This is the first time, and will be the last... We waited to check in. The lady was rude.when I didn't realize we got a room to sleep 6. So I thought we were good. Well we had to pay for two extra in the room. So in top of the$ 200.. we had to pay an extra $79. For two more kids. Then the resort fees. Which was $35.. our room was not ready. So we got told we would get a text.well check in is at 4. It is now 5:30. We still don't have a room. I checked on it. We were told they would let us know when it's ready.. mean while I have a daughter with gluten allergies. There is no food for her here. It's in the car packed. We can't bring our own food in. REALLY.. I'm disgusted. And will not be back.. on top.of it.its mother's day. I really thought we'd get better treatment.
