Just got home from my 4th stay at Aquatopia. Check in is 4:00. Our room was not ready until after 6:00. When we got to the room it was filthy... crumbs, dirty rug, counters with sludge, and a random dirty sock in the bed. The staff was very apologetic and changed our room. The second room was clean, but there was another dirty sock in the bed. The hot tub was filthy with large clumps of hair floating around. The lines moved quickly and the restaurant staff was wonderful.
