My kids mostly love this place. And I feeling safe about them because of Life guard all over the place. Nice ski slopes and snow surprised me. Girl at the bar downstairs was nice. Had some problems with check in because of Groupon. The person who bought room should be there(In my case wife was not there, but I had her card and ID). For one family it's not fair. Second person at the front desk was very nice and helpful.
