The hot tub is simply "kind of warm" and filled with screaming, splashing kids and their negligent parents. The bar has a swim-up area, but the water is far too cold to comfortably stay in. I'm sure it's OK for families, but if you're checking this place out after a long day of skiing, find somewhere else instead.

Super fun, love this place. We've been going for Christmas for the past 4 years and its GREAT! The slides and wave pool are great fun, but personally my favorite place is the outdoor jacuzzi! Feels heavenly!!

Rude staff as I read before coming here, no direction to go anywhere... just keep exploring and keep on asking... You ascend all the stairs up for a ride to know your kids of height 41 and under are not allowed on rides... This should have been mentioned right at the start of the stairs but staff and manager don't want to admit... Such a mess... I would not come here again...

The park is comparable in attractions to similar venues, so no one should be disappointed in that respect. The overall price for a two-night stay is another matter entirely. I'd suggest a summer visit when prices are much better.

Awesome indoor water park inside of Camelback hotel and resort. The have a wave pool, the Venus fly trap, lots of water slides, a hot tub that goes outside, an adult water bar, a small child water area, a lazy river, one of those big water adventure things that has all the pully water hoses and the big bucket that fills up and dumps water on you. The lines can get long for the rides but the kids had a great time.

Nice place. Warm and comfortable inside the waterpark. The swim up bar was nice, service a little slow but helpful bartenders. Not too crowded, plenty of seating everywhere, dont know if that's because it's a Thursday night. With the music playing it's a little challenging to have a conversation. Great combination of indoor water park and snow tubing. Reasonable prices for food, drinks etc. compared to Kalahari. Would definitely come back.

Good: Indoor waterpark is good for the family. Went before Thanksgiving on a weekday, so not crowded. Staff at the water park and food stall were wonderful. Well decorated for the season. Rooms are ok. Balcony had nice views. TV had most of the channels including ESPN.
Bad: BUT, the staffs at check-in counter of the resort need training. So impatient that they just ignored our questions. Not even a smile. Rooms had damp smell.
We need to spend separately for arcade games.

We have been coming here for the past 3 years for my two kids birthday trips - we rather spend the money here than birthday parties. We always have an amazing time.

They renovated and now have better restaurants indoor and additional activities that my kids can enjoy other than the water park. We used to order out or pick up food outside the resort, however, this time we actually ate in - the new pizza place is our favorite! Trails End had a great outdoor view and fire pits to hang out as well.

The negative is the place is getting older so I found the rooms to be aging, and dusty...so upkeep to me seems to be slowing down. Also, we went while school was in session and now they have class trips - so it does get crowded on these days with a lot of older children that do not have much of courtesy for the smaller ones.

Lastly, I have to add about the flow rider - my eldest daughter was on this last year and my youngest was now tall enough this year. The first day we were there the person running it was so kind and thoughtful, went through instructions and even tried to have my eldest do tricks - when she did wipe out he was super concerned. The second day there seemed to be a group of people that were only concerned with doing tricks and the person running it seemed only concerned to hang out and talk with them (the previous day he was there doing tricks I am assuming as a visitor). My youngest went on for the first time, nervous - he gave her quick direction and put her on then continued to talk to his friends. He didn't even realize she wiped out and when he did he just waited for her to return the board, she is 7 (at my request my 8 year old ran up to see if she was ok). I didn't think about it at the time but when I look back at the video it annoyed me. So just saying consistency would be nice.

Overall, not sure if we will do it a 4th year now with a lot of other new and bigger places opening up. We love the tradition and my kids had an amazing time, however, was a little disappointed this go around.

I have 3 kids under the age of 5 and all of them loved it. They have a great toddler area that kept my younger 2 entertained all day while the preschooler loved some of the smaller slides and activities. It is a bit pricey as we only got a day pass but it was a highlight of the trip for my little ones.

we stayed at the hotel and originally did not plan on going to the outdoor aquatopia park. luckily we tried it out and it is so much better than in doors. it is bigger, the slides seem longer, the wave pool makes some serious waves.

We had a great time at Aquatopia with friends from school. I was surprised at how middle of July hot and humid it was inside. It was nice to pretend that it was summer for a few hours in March. We look forward to going back, though it may not be until snow falls again.

Worst experience at an indoor waterpark in the poconos. I have visited all the waterparks in the poconos and I must say that this place is the worst place and expensive. We waited over an hour and half for food for them to advise that they ran out of cheese for the nachos. When we went to get our drinks, they ran out of ice and the girls working did not want to help get ice. It was not until we asked to speak to a supervisor that one of them went to the back and got us a cup of ice.

The bathrooms were dirty and the doors did not close.

We rented a room for 5 people and they give us 4 towels and not pillows or blankets for the sofa bed. We called the front desk and they didnt bother to say anything when they answered, they just put us on hold. It took us 3 more times before someone picked up. It took over 4 hours for anyone to bring us towels or the sheets and pillows.

They are over rated and lack in the service one would expect for the amount of money they charge. NEVER AGAIN WILL I SPEND MY MONEY HERE! I would rather go to Kalahari.

We had a wonderful stay. Both the indoor waterpark and the outdoor waterpark were very clean. All of the staff was courteous and welcoming. The room was clean and the women who checked me in made sure we had everything we needed. She asked about room preference and my children s ages and she gave us a room with a yard. Great place to take a family for a little vacation!!!

Soaking wet out of a warm water attractions area into a very cold arcade game area in order to get to the hotel room. (No towels allowed pass this point) 3 days later the little one is still sick with fever. We had room 141 on the first floor, I don't recommend any room in the first floor. I can't recommend this hotel, the way it's configured now with the ice cold game room right next to the water attractions, just doesn't work for me

Trails end pub manager got rid of craft beer. No CRAFT BEER....2017.

Place is perpetually overcrowded. Go in wave pool and literally can't put arms out without touching someone....

Literally garbage floating in wave pool.

Part of my decision to stay at Hotel was Pub that has craft beer. Now it doesn't.

Bait switch.

My family and I went for a long weekend hoping for a great experience and although we did, there were some bumps on the road. The communication between the reservations line in Missouri and the actual place in PA is completely off. The differing information was frustrating to say the least. Please make sure to confirm with Camelback in Pa and verify all info given was accurate. Not many options for food. The one buffet was over priced and food not worth it. The other restaurants were ok if you are able get in. The staff was absolutely superb. I'm sad I'm not rating them. Sherry, Vanessa, Wanda were great and provided me with the help I was seeking but throughout the place, staff was amazing. This is a wonderful family space with lots to offer but some adjustments are definitely in order.

Nearly identical to Kalahari. The adult rides are slightly different between the two locations. Kalahari has some twisting rides that are interesting. Aqua Topia has some plummeting slides that Kalahari does not. From a child's perspective however both are nearly identical with lazy river and wave pool. The outdoor waterpark at Camelback is much better. There are climbing activities that colla Hari does not offer. Kalahari has a Groupon that gets you $50 arcade credit which is nice. There is no Groupon for aqua Topia. My girls did pottery and they enjoyed that. I don't remember that being at color Hari. Would go to either again.

Just had a question about rooms to stay and waterpark but before i said the dates we are going to stay she said we are booked already which is very rude one minute or less talking time Disappointed before even go there
