Horrible management and response to a complaint! We visited during a long weekend and right of the bat, we waited 2 hours to check-in. The resort was jammed pack with families and people who were also waiting for their room. We stayed for 2 nights and noticed that upon returning to the room after the first day the room was left unclean and the cleaning done was bare minimum. Considering we paid $600+ per night for a suite bedroom, this was very dissapointing. On top of this, after accidentally dropped my wallet in the lobby, the security response was utterly infuriating. Despite being in the lobby, the security response was that the security camera was not HD; thus, they could barely see anything. Since this hotel is primarily caters to family with childrens, it's very troubling to hear that this is the case. Would not recommend nor return!
