They were very artistic with the design and decor of this place. Our group had a blast. It's a little pricey if you don't go on all the water rides. And it didn't seem to get cleaned throughout the day...by 4pm the trash was overflowing, pizza boxes everywhere, bathrooms were gross, etc.

Bad business, who does NOT honor their word and honestly, even if they didn't give me their word (which they did, I was actually advised which days to pick by THEIR employee who I spoke with over the phone) it would've just been the right thing to do. I had originally booked 2 nights in June, while they were running a special. I called a few days prior to check in, my uncle had passed away, and the funeral/wake were the same days I had reserved. I spoke with their employee who told me to just pick a different date, as they would honor the original price. I just arrived at check in, where I was told the employee I had spoke to over the phone had given me incorrect information, and proceeded to charge me an extra 300$. I then asked if they could do anything at all, considering it was THEIR employee who gave me the wrong information and simply told me no, theirs nothing they can or will do. I then asked to speak to the manager, who reiterated the same as above. As I said in the beginning, bad business. I, myself will never do business w the establishment myself and neither should you. Also, the rooms are disgusting. And attempting to discuss any issues with the manager, Rocco, is a complete waste of time, as there's never "anything they can do to help you".

Great time for the entire family. Wavepool wss big, lots of different slides. Plenty of seating to relax at. Huge hot tub. Don't even have to bring your own towel, you can get clean towels as you walk in! Also, swim up bar for the adults and several snack stands to buy food and drinks.

Nice place for the kids. A lot of climbing stairs for the water slides. There was not that many slides to choose from and some where closed the day we were there. The wave pool is veryyyy small and not a lot of seating. The concession stands were $$$ and no outside food was allowed in to park. They have a nice size arcade area that offers great fun for the children.

This was our 3rd time at Camelback and It has always been a great family trip. It is amazingly clean even the public restrooms are spotless. Food is great and it's good for it's value. I would recommend this resort to anybody. From the indoor/outdoor Waterparks to the mountain adventures anyone can have a great time. (Ziplines are beyond expectations)

I ve been to the other indoor water parks and Aquatopia is the best by far to me. The room accommodation options are better. So that you can bring more people and have more space and cook in your suite if you d like. The gym could use some updating and more space. Otherwise it was a great vacation that also included entry to the outdoor water park: Camelback

I was just there on Friday February 4 2017. All I can say is that I had the best time of my life. Nothing like hitting the slopes and then to relax at the indoor water park to relax the mussels. I loved the scenery, the people, the way how everything was just so laid back. The fun I had with my older brother and nephews I couldn't even begin to explain the greatest feeling we all had. My brother and nephews have been a few times but how I came to visit they decided to take me here. Not going to lie I thought it would be not so great of a place. But boy was I ever so wrong. It's just pure amazing from lobby,to arcade,to the slopes,to the water park to the what my nephews call the it. Oh ya the walking of the lines. So for all of u. I recommend this place hands down to be at for the day. Pure fun and great relaxing, snowboarding, skiing, and last but not least the indoor water park. Thank you for the first time of my life experience this place was and is no question asked AMAZING. I am recommending my friends and family indeed

It's ok but it's a bacteria breeding water park no matter how much chlorine they add to it. Just like all indoor parks really. The Neptune restaurant is the worst place I've ever had lunch at, half cold microwaved overpriced junk. With bagged chips... The majority of people that come here are disrespectful slobs that ruin it for everyone else, they leave trash all over the place. This is an ongoing problem with the Poconos overall, City people treating PA like garbage. We will never return!

Aquatopia is great and if it wasn't for some ride closures then it would definitely have been a 5 star experience. The lazy river was the highlight because you enter a cave to get in and there are plenty of water obstacles along the way.

Excellent place for kids and grown up alike! Kids had a blast. Water park offers great food and adults can have the drinks of their choice inside itself. Hemisphere, Neptune and Grafitti pizza offer variety of food and two thumbs up to all including the food offered by the resort itself if staying there. Two thumbs for the resort service and overall experience!! Been there 3 times since last year and would go there again without thinking twice.

Great place for kids! My nephew loves it there. Like I stated in a previous review being your own towels they are very hard to get, if you don't get them when they first open in the morning they don't have enough or people are taking way to many. I asked the girl behind the towel counter what do I do I'm dripping wet and she was a bit rude and said I don't know it's not my problem.

I've been to all the water parks in this area and I have to say that Camel Back did a really good job on this park. It was really fun. It's very comparable to Kalahari. I really liked the theme of the park it was definitely different than what I've seen before. Besides the park, the rooms were really nice and great for the price. The view from the room was very beautiful as well. We could see deer right from our room.

Brought the whole family (20 people) had an amazing time. But we had the best experience at Flow Rider, employee, Seth, went above and beyond to help everyone. We had a 4 year old in our party who was boogie boarding like a pro all due to Seth. Words cannot describe how good Seth was, he had the whole Flow Rider area cheering on each other, making the experience even better. We spent so much time over at the Flow Rider due Seth. Best employee at this resort is Seth who works at Flow Rider (surf wave).

Had an amazing time at Aquatopia while staying at the Camelback Resort. The wait time for the rides in the Indoor Waterpark were minimal. As far as social distancing on the lines; there are signs to remind everyone to keep distancing but kids will be kids so parents and guardians need to enforce that.

If your child is under 40" forget about doing much of anything at this park. They only offer 4 slides for children under 40" tall. Also, their toddler section is quite limited. Staff is inconsistent, one day you can bring in some snacks for little ones and the next it is strictly enforced. Any parent with a child that is particular with snacks is out of luck. One day kids can ride medium slides and the next, they can't. There is almost nothing you can do together with your child. They do not staff the park properly during the week so attractions such as the lazy river are "one participant or family tube at a time" so the single hairs on duty can push you and your family around the river. Some of the water features work, others are broken, and at least one major attraction (the family slide) was down for maintenance the two days we were here. Half of the staff is friendly and also permits the kids to participate on features the kids can clearly handle. Other than that this place unfortunately has nothing for little kids. One life guard even stated, "every lifeguard operates differently." Simply put, this is a ski resort that can't compete with Blue Mountain in that regard and is attempting to compete with Kalahari and Great Wolf as a water park. The air temperature in the water park area is chilly on overcast days and at night. Water temperature is chilly too. Our kids didn't want to go in the water after an hour or so because they were freezing and shivering; whereas, at Kalahari they played all day until they passed out. The Camelback channel in the room promotes Aquatopia as "The best and biggest indoor water park on the East Coast". With Kalahari and Great Wolf Lodge down the street, I find this to be sheer propaganda. If you have kids above 48" and want a variety of little features besides the water park, this is a decent place (but all of their other fearures are add on expenses). As for me, I have a 38" child and a 42" child and I will be heading back to Kalahari this winter. Camelback has lost my business as a snowboarder (local ski club group leader too btw who will never switch from Blue Mountain now) and as a parent.

This review is not about the waterpark itself as I tried to get us in but after two weeks of trying to contact reservations I could not get through and no one called or emailed me back. I was planning to book a day visit for a birthday celebration for a group of 15 people. I called and emailed the celebrations department using contact information on their site but after two weeks of waiting for someone to contact me back, I had to go back to Kalahari even though I really wanted to try Aquatopia.

I love going here with my family. I come from New York City to go here, and we can't help but stay the whole day. My only issue is you don't offer day passes, like most other water parks do, meaning I have to stay in Camelback Resort for a half day to a day before I'm permitted to access the water park.

Aquatopia has something for all ages. We went there on a Sunday and had a great time. Lines weren't long at all. Lots of friendly staff walking around to help. I definitely recommend bringing water shoes. They provide towels for everyone and they have changing rooms and showers. The food is reasonably priced with burgers and wraps around $6. The hot tub is nice but since there are no age limits on it, there tends to be a lot of unsupervised kids splashing around. I give Aquatopia 5 stars
