

Great place to have fun with the family or adventurous adults.
The outside water park gets crowded on the weekends(just like everywhere else) other than that you have so much things to do.

Great Indoor Water Park, very clean, staff is very professional, rooms were nice and clean.

I absolutely love coming here! It's an water park based on adventures of places throughout the world. It connects right into the hotel and is truly the most amount of fun you've had in ages. A place that really takes you out of reality and into the fun of exploration.

It has lots of cool waterslides but some were too intense for me. See you there, daredevils!

We stayed here and it was so much fun. Kids loved the indoor and outdoor water park. Lots of great water features for my child and toddler. The breakfast and dinner buffets were a hit. Food was much better than other theme parks we ve been to.

Became my favorite water park in US during my last visit. The crew is amazing! Rides are great. And the Flowrider is awesome with very good options of boards.

Awesome waterpark. Lines are a bit long for slides, and if you want to go on a tube slide prepare to climb about 40-60 stairs with a heavy tube.

Fun indoor water park, but the food in park is expensive. Bring your own snacks / drinks to save a few dollars. I visited on Saturday and Sunday, would recommend coming on a Sunday, few lines and almost no wait time.

From my two days spent at this resort I can say, without a doubt, that I had an amazing time. The hotel room was well organized and pretty. Not to mention I was lucky enough to have a view of the mountainside with the deck that occupanied my room. Going to the indoor water park was fun as well. While the rides were somewhat short themselves, the lines were pretty short too. The outdoor water park was also a blast. I didn't manage to go on every ride (like I did inside) but had just as much fun. The food... was a bit overpriced but I expected as much. Overall, the resort was amazing and I look forward to my next visit at Aquatopia.

I went with my family as an overnight stay. The hotel room was clean and relatively new. The staff was polite and helpful. Aquatopia was fun for the kids and there were some very good slides. The arcade was large and fun. However, the pool area was very messy and it was difficult to find chairs. Many guests did not pick up after themselves. There was not enough cleaning staff, and the food area was disgusting. There was food on the ground, and the tables were not cleaned - perhaps because it was a weekend, leading up to a popular spring break week.

Loved it just me and wife imagine when i bring kids !!!!

Fabolous place to go... especially with family and kids

A great place to getaway from the city, fun for young and old alike. It's not cheap, but a good deal can be found if you keep your eyes open and are flexible with your travel plans.

Fantastic place to go with the kids during the winter.

Rented a 3 bedroom loft wasn t ready until 5 pm even though my check in was supposed to be at 3 pm. Is was very crowded and most of the rides were closed. A lot of rude people skipping the line very gettho place will never come back.

The staff were so nice to us from the front desk to the lifeguards. Thanks guys!!

2 month old and a 2 year old and Grandma. 2 year old loves the pool normally and here she's in heaven.

We go here a lot with my nephews they love it. We stay there all day. The cabanas are great to have also. The food not so great, its only pizza or chicken strips for kids. Im not a water park person but the kids love it. I like the water bar of course i stay there mostly

Great Park Nice Rides .. Shuttle Bus Driver Bus 1301 Was Excellent She Was Very Knowledgeable Of Everything That Needed To Be Known About The Park Only issue is it got very crowded and the wait time for slides got long and the lazy river was extremely crowded not only with people but with intertubes that were not being used! Other then that it was a great experience and I Highly Recommend The Wave Pool But Hold On To Your Britches Cause Those Are Some Hawaii Surfer Waves .. Enjoy .. Kowabunga Dude !!!

Absolutely amazing... Great slides.... An amazing wave pool. Fun for all the family, young and old. Definitely a great place to hire a cabana for a birthday. Or just a day out definitely worth the price.... $15 for adults if you live in the area, $20 if you live outside of the area. $60 for a family pass (2-Adults & 2-Children)
There are BBQ facilities available and an inside and outside lap pool. Slides are safe for small children. Definite.... Definite must do.

There is something for everyone here. Great baby section in the waterpark, and a separate section for older kids. Highly recommend it

Two years my wife's diamond wedding band and earrings were stolen from our hotel room. Clearly it was from a member of the cleaning staff. Management & local police barely made an effort. Months later after repeated unreturned phone calls to both staff and police I was told "we haven't had a chance to interview anyone yet." This trip we leave our child's blanket behind. Call same day and leave a message with lost and found. Call the next day, the next....finally get a phone call back with a "we are still doing laundry and will search for it." Nothing after that. Brutal experiences.

Great family atmosphere. Fun and relaxing activities to partake. Well worth the trip.

I love this place. We come here every year to celebrate my mom s birthday. The service is wonderful, the buffet breakfast is even better. I would advise you to check Groupon for some good deals .
