Well had some issues, we got here at around 2pm and were told our suite will be ready by 4pm as that is check-in we had no problem with that was rd we would get a text as soon as room was ready, well by 5pm still no text, so we had to go back to front desk to get our room number, we then went to get our luggage that was being held as the guy was not there, so we had to wait another 30 mins. Now I normally would not be so mad but we had a sick child with us and told them when we first got here. Finally we got to our room and we were hungry so went to get some food. We ordered our food and we are not fond of sodas, so we asked for water cups and were told we had to go the water fountain. I was like what , almost demanded a refund for food but the kids were hungry and we would have had to get them into a car and drive to go eat somewhere else. I had to argue with the lady that we had young children. So not a good trip so far.
